This work deals with internal and external communications, both in theory and in practical terms. Findings from the theoretical parts are used in the analysis of communication specific organization. The theoretical part deals with different forms, types, resources and communication tools. The practical part is realized by an analysis of internal communication, both vertical and horizontal plane and the analysis of external communications with external entities. The analysis of communication is supported by a questionnaire survey which is then evaluated and is based on specific recommendations designed to improve communication within the organization.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the communication of a certain company, to identify its weaknesses and to suggest improvements of the current state. To analyze the communication, standardized dialogues with kingpins in the firm, questionnaire research and a study of the company documentation were used. Owing to talks to one of the employees, after familiarization with the operating and fundamental processes of the company, all employees were sent an online questionnaire, which was answered by 21 of the complete number of 24. Simultaneously, dialogues with other four persons were made. Results of the dialogues and questionnaire research were analyzed and the state of communication inside and outside the firm was described. The communication inside the firm is not on a low level, but there are significant reserves in some areas conducive to improvement. Recommendations for improving the situation are described in a separate chapter.

The aim of the Master's Thesis is on the basis of the analysis used to identify the weaknesses of the Internet marketing tools of the Vichy brand with focusing on the brand Normaderm and to make recommendations in terms of future campaigns. The first part begins with general information about the brand Vichy and the brand Normaderm. The second part describes the various tools that the Vichy brand uses, followed by detailed analysis of tools utilized in two marketing campaigns for the Normaderm brand. Marketing tools are evaluated from the perspective of an ordinary user and from the perspective of marketer. In the thesis there are used data extracted from internal advertising and measuring systems of L'Oreal. The final part of the work discusses the current state of the Internet marketing of the brands Vichy and Normaderm and formulates recommendations for the future.

This thesis aims to summarise the theoretical principles, concepts and considerations pertaining to accounting for and reporting of derivatives and to describe and analyse the development of major accounting standards dealing with related issues. Sections 1 and 2 provide a basic overview of derivative instruments'categorisation, mechanics, valuation and uses. Section 3 studies the principles that ensure the provision of useful financial information, with specific focus on financial instruments. Sections 4, 5 and 6 trace the development of US and international accounting standards pertaining to derivatives and financial instruments in general. The focus of the thesis lies with their measurement, recognition and disclosure.

The thesis focus on fraud management - the detection of fraudulent behavior. In the first part current market situation in finance, telecommunications and healthcare is mapped. Following section contains the review of methods used for data mining which is closely related to detection of fradulent or non-standard behaviour. Part of the thesis is focused on the fraudulent behaviour detection in the procurement area. The whole cycle of deployment and use of the tool for detection is introduced. It covers data collection, identification of suspected cases, outcomes analysis and recommendations how to prevent from fraud.

Thesis titled `Regions and environmental protection` is divided into three parts. The first part is devoted to planting regions in the necessary historical context. The second part describes the constitutional anchoring region, and their constitutive elements defining the concept of independent and delegated powers. In the last section, I focus on linking the county institute, and environmental protection. The conclusion is devoted to the role of the county in a separate and delegated powers in selected components of the environment. Counties in the environmental protection acts as a necessary link between the state and municipalities, since they deal with things that goes beyond the possibilities of their own communities, but also below the national importance.

Environmental policy instruments in the Czech Republic This thesis deals with environmental policy instruments and related issues. In the introduction I analyze in general what the environment is and what role it plays in our life and its importance for life, then also by short historical excursion and also by the very definition of what is the environment and also the environmental policy itself. A large part is occupied by environmental policy actors that are an integral part of this area, as it would not be possible to carry out environmental policy without them. I divide them into state and non-state, among which the main difference is especially in volunteering. I describe their activities and examples of using individual tools in their performance. An important part is also an insight into the international area in the field of international environmental conferences as well as the European Union action plans. This section presents a brief overview of the development of international conferences on environment and sustainable development. Then, in the European Union, I am analyzing the last seventh action program in detail. My thesis "Sonata for clarinet and piano by Viktor Kalabis" is focused on one of concertantes pieces for clarinet and piano by Viktor Kalabis . The first part of the thesis deals with the life experience of the composer; the second part comprises an attempt to reflect the interpreter's perspective and expound interpretation issues. The author's experience with performing the sonata is described. The most difficult sections are explained and interpretation and practice options offered. The author's recording (2014 - J. Černohouzová, D. Wiesner) is compared with two other recordings (1970 - J. Štengl, Z. Zichová, 2013 - J.Hlaváč, I. Kahánek). The approaches of the interpreters and their performance style is analysed. The composer-interpreter relationship is discussed.

The thesis deals with algorithms for detecting anomalies in the data collected by the Problem Solving Tutor research. In the theoretical part, the author introduces the term of anomaly, the ideas of the PROSO research and a detailed overview of existing algorithms to detect anomalies. In the practical part, selected algorithms are implemented. Real outputs and results as well as recommendations to a user are presented in this part, and the chapter is supplemented by a number of graphs. The implemented algorithms are also compared to existing data mining software. An example of working with the data mining tools, applied to the data coming from PROSO, and explanation of their outputs is also part of the thesis. In the summary, the appropriate methodology for behavior analysis and anomaly detection is determinied.

The objective of this diploma thesis is to define main characteristics of students' behaviour as potential customers of language schools and formulate recommendation for a creation of the suitable offer for this segment. Key results emerge from quantitative and qualitative research among students, language schools and graduates. The differences were identified between students -- according to the level of studies, type of school and even year of study. Due to this fact, final recommendations were determined for individual segments of the target group. Their application can be found in a case study of language school PM-Lingua s.r.o. in Vyškov.
