Para o ensino em cursos relacionados à mecânica são fundamentais aulas teóricas e práticas de programação em máquinas CNC. Um grande incentivo para o aluno é ver sua programação transformada em uma peça que possa ser manuseada. Porém, dado o seu alto investimento, muitas escolas técnicas, de tecnologia e engenharia não disponibilizam máquinas CNC para os alunos. Desta forma, é apresentado neste trabalho o desenvolvimento de uma fresadora CNC de baixo custo. Com o emprego do método de combinação de variantes e o método de análise morfológica, os elementos mecânicos para o projeto da fresadora foram selecionados. Assim, foi possível desenvolver o conceito desse equipamento e fazer a estimativa de seu custo. Com a aplicação de análise de valor, utilizando as técnicas FAST, de Mudge e COMPARE, foi possível avaliar pontos críticos que acarretam em custos desnecessários. Com isso, pode-se avaliar como trabalhar com a transferência de recursos. / Courses related to mechanical sciences must offer to their students theoretical and practical lectures on CNC machine programming. The possibility of viewing the transformation of a programme in to a manageable part constitutes an incentive to the students. A CNC machine is an essential piece of equipment for such practical classes. A number of schools cannot have a CNC machine because of its high cost. Thus, in the present work, the development of a low-cost CNC milling machine as an alternative for academic purposes is presented. For the selection of the mechanical elements of the CNC machine, a combination of variants method and morphological analysis was used. Then, the design concept was carried out and its cost estimated. Using the value analysis through the FAST, Mudge and COMPARE techniques, the critical points that could increase unnecessary machine cost were examined. It was possible to assess how to work with the resources transference.

The thesis contains of draft, calculations, CAD model and drawing documentation of the moltifunctional machining center with horizontal axis of spindle. This thesis is one of the four parts with which connection ensue the machine-tool. In the first part of my work, there is a constructional draft of the headstock which will enable milling, turning and drilling. In the introduction of this part is headstock research which is solving the most important parts of the headstock of machine . Consequently, technical calculations are acoomplished. Based on these calculations, a specific constructional draft of the headstock is crafted. In the next part of my work, I do research in the area of removable paring milling heads. After this part, there are technical calculations and the specific constructional draft. In the entire work, there is emphasis put on simplicity and functionality.

The theoretical part is focused on the basic description of CNC machine and current state of EMCO milling machine control system. The main point of this thesis is new control system design for given milling machine, when the proposed variants are described and compared according to construction and price. The one variant is selected that best suits the specified parameters. Also, in the TwinCAT development interface from Beckhoff the new control system is created and described in the end of this work.

The master's thesis deals with the basic parts and principles of CNC machines with a focus on a CNC milling machine. There are also comparisons of several CNC machines sold. Furthermore, the project deals with the description of the manipulator, which is situated in laboratory E-132 in area Kolejní 4, Brno. The work also includes a description of the device, which is located in the manipulator model. We can find there a description of the program generating G-code from the image that you create in the editor. The next section describes possible modifications of the manipulator for its reconstruction on a CNC milling machine. The last chapter deals with the description of program developed for controlling the manipulator as a CNC milling machine.

This master´s thesis deals with gantry – type milling machines. At first gantry – type milling machines are divided according to their structure. Then basic parts of an upper gantry – type milling machine are described. This machine is designed in a calculation part of this thesis. A calculation of a cutting force, a calculation of a needed moment of a drive of a spindle and a feed screw for axis x, y, z, a design of a belt drive between the spindle and the drive are done in the calculation part. Then the model of this upper gantry – type milling machines is made. Drawings are created for some parts of this machine.
