The master’s thesis „The block of flats n Brno“ is developed as a project documentation. Designed object is situated on a plot no. 1684/21 on the U penzionu street, in the northern area of the city part Brno-Starý Lískovec . I tis a detached, fiwe-flored blocko of flats without cellar. External and internal carier walls are made of Porotherm blocks, the ceiling is monolithic, joined, reinforced concrete board. The roof is solved as singlepallial, flat roof. Thermal insulation of the facade is made of contact thermal insulation system ETICS. Height object corresponds with the height surrounding buildings.

This thesis details the building design blueprints and associated project documentation for a sports and leisure center in the town of Holesov. The building consists of 2 floors and a basement. In the basement there are rooms for sporting and relaxation activities and a staff room for employees. There is a reception and restaurant in the first floor. The last floor contains massage parlors and solariums with the inclusion of a VIP lounge. This dissertation includes an architectural study and technical specifications for the sanitary engineering and concrete structures of the building. The latter of which includes the calculations for the cross reinforced concrete platform.

Master´s thesis describes foundation of reinforced concrete framed building and preliminary design of upper construction. Calculation of internal forces was performed by computer program SCIA Engineer like 3D model. This substructure is designed as water resistant construction that is supported by deep foundations.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the architectural study of the reconstruction and extension of the department store “Centrum“ by an architect Vladimír Karfík, which is situated between the Jánská and Kobližná streets in Brno. This object should have been the highest building in the whole of Europe at its time, but due to the problems, which occurred during the construction, finally only eight storeys out of the original twenty eight were realized. The new object will be a fifteen storey building. Original eight ground floors, from which the last two were subsided, is aligned to a seven storey whole in a new design, and on this unit there is the extension of eight shorter floors, which are on the south side retreating and which are converging to one point like an unfolding fan in the direction to a new extension block with communication and installation cores in the western part. This creates the southern facade of small terraces, and an architectural expression from the perspective of pedestrians acts dynamically and less mighty. The functional utilization is combined, there is a passage with shops, two cafés, services, administration, and on the last floors there is housing. From an architectural point of view the building fits into the structure of urban conservation and the height does not exceed the spires of the church.

The thesis focuses on the dependence of price and building period of selected construction on the technology of the certain object. Three different technologies are being compared regarding the supporting structure of the bridge. The first two technologies consider girder prefabs and the third technology involves a monolithic support plate. The technological method no. 1 is implemented through assembling of the girders via conveyor line with the assistance of mobile cranes; the method no. 2, on the other hand, implies the whole assembly from below the bridge also using mobile cranes. The method no. 3 is monolithic – the wooden basis is covered with concrete layer. The dependence of construction time and price is carried out by the comparison of methodologies through budgets, schedules, multi-criteria ratings and economic ratings.

Master´s thesis focuses on the design of monolithic reinforced concrete structures storey hose which consist of 2 underground and 6 floors. This project deals whit two different boards, board over ground floor and over second floor, as well as three pillars supporting board, separate staircase placed in a reinforced core, base plate. All calculations are done according to applicable standards, mainly according to ČSN EN 1992-1-1.

Final thesis with tittle: "Monolithic multi-storey wall building" is processeed as a project documentation according to valid assesment. The object is located in the city of Boskovice, 35 Hybešova street. Its ground plan dimensions are 52,8m x 12,5m. Total height of object is 22,3m including roof-wall, measured from the level of base chink. There are enclosed balconies on the south direction. Movement between floors is ensured by 2-flighted stairs. Object is It is made of reinforced concrete. It is designed as 6-floor bulding with a flat roof. The main supporting construction is created by system of walls and reciprocally asigned ceilings, which are sticked together. Walls are designed as pillars. The building is assigned to a belt bases. Module dimensions are 8,7m in longitudinal direction and 5,2m in transversal direction. Height dimension is 3,0m. The thesis is dealing with the 1st upper floor.

This thesis includes the construction technology project of the production hall of the company PP&T. The work includes technical report object, technological specification for the shell construction, quality control, report site equipment, a report describing the health and safety forth motion of mechanical assemblies, and a report describing the transport relations. The annexes drawings of site equipment, connection details of prefabricated elements, plan of risks, budget and schedule for the main subject and time financial plan for the whole construction.

Thesis "Library Information Centre" is processed in the form of detailed project documentation containing all requirements in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. The proposed building is designed as a four-storey building shape of a rounded rectangular triangle with dimensions of 33.5 x 33.5 m, which is a full basement. The building is used for administration, services and information centers. In 1PP is located technical facilities, warehouses and supply. On the 1st floor there is space for services and administration. In the 2nd floor-3rd floor spaces are located Information Center. In the last nadzemím floor space technical background. The building is based on a baseplate. Used a support system is a combined structural system of walls and columns. The building is designed with an offset raster light curtain wall system complete with sun protection. The object is implemented to suit the requirements of the wheelchair. For the object will be set up areas for landscaping and furniture for visitors to the building. On the southwest side of the parking lot will be built with 39 stalls including 5 places for the disabled with a reduced pavement. In the Northeast will be built with 44 parking spaces for cars.

The aim of this thesis is the design of an youth apartment building in the range of designing the documentation for building construction. The building is situated on the flat plot no. 873/21 in the cadastral area „Horní Heršpice“ 612065. In the building there is 42 rooms, 2 wheelchair-accessible rooms and 4 student apartments. The capacity of the building is designed to accommodate 86 students under 18 years and 16 students older than 18 years. In the building there is also a dining room, a library, a fitness room and a gym for free time. It is partly a two-storey and partly a four-storey building without a basement, roofed by a flat roof. Masonry is designed from clay blocks and floor slab is designed by a cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor structure.
