The Sentinela ( Sentry ) Programme Against Abuse and Sexual Exploitation of Children and Teenagers , part of the Avança Brasil (government plan coordinated by the Brazilian Ministry of Planning) concerned with implementing and executing the Child and Teenager Statute, shows the depth of this problem. By using the technique of family drawing with storytelling, the present work carries qualitative phenomenological research about the meanings that the victim child lives. This procedure facilitates the graphic and verbal externalisation of psychological and traumatic contents defensively kept in silence. Analysis of the obtained results confirms the existent studies about the harmful effects that the investigated experience causes. Besides, it reveals new aspects about the matter, such as: sense of lack of family protection, especially by the mother s side family, before the abuse; and fear that it may happen again, for the same reason. These new views about the problem can help to richly reformulate the existing policies. / As estatísticas tanto estaduais, quanto nacionais e internacionais, revelam o caráter epidêmico e endêmico da criminalidade na modalidade de violência sexual familiar com crianças. O Programa Sentinela Programa de Combate ao Abuso e Exploração Sexual de Crianças e Adolescentes, do Avança Brasil, coordenado pelo Ministério do Planejamento, ligado à implantação e execução do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, mostra a gravidade deste problema. O presente trabalho pesquisa através do método qualitativo de base fenomenológica os significados vividos pela criança vitimada explorando-os por meio da técnica Desenho de Família com Estória (DF-E). O referido procedimento facilita a verbalização gráfica e verbal dos conteúdos psicológicos e traumáticos defensivamente silenciados. A análise dos resultados obtidos confirma os estudos existentes sobre os efeitos nocivos da experiência estudada e desvelam novos aspectos da mesma, tais como: sentimento de falta de proteção familiar, especialmente da materna, antes do abuso; medo de que aconteça novamente e pelo mesmo motivo. Estes novos ângulos do problema podem ajudar numa reformulação enriquecedora das políticas existentes.

We presented here an overview about Hip Hop, its main characteristics and elements. Then, we focused on the concepts of lived time and care, as well as their characteristics, after that, we conclude with some considerations about possible connections between these concepts allied to Hip Hop. The movement participants are described as active in the learning life, abandoning the figure of mere receptors of an unequal social model. That is, in the Hip Hop, they bring off their lives by means of an ethical education. Through the categories analysis on apprehended discourses, it is concluded that the Hip Hop gives to the participants acquisition opportunities of a life motivation, by the time experience in relation to the place and the others. Thus, it permits that, in the dialog between individual and its context, the foundation of a successful human being life. Furthermore, the Hip Hop movement visibility can contribute to the comprehension of the current society, recognizing in this movement capable subjects to formulate consistent suggestions of change, in an unequal social model context. / Tendo como ponto de partida a Fenomenologia aplicada a um contexto social específico, o movimento Hip Hop, este trabalho discorre sobre o cotidiano de jovens pertecentes ao movimento, com o objetivo de apreender os significados do viver o tempo. Apresentamos aqui um panorama sobre o Hip Hop, com suas principais características e os elementos que o compõe. Em seguida, abordamos os conceitos sobre o tempo vivido e o cuidar, bem como suas características, logo após, finalizamos com algumas considerações acerca das possíveis ligações destes conceitos com o Hip Hop. Participantes desse movimento são descritos ativos na aprendizagem da vida, deixando de serem meros receptores de um modelo social desigual. Ou seja, no Hip Hop eles resgatam suas vidas por meio de uma formação ética. Mediante o exame das categorias diante dos discursos apreendidos, é concluso que o Hip Hop confere aos seus participantes oportunidades de aquisição de um sentido para a vida, por intermédio da experiência do tempo em articulação com o espaço e com a relação com os outros. Com isso, permite-se que no diálogo do indivíduo com seu contexto sejam construídos, em indissociável inter-relação, os fundamentos de uma vida humana bem sucedida. Portanto, a visibilidade do movimento Hip Hop pode contribuir para uma compreensão da sociedade atual, reconhecendo neste movimento sujeitos competentes para formular propostas de mudanças abrangentes e consistentes, dentro de um modelo social desigual.

This fact has motivated a great number of theoretical and empirical studies within the field of Human Sciences: Sociology, Law and Psychology. This study aims a phenomenological exploitation of the meanings lived with the parents, woman, other and of own sexuality, that could support the conduct of three imprisoned men from the prison system in Rio Verde-Go (Agência do Sistema Prisional de Rio Verde-GO ) sentenced for rape. The verbalization of such significances wisely silenced (neglected) in referred to sexual violence was stimulated by the thematic use of projective techniques. The analyses of the unveiled significances point to the importance of those who are related to the father`s authority and have sexuality issues. The results confirm the freudian thesis about the role on the explored and their influence on the sexually deviated conduct. / Os crimes de violência sexual, nas suas diversas modalidades, têm aumentado em proporções alarmantes nas sociedades de todas as partes do mundo. Esse fato tem motivado numerosos estudos empíricos e teóricos no campo das Ciências Humanas: Sociologia, Direito e, sobretudo, Psicologia. O presente estudo tem como objetivo uma exploração fenomenológica dos significados vivenciados com as figuras parentais, feminina, do outro e da sexualidade, que poderiam estar subjacentes à conduta de três detentos da Agência do Sistema Prisional de Rio Verde Go, condenados por estupro. As verbalizações de tais significados, sabidamente silenciados (neglect), quando se trata de delito sexual, foi estimulada através de técnicas projetivas e uso temático das mesmas. A análise dos significados desvelados aponta a importância dos que estão relacionados com a figura paterna e com dificuldades na área sexual. Os resultados confirmam as teses freudianas sobre o papel das figuras exploradas e sua influência na conduta sexual desviada.
