The aim of the diploma thesis is a detailed study of the VUT area at Kraví Hora to a scale of 1: 200. The aim is to combine the interests of VUT and Brno in this extraordinary territory for the benefit of both subjects. For the needs of the city, I created a publicly accessible park in which I placed the VUT museum buildings and the spaces for the promotion of individual VUT faculties that the Technical University lacks. I have also placed the object of the creative business center here. These are rented spaces especially for VUT graduates and VUT employees who want to do creative work. Both buildings with a green walkable roof are embedded in the terrain so as not to disturb the overall impression of the landscape and create a natural transition between the buildings and the city park.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of concrete structures reinforced by FRP according to ACI, fib, CSA and EC2 regulations, which are stressed by a shear force. The diferences between steel rebar and FRP reinforcement were described, in particular its mechanical degradation over time and a different stress-strain diagram. Furthermore, shear capacity calculations were performed according to the regulations and compared with the real tests. Then the parametric analysis of shear strength was performed. In the practical part, the design of concrete floor slab structure supported by the pillars and walls was performed. The upper reinforcement of this slab was designed with FRP and the lower with steel rebar. Double-headed studs were used as a punching shear reinforcement.

The diploma thesis deals with the building - technological project of the apartment house in Brno - Slatina, Lučiny. The purpose will be an optimal design of construction progress with regard to finance and time. For this phase were processed the site equipment with the design of the lifting strap, the transport routes and the machine assembly. In addition, an item budget, which was followed by a detailed schedule. Based on these documents was created a balance of machines and workers. For monolithic constructions were developed a technological regulation and a control and test plan. Furthermore, the calculation of the decanting time and the design of the formwork turnover, supplemented by its drawing. In the diploma thesis is elaborated a plan for safety and health protection in the workplace and selected design details.

The topic of this thesis is a new-building of a hotel with a wellness centre. The building site is located in the cadastral area of Malenovice near Zlín, the city of Zlín, Zlín Region. It is the building consisting of three rectangles inserted into each other. The building is designed as a six-floor skeletal construction with a cellar made of reinforced concrete, roofed with flat roofs. In the first floor there is a reception, a restaurant with outside seating, wellness centre, and utility rooms. The second and the third floor are intended for accommodation of guests in the form of double rooms and apartments. In the fourth and fifth floors there are double rooms as well. Rooms for guests and apartments are situated to the southern and northern part. This residential space is mostly equipped with balconies stretching along the corners. In the last, sixth floor there can be found the management of the hotel, a conference room and a bar with terrace. The main entrance is situated to the northern part of the object. Outdoor parking places are also a part of the hotel. Exterior and interior of the hotel are designed in the conformity with current modern trends. The layout of the space is functional and basic. The dynamics of the building is supported by external holes in black colour and by the two-coloured facade in blue and grey colours. The hotel is meant for both active and passive relaxation, there is a possibility of accommodation of young couples, families with children, elderly people, individuals, and people with limited ability of movement. The hotel of designed with the focus on the comfort of guests. Therefore the leisure time space is a part of hotel. The comfortable space for relaxation within the object is provided by the wellness centre mentioned above, the bar with terrace, and an outdoor swimming pool. The subject of this diploma thesis is the construction technological project of the implementation of the prefabricated hall of the power plant in Melnik. This thesis conatins a technical report, project of the site equipment with technical report, time and financial plan of the building, study for the realization of major technology stages, desingn of assembly machines, budget of object, technological specification of steel structure and cast-in-place constrution of pump pit, also monitoring and test plans.

This masters dissertation deals with the preparation and realization of a road bridge recontruction in the Vlkoš village. The introduction of this thesis contains basic information about the structures of the construction. Execution of main technological stages is addressed in construction technological study. The thesis also includes a coordinational site-layout of the construction, design of site equipment, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, time and financial schedule, construction workers deployment plan, plan of achines usage. In my thesis I deal mainly with the supporting construction of the bridge. For these stages i implemented technological directives in addition of Inspection and check plan. Safety and protection of health durink work is also addressed. I also worked out the technical report of the constuction sites facilities including the needed drawings.

The subject of this diploma thesis is a static solution of selected load-bearing structures of a polyfunctional building. The structures are designed according with ČSN EN 1992-1-1: Design of concrete structures - Part 1-1: General rules and rules for building construction

This thesis deals with a construction-technology plan of two-story nursery school in Brno, district Bystrc. Thesis contains engineering report, financial and time schedule for structures, project of construction site, noise study, technological notes and inspection and test plans for cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs and for prestressed concrete Spiroll floor slabs, formwork study, list of main machines used during construction, time schedule, needed quantity of workers and itemized budged for carcass, budged for whole building and comparison of cranes. Moreover, in appendices are drawings of approaches and processes during construction in its different phases.

The focus of this thesis is on the description of realization of administrative building with operational warehouses in Brno. The thesis consists of report on construction and technology, study of the realization of the main technological stages, technical report on site technologies, technical report on wider transportation connections, proposal for the machinery assembly, time schedule, detailed budget, technological guidelines for rein-forced concrete ceiling, control and exam plan for reinforced concrete, report on safety and health protection on construction site, environmental requirements, and in lastly also comparisons of material of contact thermal insulation system, crane proposal, noise study. The thesis consist 15 annexes.

This master´s thesis deals with a draft of a health centre building in Chlumec nad Cidlinou. The centre is situated on a corner building site with barrier-free access near the city centre. The building is designed with simple functional lines ground on foundation strips with flat green roof. The perimeter walls, internal load-bearing and shear walls are from vertically perforated T&G block bricks. Internal non-load-bearing prefab walls are coated with plasterboard. Ceiling constructions and an attic are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The building envelope is insulated with mineral wool. Most of the perimeter walls are coated with breathable facade made of lacquered galvanized lamellas and minor part of walls is compositely insulated and plastered with a scratched facade plaster. The health centre building is notionally divided into two masses with a three-storey west part and two-storey east part of the building. Both parts are mutually connected by vertical communication space with elevator looped by counter clockwise three-flight staircase. Ambulant health care will be provided in total 9 consulting rooms, 3 ambulant care offices and private clinic with 3 consulting rooms. Independent business of the commercial area and café provide the additional function. The master´s thesis also includes assessments in terms of fire risk, energy saving and heat protection, acoustics and vibrations, lighting and sunlight.
