The diploma thesis is divided into two parts-theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part presents EU Structural Policy issues, even in the context of the Czech Republic. The practical part focuses on evaluation the progress in attitude of expert public to enviromental issues, the Structural Funds and the Operational Programme Environment (OPE). The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the way of communication towards expert public and on that basis to suggest changes in communication strategy of OPE in the periode 2014-2020.

The thesis is focused on description and analysis Project management of Development projects and the involvement of experts in relation to the risks of the preparation and implementation of these projects. Diploma thesis formulates recommendations for more efficient project management in development projects.

The thesis is focused on the analysis of internal communication and the proposals for its improvement in online marketing agency. The literature review discusses the theoretical approach in examining issues, forms and tools of internal communication, the use of information systems and analysis processes in internal communication. The empirical part describes the current state of internal communication and its processes, comparison of actual communication tools based on defined parameters of the company and evaluation of internal communication processes from the perspective of employees of selected company. The final part of thesis brings recommendations to improve internal communication and the proposal of the process model.

In the thesis entitled Mechanisms of Creative Process, the author examines and reflects her own creation and creative process. The purpose of this study is to discover the internal order and logic of the creative process, respectively to discover the mechanisms and tools with which it works. Knowledge and awareness of the used techniques should serve to make the tools know better, consciously grasp and, above all, develop. The most important aim of the thesis was to try to follow the phases and transformations of the creative process from the creative idea to the realization of the performance. For better orientation, the process of creation and the text of the thesis are divided into four phases and two wider circuits. The first circuit deals with the period of preparation, the second part is the reflection of its practical part, the theatrical rehearsals. Tracking her own path and distinctive way and approach to creation from a distance, has given the author a clearer picture of how the mechanisms and tools work inside the process. Their knowledge and development gives them the ability to transform the thoughts, ideas and visions into reality more consciously and purposefully.

Legal instruments of the protection of water quality - Abstract The purpose of my thesis is to analyse a system of legal instruments of protection of quality ground and surface water. The reason for my research is fact that quality of water has an impact not only on every human being but also on the whole planet Earth because there is no life without it. The thesis is composed of six parts - introduction, four main chapters and conclusion, each of them dealing with different aspects of water protection. Short introduction outlines total amount of water and main problems lie with the actual amount of fresh water and quality of this water. Chapter One defines major sources of pollution which are point, non-point and emergency sources of pollution. The next two parts of this chapter contain actual state of quality both surface and ground water in Czech Republic. Chapter Two concentrate on relevant international, European and Czech legislation in water protection. The chapter consists of three parts. Part One focuses on international law which is based on bilateral and multilateral treaties. Part Two investigates the European Union water law with focusing on primary and secondary sources of law. Aim of the thesis is an analysis of marketing tools, their efficiency and benefits in the particular choosen company environment. Subject of exploration is a part of website tools and online direct marketing tools. In the theoretical part of the thesis are presented tools from a general perspective, which are extended by several expert opinions. Practical part is based on the theoretical knowledge and tools are analyzed in a particular company environment. Thesis conclusion contains efficiency and benefits evaluation of the using tools in a particular company.
