Överföring av PLC-program och tillämpad gränssnittsdesign av operationspaneler i VA–anläggningar / Transfer of PLC-program and applied interface design of panels in water and sewerage facilitiesNordahl, Fredrik, Widlund, Jakob January 2020 (has links)
Recently, districts around the Stockholm region have updated their pump stations with new operating panels and with updated functions in the stations. But the local authorities have different requirements for their pumping stations and the pumping stations have different functions, such as some have stirring valves others do not, or that they have different number of pumps in the stations. Because of this Huddinge Elteknik AB has created a standard program that will cover the vast majority of functions that a water and sewerage facility needs to simplify the work when updating a pump station. The aim of this project was to transfer Huddinge's standard program to an operation panel of Mitsubishi brand, in a pumping station in Värmdö municipality where at the same time it would update the user interface in the panel to make it more user-friendly. In order to carry out this project, programs such as GX Works3, GT Design3 and iX Developer were used to program the PLC-program and in the design of the panel's human machine interface. During the course of the work you also take into account the theory of user interfaces such as Hick Hayman's law, Fitts law and interface metaphors in order to get the most user-friendly interface. The standard program was transferred to the operating panel with the functions required by Värmdö, and the basic view of the panel's design was retained. But with updated graphics where the theory was applied to make the panel more user-friendly.

Specifika japonského managementu na příkladu Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Czech, s.r.o. / The specifics of Japanese management on the example of Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Czech, s.Nováková, Anna January 2012 (has links)
In this thesis certain elements of the Japanese management model are examined in the context of Euro-Atlantic management model. As a single integral model of Japanese management does not exist, firstly, two groups of selected elements of Japanese management are explained in the theoretical part. The aim of this thesis is to analyze whether selected approaches of Japanese management have been applied at Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Czech s. r. o., and or how they have been modified in the Czech Republic. The first group of selected elements includes approaches in which active employees allow the organization to achieve high quality products and services - the strategy of kaizen, the activities of quality control circles and total quality management. Japanese management features that are included in the second group lead to the organization cost minimization. Particularly, this paper describes the just-in-time production, total productive maintenance concept, the technique of 5S, the technique of systematic elimination of wasting and the phenomenon of employee loyalty. Having realized a qualitative survey with seven respondents, the analysis showed that the chosen approaches in the organization have been applied, except for the quality control circles. The kaizen strategy has been narrowed down...

The political ecology of the Japanese paper industryPenna, Ian Unknown Date (has links)
The Japanese paper and paperboard industry has grown to be one of the largest in the world. It manufactures a range of products for sale primarily within Japan, and consumes organic fibre for these products from dispersed domestic and foreign forests, plantations and cities. This dissertation examines the links between the development and structure of the industry and its use of papermaking fibre. It takes a political ecology perspective and uses an industrial structure/consumption-production chain approach to show how the industry’s development and structure continue to depend on company control over fibre flows and the restructuring of products, product distribution and manufacture, the fibre supply chain and fibre resources. As with the modern global paper/board industry, the recent growth of the Japanese industry has been characterised by cycles of capacity expansion, market collapse, excess capacity and low prices and profits. Manufacturers and general trading companies involved in the industry have tried to support growth in the use of paper/board and counter these cycles by restructuring production, distribution, ownership and fibre supply. This restructuring helps protect the flow of fibre through the industry and concentrated it in particular companies. Obtaining increasing quantities of suitably-priced fibre has been at the base of the industry’s development.

Rekonstrukce protitlakové parní turbiny / Retrofit Backpressure Steam TurbineHlavinka, Miloslav January 2015 (has links)
