Modifikace barvy dubových dýh a její vliv na kvalitu lepení

Rozboril, Tadeáš January 2017 (has links)
This master thesis based on experimental evaluation is focused on colour modification of oak wood veneers and its impact on bonding quality. Experiments were conducted on nanoiron treated oak wood as well as on untreated oak wood. By the experimental means was evaluated influence of treatment on wetting angle, bonding of surface layer and possibilty of impregnation of selected wood veneers in whole volume. Chosen modification didn´t effect selected assembly by loss of bonding quality.

Studium minoritních kapsidových proteinů myšího polyomaviru / Studies of minor capsid proteins of the mouse polyomavirus

Vít, Ondřej January 2010 (has links)
Mouse polyomavirus (MPyV) is a small non-enveloped virus. Its capsid consists of 72 pentamers of the major capsid protein VP1. The central cavity of each VP1 pentamer contains one minor capsid protein, either VP2, or VP3. The minor capsid proteins are dispensable for capsid formation, but their presence is required for infection of the host cell, presumably because of their anticipated functions during virus entry. After internalization, MPyV virions traffic to endoplasmic reticulum (ER). VP2 and VP3 have been proposed to function as factors responsible for penetration of ER membranes, which is required for subsequent delivery of the viral DNA into the nucleus, a key step of the early phase of MPyV infection. Three hydrophobic domains were predicted in the sequence of VP2 and VP3. First in the unique Nterminal part of VP2, second and third in the common part of VP2 and VP3. The third domain corresponds to C-terminal VP1binding alpha-helix. It has been previously found in our laboratory, that VP2 and VP3 fused to N-terminus of EGFP, when expressed in mammalian cells, display properties similiar to the wild-type VP2 and VP3, namely affinity to intracellular membranes and high cytotoxicity. Expression plasmids carrying mutated VP2 and VP3 fused to Nterminus of EGFP were prepared to determine the hydrophobic...

Modifikace společného jmění manželů / Modifications of community property

Blažek, Matouš January 2013 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with community property ("CP"). CP is one of the institutional property regimes. CP is known from the times of Roman Empire and made significant progress until nowadays. In Europe, CP differs from country to country. In the Czech Republic, CP is created by law at the time spouses enter into marriage. CP can be modificated before entering into a marriage as well as after. CP can be modificated by spouses or by court. CP can also be avoided. Modification of CP has its effects; if existed, it must be adjusted, and has also significant effects on spouses' creditors. CP's legal base is very brief and lets wide scope of answers unanswered. For example, Civil Code nr. 89/2012 as well as Civil Code nr. 40/1964 does not specify the age when engaged couple can make a prenuptial agreement or uses indefinite legal terms (spouses' typical house equipment, etc.) The thesis is composed of 10 chapters and describes the legal basis for modification of CP, and the effects of modification of CP. The goal of my work is to describe the subject of CP, how CP works in practice, and describe how to modificate a CP. Chapter one (Historical excursion) leads us through history of this legal institute, starting in Roman Empire and ending with new Civil Code (nr. 89/2012). Chapter two (CP in Europe) is a...

Syntéza nových dvojrozměrných zeolitů a jejich postsyntetické modifikace / Synthesis and Post-synthesis Modification of Novel 2-Dimensional Zeolites

Přech, Jan January 2016 (has links)
Development of sustainable and environmentally friendly chemical processes is of vital importance nowadays. Although there is a palette of different synthetic methods for the formation of epoxides, sulphoxides and sulphones, from both economic and environmental points of view, a direct oxidation with a simple oxidant is highly appreciated. The main goals of the thesis were design and synthesis of novel titanium containing zeolitic materials with the ability to catalyse selective oxidation of sterically demanding organic compounds, particularly epoxidation of cyclic olefins and terpenes and oxidation of bulky thioethers to corresponding sulphoxides and sulphones with hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant. Two novel extra-large pore titanosilicates were prepared by means of hydrothermal synthesis (Ti-CFI, Ti-UTL), three large-pore titanosilicates (Ti-CON, Ti-AFI, Ti-IFR) were prepared using two step deboronation - liquid phase titanium impregnation procedure and two groups of lamellar materials were prepared. One group was based on modified nanosheet TS-1; the other was prepared from Ti-IPC- 1P lamellar precursor, which was prepared by means of top-down transformation of Ti-UTL. Last but not least, the Ti-UTL was transformed into new titanosilicates Ti-IPC-2 (OKO structure) and Ti-IPC-4 (PCR structure) by...

Vazba "there is st -ing" a její české ekvivalenty

PEROUTKOVÁ, Hana January 2010 (has links)
This diploma thesis examines cases of existential there-constructions in which the notional subject of the clause is modified by the present participle. The theoretical part of the research is based on the scientific studies. It focuses on the description of some other variants of constructions functioning in the same way as the existential clauses on the FSP level. The practical part of the thesis is aimed at the analysis of the excerpts gained from authentic literary genres of fiction and journalism. The practical part also tries to quantify the frequency of appearance of the existential clauses modified by the present participle. Besides, the thesis also tries to compare the above-mentioned type of English existential constructions with their Czech translations. According to the results of such comparison, the thesis suggests which structures represent the Czech equivalent of these constructions.

Vliv dřeviny na kvalitu vybraných druhů povrchových úprav pro exteriér / Influence of kind of wood for quality of selected paints for exterior

Blažek, Tomáš January 2016 (has links)
The aim of the diploma thesis is to provide lay persons as well as specialists in the field with information about a suitable surface treatment method for various types of wood and about the impact of the choice of wood on the coating durability when used outdoors, so that they make a sound judgement upon these findings. The diploma theses is divided into several parts containing an introduction into the problem of degradation of wood used outdoors, a description of various coatings based on natural substances, various wood modifications, principles of applying the coatings, norms providing for applying the coatings. On the basis of the tests using accelerated aging it has been found that the best results had oak with chemical modification Lignofix I-profi and final surface finish with the application of outdoor oil. The aim of the thesis is to compare selected coatings based on natural substances on selected types of modified wood. Outputs of particular tests are clearly arranged to provide a clear overview of particular measurement data. The diploma thesis also includes a clear analysis of particular coating materials with respect to their acquisition costs compared to their degradation and their utility.

Rozdíly realizace tónů hanojského a saigonského dialektu vietnamštiny mezi čteným a polospontánním mluveným projevem / Tone realization differences in Hanoian and Saigonese dialects between reading and semi-spontaneous speech

Slówik, Ondřej January 2018 (has links)
The chief objective of this dissertation is the description of tone realization differences in Hanoian and Saigonese dialects based on a representative sample of recorded material, with special focus on read monologue and semi-spontaneous conversational speech. The research discusses mainly issues of tone production but it is complemented by a section on tone perception in form of a perception test. The theoretical background in Section 2.1. describes the topic of tonality and tonal languages in general. Section 2.2. is devoted to the description of the Vietnamese language and attention is specifically paid to tonal inventories of both researched dialects. Tonogenesis is mentioned on a general level as well as in the Vietnamese language in particular. Chapter 3 introduces the research methodology, namely the speaker selection, speech material preparation and recording, data extraction and preparation for the analyses and the perception test. Chapter 4 is divided into three sections. Section 4.1. speaks about tone realizations in isolation and carefully preselected context. Its goal is to investigate the behaviour of tonal contours influenced by as few variables as possible. The results should be comparable to the findings of previously conducted studies. Section 4.2. strives to assess data from a...
