The main topic of this thesis is creating a methodology for data backups in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). After analysis of individual regulation sections, processes and methods of proper data backups will be defined. The thesis will also concern itself with different backup media types and related technology. Outcome of the text will be the creation of a specific method useful for change control.

The Diploma´s thesis is aimed at analysis of a selected company KAROSERIA, a. s., which specializes in renting its own real property. This thesis includes analyses of PESTLE, Porter´s 5 forces model, “7S” analysis, selective methods and indexes of financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The last part of this diploma thesis provides suggestions for improvements.

The master´s thesis deals with economic and financial analysis and evaluation of the MND a.s. company using modern methods and tools. The theoretical part of the thesis contains literary research, which focused on theory associated with the economic and financial analysis. The analytical part consists of company presentation, economic and financial analysis. The final part of the thesis contains suggestions and recommendations that could improve the financial status of the company.

This diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the efficiency of selected bankruptcy models in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part the basic terminology and methodology of bankruptcy models creation are introduced. In addition are mentioned, model constraints, an overview of the indicators used, and information about model accuracy. This part also presents analyzed models and methods of assessing the reliability of bankruptcy models. In the practical part, the reliability of selected bankruptcy models is evaluated and a new bankruptcy model is built.

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment and evaluation of the current state of the information system in the company ABC, s.r.o. Based on the outputs of the analyzes, author of this thesis evaluated the achieved results and then proposed possible solutions which should lead to improved work with the information system and increase the efficiency of its use.

The main focus of the Hotel “Pod Zamkem” Diploma Thesis is to project and propose the best marketing strategy and use the most efficient and appropriate promotion method.The Diploma Thesis consist of two parts. The first section is dedicated to clarifying specific marketing terms such as Marketing Mix, Online Marketing Analysis SWOT, STEP Analysis, Porter’s Five Forces Model etc. The second part of the Diploma Thesis deals with more specific practical issues directly applying the theoretical analysis outlined in the first section. Furthermore the hotel quests have been asked to complete questionnaire in order to ascertain their view on future hotel development in order to utilise and enhance customer service in wellness and fitness.

The aim of master’s thesis is to analyze the current marketing strategy of company Estop spol. s r.o. On the basis of the facts I have set up appropriate recommendations to improve business competitiveness and increase market share.

This thesis deals with a fundamental share analysis of the Czech ČEZ Group. The theoretical part summarizes the most frequent techniques and methods of a fundamental share analysis. In the practical part these findings are used to analyze the shares of ČEZ. The core of the fundamental analysis itself lies in the calculation of the intrinsic value of the share. And finally, investment recommendations are proposed on the basis of the comparison between the acquired intrinsic value and the current market price of the shares.

The aim of my thesis is to analyze this company and propose appropriate solution for improving company's market situation and company's efficiency. Thesis begins with theoretical section, where the applied analysis are described. This section is followed by practical part and the thesis results are proposals to improve the overall situation of trading company Water Element ltd.

The goal of the thesis is to formulate recommendations based on results of performed analyses and to suggest measures for improvement of the current state. Among the chosen methods of analysis are: PESTLE analysis, fundamental analysis, Kralick Quicktest, ratio analysis and SWOT analysis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, in which the characteristics of the chosen analysis methods are explained, and a practical part which deals with their processing. The conclusion of the thesis suggests recommendations based on results of performed analyses and aimed at improving the current state.
