The thesis focuses on the design technology of the tooth gap mills. The theoretical part summarizes issues of material, milling and CAM technology. The practical part of the design process for the production of variants using CAM system. Parts are finally produced on 5-axis milling machine. At the end there is technical-economic evaluation of production.

In my master thesis, I am analyzing resolution processes in selected banks of the European Union (EU) in the concept of a banking union. Theoretical part of my thesis describes reasons for changes in the regulation of the financial sector. Then, I am also dealing with banking union and its individual stages, the need for a common fiscal support as entering reasons into banking union and stepwise involvement of burden sharing with its impact to the resolution funding in the banking union. I describe a single resolution mechanism, methods of its implementation, management and operations in different countries of the European Union. In practical part is by process analysis of selected insolvent banks identified level of compliance of resolution rules and by using comparative methods are identified differences in recovery processes of selected institutions. By synthesis are assessed effects of single resolution mechanism in the EU.

MOSEROVÁ, V. Blog as a promotion tool on the B2C market. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2017. The thesis deals with blog and vlogs and using them as a promotional tool on the consumers market. To determine the perception of the promotion of the products and services on blogs and also of the impact of the promotion on buying behavior, the questionnaire was used (n = 329). In-depth interviews with bloggers (n = 7) were also used to deepen the research. The results of primary and secondary research were compared. On the basis of the results, the recommendations were created for companies that would like to use blogs as another promotional tools.

The diploma thesis named Continuous monitoring of a machine tool wear deals with the issue of tool wear of machining. The thesis is divided into segments and the first segment deals with the areas of tool wear, the specific trends in the field of eliminating the tool wear and prolonging durability of tools, non-destructive test methods. These segments are a critical parts of the research, in the following part concentrates on the testing performed by the method of acoustic emission. The last part concentrates on the critical evaluation of the testing results.

The indirect perpetration Abstract The indirect perpetration consists in the commission of a crime through another person who is not criminally responsible. In case of indirect perpetration, such a person is being misused by the indirect perpetrator as a ‚living instrument' to actually carry out the criminal act. Without the institution of indirect perpetration, it would not be possible to punish an indirect perpetrator in some cases. In dualistic systems, this legal institution seems necessary as it fills the gap generated by the principle of accessory participation and helps to overcome certain difficulties that arise from the application of criminal law in dualistic systems. Indirect perpetration is hence often indicated as a supplement to the principle of accessory participation. The aim of this diploma thesis is a detailed description of the indirect perpetration. This is also accomplished through the analysis of its historical development and the comparison of selected foreign legal systems. The work is divided into three thematic parts. Temporary postponement of criminal procedure Abstract The diploma thesis deals with the procedural institute of temporary postponement of criminal procedure. This procedural instrument is one of few exceptions from the principal of legality, which is the topic of the first chapter. The following chapter introduces historical development as this institute is quite new in the Czech criminal law. The following chapter focuses on current regulation of this institute, which can be applied in various situations. There is also a description of specific institute of temporary postponement in this chapter, which is connected to the institute of not pressing the charges against the suspect. This institute brings some problematic aspects for application, which are analysed with a purpose of finding a solution. The following chapter deals with diversions in criminal procedure including the characteristics of this category with each one being briefly described. KVAPIL Jan: Bending and cutting press machine for representativ part The Master´s thesis, which is developer in an undergraduate degrese in M-VSR, provides a brief overview and description of the cutting and bending technology. The thesis is carried out the calculation, which is essential for the design cutting and bending tools. Models and design are created in the software SolidWorks 2012. The Master´s thesis includes a general procedure after the award until after copy the parts on it.

Innovative financial instruments in the Czech Republic and their hypothetical use in the field of energy efficiency are analysed and assessed in this thesis. We address lim- ited awareness about multiple benefits of energy efficiency improvements and also emerging innovative financial instruments that are promoted by the European Com- mission as a way to multiply impacts of limited public budgets. Then we identify a suitable segment, Czech residential housing stock and public support of insulation, and compare several forms of possible public support in this field. As the main driver of space heating costs, we predict the future development of heat prices, and assess po- tential energy savings resulting from renovations. Finally, we assess and also simulate the potential of such an initiative and identify four suitable settings of the innovative financial instrument for a majority of stakeholders. Our findings support an idea that this innovative financial instrument offers a valuable alternative to traditional grants. It also suggests that such an initiative can be interesting for a private sector as well as a public sector, with benefits to public budgets, equity investors, households and many other stakeholders. It measures the economic rather than accounting profit created by a business after the cost of all resources including debt and equity had been implied. The part will be made by technology of progressive cutting and bending. For the production of the specified part stainless steel coil marked as 17 241.4 will be used This material is suitable for the use in commercial gastronomy thanks to its qualities. Also in this thesis there are technical calculations, suggestios for of optimal tools, economic calculations, and technical-economic evaluation of the production of the specified part.
