The aim of this thesis is to describe the complete view of protection of the ozone layer. Therefore, it contains information about international, european and national legislation in this area. In addition, international legal aspects of climate change are mentioned. Finally, both ozone regime and climate change regime are compared. The author pays attention to the advantages and disadvantages of legal instruments and tries to find ways how to use ozone legal instruments in climate protection.

In the last decades, there is an increasing loss of biological diversity, which mainly results from human activities. It is therefore necessary to create legal measures that will eliminate the causes of threats to biodiversity and prevent the loss of animals and plants. The purpose of my thesis is to analyse some of the selected most important measures. The thesis is composed of four chapters. Part one describes biological diversity of the Czech republic and the causes of threats to biological resources. Chapter two examines relevant legislation and main approach to legal protection. Part three concentrates on the selected most important legal measures, which are subdivided into conceptual, administrative, economic and voluntary measures. Chapter four describes the conclusions.

The goal of this thesis is to design and develop a modular framework that simplifies the database application development and prevents inexperienced users from using unsafe SQL statements and/or expressions. The example of such a statement can be the insert statement without explicit column list, unsafe XPath expression, etc. The framework provides among others manipulation with history tables allowing versioning of data and reverting unwanted data changes asynchronous and parallel SQL execution support, error management and logging support, monitoring of schema changes as well as procedure and function debugging Together with means of data manipulation, the framework provides the simple way of publishing stored procedure as web service as well. The master's thesis deals with Irish traditional music and its possible use in music teaching at lower secondary schools in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part provides information on Irish traditional music and the historical and geographical conditions under which it developed. The practical part deals with the possibilities of its implementation into school education in accordance with the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education. Accompanying the thesis is an appendix consisting of pictures, texts, worksheets and sheet music. The attached CD contains audio and video recordings as well as multimedia presentations.

This thesis is concerned on topic Instruments of environmental protection in Czech law. It exists a lot of instruments of environmental protection, which are connected with law in some way. This thesis is concentrated on the most important a most widely used. Topic of this diploma thesis is "The legal protection of the exclusive deposit". Attention in the opening chapters is paid to general issues of mining law. Those general issues include history of mining law, sources of legal regulation and basic concepts. Protection tools of exclusive deposit are also included as a general issue. Those tools are divided in groups as conceptual, administrative and legal and economic tools. The thesis then introduces the most important special protection tools of exclusive deposit used at the various stages of its exploitation. It also deals with question of potential Internet collapse in future, describes variants of how it could happen and gives the suggestions to solve this problem, too. The Master's Thesis also includes forecasts of evolution of the Internet till 2030 and forecasts of major global agencies concerning the evolution of information technologies and technological news, which can significantly influence the entrepreneurial activity of many companies all over the world.

Credit rating agencies (CRAs) play an integral part in today's financial markets. Through ratings they express considered opinion about future creditworthiness of an obligor and thus lower information asymmetry in the capital markets. Recently, CRAs have been brought in the spotlight as they are often blamed for being the triggers of the recent market turmoil. Critics often argue that ratings of tranches of structured finance instruments, backed by subprime mortgages, were unjustifiably high, downgrades were too late and the overall integrity of the rating process was compromised through numerous conflicts of interests CRAs face. However, in this thesis I argue that CRAs were put in this position rather through external factors than their own actions. Massive regulation usage of ratings, rapid growth of structured securities market, overdependence on the rating and the overall ignorance of the meaning of rating itself are the actual causes to blame.

The aim of master's thesis is to discover viable potential of using modern communication tools in power company with stress on using social networks. Subsequently real applications of new marketing tools on particular campaign are proposed. In the theoretical part of this thesis the communication campaign process is described with focus on modern marketing communication tools and their practical examples. The RWE company is introduced and basic characteristics of energy sector are mentioned. The practical part consists of RWE communication campaign assignment from 2008, summary of marketing communication tools used in it and proposals for application of new marketing tools on this campaign. An approximate budget and reach are estimated. The result of master's thesis is critical opinion on usage of new communication tools in power company and recommendation for applying them in the future.

This master thesis focuses on Czech Radio and its role in the support of culture. Culture has been carefully covered by the broadcasting of Czech Radio since its very foundation. The thesis provides a thorough overview of various activities that Czech Radio has been organising in this area in the programme offer of its stations, its marketing and PR activities and the organisation of cultural events as such. Based on the working experience at the Communications and External Relations Division of Czech Radio, this thesis presents a handbook for both the specialised public and potential partners and helps them understand the whole environment prior to the actual submission of their request for cooperation.
