Tichý, Pavel January 2016 (has links)
BIBLIOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION Name and surname of the author: Mgr. Pavel Tichý Name of the dissertation: Re-education of children with motor difficulties of primary school age Workplace: FTVS UK, Department of Sport Games Supervisor of the work: Doc. PhDr. Vladimír Süss, Ph.D. Year of presentation: 2016 ABSTRACT Objective: The aim was to find out the possibility of the re-education of motor difficulties in children of primary school age and create a re-education intervention program, the aim of which is to reduce these difficulties. Subsequently, to verify whether the intervention program had an effect on the motor difficulties of the children. Method: The research was designed as a prospective intervention study where there were two combined orientations ofeducational research: quantative and qualitative. To solve the problem a research design was used, called Crossover Design (Wilmore et al., 2008, Thomas et al., 2005), which was conceived as an experiment with an intervention re-education program aimed at improving the motor difficulties of children. The quantative part of the research was focused on the assessment of motor skills and to detect motor problems in children of primary school age. MABC-2 (Henderson et al., 2007) battery of motor tests were used for this purpose. The qualitative part of the...

Šorna, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
Title: The level of motor skills and physical activity in school-age children (9-11 years) Author: Bc.Tomáš Šorna Supervisor: Mgr. Jakub Kokštejn, Ph.D. Objectives: An aim of the work is to find out, in one week of monitoring, a relationship between physical activity of young school-age children and their level of motoric skills with respect to their age. The aim is also to find character of mutual relationships between indicators of physical activity and motoric skills. Methods: The target market of the thesis are pupils of third, fourth and fifth classes (n=73; 10,3 ± 0,8 years) in one of the primary schools in Příbram. In the thesis has been applied method of analysis Actigraph GT3X, which has analysed physical activity and TGMD-2 test (Test of Gross Motor Skills - 2nd edition) to find out needful data of motoric skills. Results: Average figure of moderately to high physical activity exceeded recommended level of physical activity good for health development (70 ± 38,7 min). However, 70% of young pupils reached below-average to low results. Moderately strong relationship (p < 0,01; r = 0,405) has been found out between physical activity (average medium to high intensive physical activity per day) and motoric skills (total performance during TGMD-2 test). Impact of the age has not been found...

Hodnocení motorické výkonnosti a držení těla u dětí mladšího školního věku / Assessment of motor performance and body holding in young school-age children

Pinkasová, Lenka January 2018 (has links)
Title: Assessment of motor performance and body holding in young school-age children Objectives: The aim of this thesis is the assessment of motor performance, body holding and basic information concerning movement activity in young school-age children and to reveal any possible interrelations between these data. Hypothesis: 1. The volume of movement load in young school-age children affects their motor performance and body holding. 2. Motor performance evaluated by a modification of the UNIFITTEST has a significant correlation with body holding in young school age children. Methods: In order to determine the level of motor performance of the children, I used a modification of the UNIFITTEST (Měkota et al., 2002), while I also evaluated their basic somatic parameters. Their body holding was evaluated according to Mathias (Hošková and Matoušová 2007), Jaroš and Lomníček (Hošková and Matoušová 2007) and Adams's Test (Haladová and Nechvátalová 2005). Information about the frequency of the children's sports activities and their lifestyle, I collected with the form of a short survey. The research group consists of 19 boys and 11 girls with an average age of 9 years old (age range 8-11 years - by 1.1.2018), mean body height of 1.4 m (σ=8,2 cm) and mean body weight of 36.5 kg (σ=9,1 kg). Zjištění úrovně tělesné zdatnosti u zvolených fotbalových mužstev pomocí UNIFITTESTu 6-60 / Findings levels of physical efficiency at select football teams by the UNIFITTEST 6- 60\\

STROPEK, Michal January 2012 (has links)
The main subject of this diploma thesis was to find out and compare the motor skills level and the somatic characteristics by standard testing battery Unifittest 6-60. This research was applied on two youth football teams which are U14 category. After all, these aspects were compared with the population average and both teams among them too. Testing was done during the summer preparatory term. All facts were gained and evaluated personally. The teams were chosen deliberately from two different competitive levels and we supposed the better results for the team of the higher competition. This premise was confirmed, apart from some exceptions.

Diagnostika vývojové dyspraxie u dětí a adolescentů se zaměřením na preferenci horních či dolních končetin při sportu / Diagnosis of developmental dyspraxia in children and adolescents with a focus on the preference of the upper or lower extremities in sport

Helebrantová, Soňa January 2018 (has links)
Diploma thesis "Diagnosis of developmental dyspraxia in children and adolescents with a focus on the preference of the upper or lower extremities in sport" summarizes all available information about etiology, diagnosis and therapy of developmental dyspraxia in the theoretical part. The practical part deals with the use of the diagnostic test Movement Assessment Battery for Children 2, which is designed to identify motor disorders in children. Developmental dyspraxia is very often associated with attention problems so the Test of Attention d2 was used. Difficulty with attention has been confirmed in individuals with impaired physical abilities. There was no significant difference in the overall motor skills between handball players and soccer players. The evaluation of particular components showed significantly better results for girls playing handball in the field of manual dexterity.

Ověření metodiky pro hodnocení základních motorických dovedností na prvním stupni ZŠ podle Haywoodové.\\ / Check methodists for evaluation basic motory skill on 1.step primary school according to Haliwick method.\\

MARYŠKOVÁ, Barbora January 2007 (has links)
My diploma work is aimed at verifying the methodology for assessing basic motor skills (running, long jump, overarm throwing and catching) at elementary schools according to Ms K. M. Haywood. It is a set of laboratory activities which help us assess a pupil's level of his or her motor skills. My task was either to confirm or to contradict the before mentioned methodology leading towards the level evaluation. My research took place in the third, fourth, and fifth class forms at the 3rd Elementary School in Jindřichův Hradec. The total number of participating pupils was 60. the result of my laboratory activities can serve some teachers (with regard to their personal knowledge) as a guideline for planning a sort of meaningful and appropriate teaching lessons aimed at improving pupils' skills.\\

Příprava a realizace týdenního intervenčního jógového programu zaměřeného na rozvoj jemné motoriky a pohyblivosti u lidí s mentálním postižením / Preparation and Realization an Intensive Week-long Programme of Yoga Relaxation Exercises Aims to Improvement of Fine Motor Skills and Mobility of Mentally-disabled People

JANKOVCOVÁ, Kateřina January 2009 (has links)
This thesis deals with development of personal, but mainly physical and motor skills of people with mental disabilities by application of yoga movement therapy. My research has aimed to find out if an intensive week-long programme of yoga relaxation exercises can lead to improvement of fine motor skills, mobility, and the overall physical condition of mentally-disabled people of the 1st to 3rd level of disability. The research was conducted during the week-long school stay in nature. The participants were tested both the first and last day of their stay. The research sample was composed of six women and four men from the school for persons with special needs in Česke Budějovice. The methods utilised during the research were direct observation, evaluation and questioning to detect changes in indicators of physical condition and fine motor skills (including grasping reflexes of participants and familiarisation with new expressions). The results show positive change in these indicators. The therapy regimen resulted in the improvement in movement coordination, fine subtle skills of arms in everyday{\crq}s patient{\crq}s self-care activities; and the positive influence of yoga was also observed on psychological well-being of participants. The research project was beneficial for the participants and can serve as a model for further utilisation in the field applications of yoga exercises for people with mental disabilities.

Trč, Stanislav January 2017 (has links)
Title: Motor testing of children in elementary stage of swimming training Target: The main goal of the thesis is to determine level of motor skills of swimmers in elementary stage of training by means of UNIFITTEST (6-60) test battery. Findings will be compared with selected results of other groups of sporting and unsporting children age 10 - 12. Methods: Two basic methods were selected to obtain required data. A controlled interview with swimming coach was used in order to select the research group. Consequently selected swimmers were tested for motor condition according to UNIFITTEST (6 - 60) test battery (Měkota, Kovář et al. 2002). Data acquired from the selected tests were processed and graphically expressed using mathematic - statistical method. Comparative method was used to compare results of group unsporting children with selected group of children from modern pentathlon. Results: By evaluating all results from four basic tests UNIFITTEST (6 - 60) 61 % of the swimmers have acquired above average evaluation of motor performance. Comparison of swimming group and unsporting children proved better results of swimmers in 12 minute run and shudder. In other tests results of boys from swimming and unsporting children were comparable. Among girls the swimming group was significantly better. Modern...
