Kineziterapijos programų efektyvumas kūdikių motorinei raidai / The Efficiency of Kinesitherapy Programs for the Motorical Development of ChildrenDirvonskienė, Virginija 17 May 2005 (has links)
Evolution is an ever lasting process from the beginning of embryo up to a person’s mature. It depends on the ripening of nerve system and the factors of the envision mint. The main goal of every family is to bring a healthy child, so their attention is focused on the development problems of their children and in this way it enables to prevent the development of the pathological models, which may have some hind of the quality of their children’s lives.
The aim of the work is: to determine the effectiveness of the kinesitherapy programmes to the development motorian evolution.
The following methods have been used in this work:1. Evolution of motorical maturity. 2. Determination of motorical factor (MQ). 3. Massage, kinesitherapy, home programme of action. 4. Mathematical system.
The studying was carried in the hospital of Šilutė, at the early rehabilitation service from 2003-11 up to 2004-11 during the period of 11 months. During this period there were selected by
chance 27 babies, having derangments of motorical development. They were divided into 3 groups: I gruop, as a mean of treatment, massage was applied; II group, the were applied massage and kinesitherapy, III gruop – massage, kinesitherapy and home programme. The gross motorical maturity of all the groups was eveluated befor the testing and after it, using Munich Functional Delelopmental Diagnostic and colculated motorical factor (MQ). To all those, who were being tested, there were made 9 procedures. After the... [to full text]

Kineziterapijos bei kitų veiksnių poveikis normaliai besivystančių vaikų motorinei raidai pirmaisiais gyvenimo metais / Effect of kinezitherapy and other factors on motor development of normally developing children in the first years of lifeStankevičienė, Deimantė 10 May 2006 (has links)
Miracle of human life becomes evident at the moment of his birth. However at this moment only the next stage is reached by the process that starts from conjugation between fathers gamete and mother’s egg cell and which ends after the youngster is pubescent. This process is called the development. In the appropriate period of child’s growth his body is characterized by specific morphological features. Parents are the best observers of their children. However in order to observe deviations of infant’s development it is necessary to know what normal development looks like. Early years may become a basis for long and healthy life therefore the early prophylaxis is of great value (Prasauskienė, 2003).
Purpose of this paper was to investigate effect of kinezitherapy and other factors on motor development of normally developing children in the first years of life.
Investigation methods used in this paper were as follows: 1. Assessment of gross motor skills’ development; 2. Analysis of subjects’ medical histories; 3. Mathematical statistics.
The investigation was carried out at the Child’s Development Clinic “Lopšelis” of Kaunas (Kauno Vaiko Raidos Klinika “Lopšelis”) in the department of infants’ home beginning on October of 2004 and until February of 2006 (period – 14 months). During this period time and development of early gross motor skills in 19 infants were examined that had no neurological disorders (in accordance with Munich diagnostic scale of functional development)... Kineziterapijos poveikis skirtingos lyties, gimimo amžiaus, svorio ir ūgio kūdikių motorinei raidai / Effect of physiotherapy on motor development of infants of different gender, gestational age, body weight and heightDanylivienė, Dangira 26 May 2010 (has links)
[toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Object of study: improvement of motor development in infants of different gender, gestational age, body weight and height.
Issue of study: It is very important to select the children, whose development deviates from normal and is affected or under affect of risk factors, as earlier as possible. The sources of scientific medical literature (Mockevičienė, 2003; Prasauskienė, 2003) states that the week of birth, newborn's tature and weight have strong influence on the development of children.
Aim of study: to determine the influence of physiotherapy on motor development of babies with different gender, age of birth, weight and stature.
Goals of study: 1. To determine the influence of physiotherapy on motor development of girls and boys. 2. To determine the influence of physiotherapy on motor development of full-term and pre-term infants. 3. To determine the influence of physiotherapy on motor development of normal and low body weight infants. 4. To determine the influence of physiotherapy on motor development of different stature babies. 5. To determine correlations among evaluation ratios.
Methods and organization of study: the research was done in Klaipeda’s baby-house of developmental disorders in 2009 and it took 3 months. The motor maturity, motor quotient (MQ) and muscle tone of 20 infants’ (with chronological age from 1 month till 11 months) were evaluated before and after physiotherapy according to Munich Functional Developmental Diagnostic scale.
Conclusions:
1. The... [to full text]
