Atletické dovednosti žáků / Athletic Skils of Youth athletesŠtvánová, Anna January 2019 (has links)
Title: Junger junior's Athletic skills Objectives: To describe the athletic skills of secondary sports school pupils (non athletes) and to compare them with the athletic skills of children who are members of an athletic club. There will be evaluation tables created to measure the given skills. Another aim is to measure and compare general performance test results of both groups. Comparasion will be done against the general population and each other Methods: Observational cross-sectional study, observation, descriptive analysis, video recording, scaling, comparison Results: Secondary school pupils did not achieve similar results in general performance tests. The smallest differences in motor tests were recorded in the long jump, in other tests were bigger differences. In hurdlets, pupils differ from athletes, as I expected. The assumption that the best children in general performance tests would be the best in motor tests did not confirm completely. For pupils, this assumption was clearer, with athletes the best performers in motor tests didn't have the best results. Key words: Junger junior's, motor skills, performance, motor tests, older school age

Vliv tělesné výšky na pohybové kompetence dětí mladšího školního věku / Effects of body height on movement competences of pupilsSláčíková, Barbora January 2019 (has links)
This thesis focuses on the evaluation of how body height, BMI, gender, and leisure-time physical activities affect movement competence of pupils. The theoretical part analyses the younger school age and its characteristics in physical, psychical, movement, and motoric development. We further also analyze how movement activities affect child's organisms. The critical chapter of the theoretical part is a chapter about growth and development. Additionally, we add information about anthropometric and somatic changes in the younger school age. At the end of the theoretical part, we provide an overview of methods that can be used to measure movement competence. We mainly elaborate on MOBAK 3 method, which we chose to use in our research. The research part describes the selected research and statistic methods, research sample, and results. The data showed that there is no significant relationship between body height and movement competence. However, we found significant relationships with the other variables - BMI, gender, and leisure-time physical aktivity. KEYWORDS younger school age, body height, movement competence, motoric testing, Mobak

This thesis concentrates on compiling a set of exercises which should serve beginner riders as training, muscle-developing and stretching exercises. The work may be divided into three basic parts. Compilation of exercises with respect to the theoretical knowledge of a rider's movements on a horse. Choice of a suitable group of contenders for the experiment and testing their physical abilities with a set of motoric tests. Check-out measuring of changes in movement abilities after fourteen weeks of checking the efficiency of the proposed set of exercises. The project also contains the horseback riding theory and the theory of developing and stretching particular muscle groups. In the final part of the thesis the gathered data are presented in charts and their values, after their statistic evaluation, transfered into graphs.

Hodnocení vlivu fenytoinu na vývoj motoriky laboratorního potkana motorickými testy a analýzou plavání / Assessment of the impact of phenytoin on motor activity development of laboratory rats by motor activity testing and swimming analysisMatoušková, Kateřina January 2017 (has links)
Phenytoin is well-known antiepileptic drug with high anticonvulsant effect but also with proven side effects on motor activities associated with its long-term use. This thesis summarizes side effects of phenytoin on motor skills and coordination of rats after acute phenytoin treatment. Theoretical part includes proven effects of phenytoin on human and animal model. Knowledge about motor skills development of rats and comparison with human motor skills development is also included in the thesis. Apart from locomotion development, swimming development is also described. We compared three groups of rats in the experiment. Each group consisted of ten rats. We compared group with dosage 60 mg/kg, 30 mg/kg, control group and vehicle group. Each group was tested before application for control. We tested animals on postnatal day 12, 18 and 25. Effects of phenytoin were evaluated by motor skills testing and swimming analyses. The results of this thesis have proved impaired motor skills and coordination after phenytoin treatment of 12 and 25 days old rats.

Neuropsychologické aspekty funkčních poruch hybnosti / Neuropsychological aspects of functional movement disordersVěchetová, Gabriela January 2021 (has links)
The theoretical part of this dissertation presents a current view of functional (psychogenic) movement disorders (FMD) in the current International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) referred to as dissociative (conversion) motor disorders, which has undergone significant development in the last two decades. It is a heterogeneous group of diseases with a tendency of becoming chronic diseases, which, in addition to motor symptoms, are manifested by a number of comorbid non-motor symptoms (fatigue, pain, anxiety, depression, cognitive difficulties, etc.). Despite the potential reversibility, these disorders still have an unfavorable prognosis and are associated with a low quality of life. Based on our current understanding, abnormalities of attentional processes are among the central phenomena of the development and maintenance of FMD. So far, only a minimum of studies has focused on attentional processes in the context of complex cognitive performance with contradictory findings. The dissertation had two goals. The first of the presented studies focused on the impact of subjectively assessed non-motor symptoms including subjective cognitive complaints and objectively assessed motor symptoms on the quality of life. The aim of the second study was to examine the cognitive profile of patients with FMD...

Účinky neuroaktivního steroidu na motoriku mláďat laboratorního potkana. / Effects of a neuroactive steroid on motor skills of young laboratory rat.Košťálová, Tereza January 2020 (has links)
The steroid substances with effect on nervous tissue are plenteously studied in last years. Their biggest benefits are especially anticonvulsant and anxiolytic effects. This thesis inspects the influence of newly discovered neruactive steroid pregnanolone pyroglutamate synthesized in The Institute of Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry of the Czech Academy of Science (IOCB CAS), which offer potential opportunity of a new therapy of epilepsy from actual pharmacokinetic results. Our goal was to detect, if this substance has any negative effects on locomotor skills of young laboratory rats. In theoretical part of the thesis the development of laboratory rat is briefly descibed, especially its motor skills and sensory functions in comparison with human. The process of the experiments and choice of especially motor skill tests are described in Metogology part. The results of experiment and its comparation with the effect of other neuromediators are introduced and discussed in the practical part of this thesis. There were no serious effects of pregnanolonepyroglutamate applied repeatedly in perinatal period on motor performance. Acute administration of the highest dose of PPG to 12-day-old rat pups resulted in prolongation of time in surface righting and negative geotxis tests. This data are positive for...

Vztah mezi úrovní všestrannosti a osvojením specifických sportovních dovedností u dětí v mladším školním věku / The relationship between multilateral development and specific sport skill acquisition in middle childhoodMejsnarová, Linda January 2021 (has links)
In the first stages of long-term athlete development, the so-called multilateral development is recommended. It means that children should engage in a variety of different sports during their formative years. Multilateral development in children's sports training is associated with many benefits, such as injury prevention, psychosocial benefits, or transfer of motor skills. It is assumed that children with a higher level of multilateral development acquire specific sport skills faster and more easily than children with a lower level of multilateral development. However, there is a lack of prospective longitudinal studies that would prove or disprove the importance of multilateral development in children's sports training for specific sport skill acquisition. This dissertation aims to investigate the relationship between multilateral development and specific sport skill acquisition, specifically in ice hockey and athletics. This project is based on non-experimental longitudinal research and uses the tools of correlation analysis. We defined multilateral development indicators according to the study by Perič and Ružbarský (2019). For the proband selection, we used a purposive non-probability sampling method. In the first phase of the research, we assessed multilateral development in six- to...
