Monitorování síťového provozu s identifikátory obsahujícími národní abecedy / International Alphabets in Network Traffic Monitoring

Talašová, Irena January 2018 (has links)
This work deals with the implementation of support for network identifiers containing national characters in the SProbe software project, which is designed to monitor network flows. It was necessary to test and evaluate the status of selected network applications working over SMTP, POP3, IMAP, FTP or SIP protocols. On the basis of the information obtained, an extension of the current software project SProbe was proposed - a module to support network traffic monitoring with national alphabet characters. The proposed solution was then implemented and the functionality of the entire resulting system was tested. In addition, this work proposes and implements a modification of the test environment for faster and more efficient testing of the system focusing on tests containing diacritics.

Tejchman, Linda January 2020 (has links)
1 [Mandatory rules in international business transactions] Abstract Nowadays, international elements often penetrate legal relations, which may interfere with the fundamental values of individual states. The mandatory rules of private international law offer protection against such unwanted interferences. These rules represent social, political and economic organization of the state and they apply always regardless of the applicable law of the legal relationship. Although the purpose of mandatory rules is obvious, there are many questions about their application in practice. This thesis offers an overview of possible answers concerning the definition, naming of this type of rules or determination of their mandatory character. Furthermore, the work categorizes mandatory rules according to their function and origin and explains the difference between mandatory rules in the context of private international law and national law. The thesis describes issues of mandatory rules that protect weaker parties of obligations and their international mandatory character. Example of contradictory opinions is based on case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union in cases Ingmar and Unamar, which recognizes international mandatory character of these rules, and on German doctrine and case-law, which considers these...

Vytvoření algoritmu klasifikace vybraných invazivních druhů a lučních společenstev v Krkonoších s využitím hyperspektrálních dat / Development of selected invasive species and meadow vegetation classification algorithm in the Krkonoše Mountains using hyperspectral data

Jelének, Jan January 2013 (has links)
Development of selected invasive species and meadow vegetation classification algorithm in the Krkonoše Mountains using hyperspectral data Abstract The thesis deals with utilization of airbone APEX hyperspectral image data for selected invasive species and meadow vegetation classification in the study area of the Krkonoše Mountains National Park. The mian goal of the thesis was to develop of classification algorithm based on proposed vegetation indices. The approach was based on the utilization of in-situ LAI, fAPAR, chlorophyll content data and analysis of their relation with vegetation spectral properties. The work also deals with several problems regarding LAI - vegetation indices relationship, namely saturation of LAI and mutual correlation of LAI and chlorophyll content. Tha classification was focued on invasive species Rumex alpinus and Lupinus polyphyllus, meadow vegetation with dominant Nardus stricta and dominant Trisetum flavescens and cutted lawns. Besides the proposed approach, the presented work resulted in several classification maps of study area and in spectral libraries, containing ground level spectra of studied invasive species, meadow vegetation types and several other meadow species. Keywords: hyperspectral image data, APEX, LAI, fAPAR, vegetation indices, invasive species, meadow...

Regionální variabilita úrovně úmrtnosti na příčiny úmrtí ovlinitelné zdravotní péčí / Regional variability of mortality level on death causes suggestible by health care

Procházka, Martin January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to map regional variability in the intensity of mortality using methods avoidable mortality and a few selected characteristics of health care. The thesis describes the development of the concept of avoidable mortality, which is then used for the Czech Republic for the period 2006-2010 and to individual districts for the period 2006-2010. For showing regional differences depending on the health care intensity of mortality from ischemic heart disease (both acute and chronic forms) was also selected, depending on the distance of specialized medical care. The last chapter focuses on National screening programs and cancer mortality, which are integrated in a comparison of the percentage of people examine in this program for districts. The relationship between spending per insured and intensity of mortality and outcomes related to the intensity of mortality, depending on the availability of specialized health care has been confirmed by statistical methods - correlation (Pearson correlation coefficient). Relationship between the intensity of mortality in cancer within screening programs and the percentage of people who passed...

Americká grand strategy na počátku studené války, 1945-1953 / The U. S. Grand Strategy at the Beginnin of the Cold War, 1945-1853

Křiklán, Jan January 2021 (has links)
(English): The Cold War is a major milestone in world history and the general history of mankind. He created a world order that confirmed Western hegemony over the world for decades since the collapse of the Soviet Union. However, the Cold War did not emerge from nothing. It was created by people after World War II (Americans, Russians, British etc.). Since the defeat of Germany was inevitable, the Allies, together with their disputes on individual issues (Iran, Turkey and Greece), began to create a spawn for the next conflict, which we call the Cold War. This struggle for domination over the world lasted for decades and cost many lives in the name of dubious ideas about social engineering, where it is possible to ,,revolutionize" society from above or manage life according to abstract economic calculations. Behind the phrases of progress was the great power desires of people and politicians, emphasized by the individual ideologies of liberal democracy and Stalinist communism.
