Diploma thesis "Neo-Gothic rebuilding of chateau Hluboká nad Vltavou" first provides a brief summary of basic literary and archival sources, followed by description of terminology in the field of 19th century architecture together with the explanation used by the author. After that there is mentioned a situation in Czech architecture at the end of 18th and in the 19th century. Next point is the Gothic Revival phenomenon - its establishment, ways of its spreading and its influence in middle Europe including Czech countries. Own topic of this thesis is introduced by a general and building history of chateau Hluboká nad Vltavou. After that there are introduced prince Jan Adolf II. of Schwarzenberg and his wife, who managed the rebuilding of the chateau. There is also a description of their personal contacts with British culture and architecture. Main part of the thesis is dedicated to Neo-Gothic rebuilding of chateau Hluboká nad Vltavou. This chapter is divided into several subchapters, where are described changes in the chateau interior and exterior including the effort of document the direct influence of Gothic Revival, and also the adaptation of the close surroundings of the chateau. A master's thesis "Brandýs nad Labem and Stará Boleslav 1938-1945" is focused on description of selected aspects of the life in towns. Since events of the year 1938, through occupation and period called Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, till the time before revolt in May 1945. Due to better clarity, the thesis is divided into chapters dealing with social and culture progression, transformation of the town government, war industry, resistance movement and war events that intervene in the life in towns. Separate chapters dealed with the fate of the Jewish community, outline the course of the postwar investigation of collaboration and war monuments of Czech and German victims. Title: Conditions for the organized and unorganized sport children aged 11-15 years in Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav Targets: The aim of this thesis is find out the relation of children aged 11-15 years in Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav to sports activities and find out their satisfaction with the spatial and material conditions for the sport. Methods: To obtain the necessary data was used the method of quantitative empirical research using questionnaires. It was also used data analysis and semi-structured interviews. Quantitative data were processed by PC programs Microsoft Excel and Statistica. Results: The results of the survey revealed satisfaction of the respondents with the conditions for the organized and unorganized sport in the city. It was also found out what kinds of sports facilities and sports clubs are missed by the respondents in Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav. The disertation focuses on Czech School Inspectorate (CSI) and its impact on the preschool institutions in the region of Lanškroun. What are the criteria used in evaluating the work of kindergarten, what laws are governed in their work and what the implications of its findings are to the school management and decision-making processes in them. The thesis comrises the historical introduction of the state supervision over schools, the development of CSI, the comparison of school inspection systems in other EU countries, the extent of competency of the Czech School Inspectorate. The research shows that the Czech School Inspectorate has the positive impact on management in the kindergartens, it gives the essential feedback to the kindergarten headmasters. The headmasters consider the CSI evaluation to be the further step in their work. The determined conclusions are the results of the questionnaire to the headmasters, the analysis of inspection reports as the outcome of CSI activities in selected kindergartens in the region of Lanškroun. (in English): This thesis seeks to examine the state of the fine art in North Bohemia region at the turn of the 20th century. The period is dominated by romantic and realistic landscape art, which was also the domain of Fritz Gärtner. The thesis furthermore illuminates the life of German artists before and after the World War I in this region. The work focuses on Metznerbund group as it is considered the major movement among the German artists within the given period. Following chapters aim to illuminate the state of the fine art in North Bohemia region after the Second World War.The practical part of the thesis examines the life and work of a Sudeten German painter Fritz Gärtner: his early work from his hometown Ústí nad Labem, his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich and his first considerable exhibition named Arbeit (Labor). The research provides us with new findings that complement previous findings from my bachelor's thesis, which was focused on interpretation of selected Gärtners paintings, resulting in a complete monography of the Sudeten German painter. The research was based on secondary literature concerning the fine art in North Bohemia region and provides a broad scale of new facts about the artistic creation and life of painters within fine art associations in the 20th century.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe and analyze supervision of financial activities in the Czech Republic. The thesis is structured into three chapters, which focuses on analysis of actual acts of CNB supervision in connection to the legal basis. The first chapter defines supervision of financial activities reflecting its historical development, economical aspect and basic trends in financial market regulation. The second chapter is the main part which describes the status and activities of the Czech National Bank in the position of the supervisory authority. The emphasis is placed especially on supervisory and regulatory activity, which represents the core of this thesis. Supervision is characterized from the methodological point of CNB's approach. Different types of supervision and regulation executions are also analyzed in this thesis.

This thesis deals with methodics of credit process of a particular credit union present on the Czech market. Because of confidentiality, the name of the credit union is not mentioned. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part deals with characteristics of credit unions, their specifications and differences from banks. You can find in this part comparison of development of particular values of the analyzed credit union with the whole sector of Czech credit unions and bank sector as well. The second part is focused on importance of credit process, specifics of the balance of credit institutions, description of risks connected to credit process and principle of state regulation of this process. The third part describes in more details credit process of the analyzed credit union with further focus on acquisition period, credit analysis and decision making process. The last part explains questions of guarantee with all the types of guarantee of the analyzed credit union mentioned. Hence in the whole thesis the theory and practice is mixed together. In the concluding part I evaluate quality of credit process of the analyzed credit union, including the differences from credit process of bank institutions.

The base theme of diploma thesis is the musical life with a focus on musical ensembles in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. At first the history of the town and its musical evolution is presented. In the next part of the thesis the active musical ensembles in Rychnov nad Kněžnou are discussed. They are for example the Rychnov Children's Choir of Carmina, Praus Choir and the X-tet and the Rychnov Temple Choir. There are also instrumental ensembles working at the ZUŠ of Rychnov nad Kněžnou: Sarabanda Flute ensemble, Orecchie grandi String Orchestra, Orecchie piccole String Orchestra, Nona Band, I flauti Matti Flute ensemble and Dance Orchestra ColorBand. The aim of the thesis is to map the culture of Rychnov in the field of artificial music.

L’accès par voie chimique à des oligosaccharides nécessite souvent le recours à de nombreuses étapes de protection-déprotection. Au cours de ce projet de thèse, une méthodologie pour la protection régiosélective et orthogonale des fonctions alcool de disaccharides dérivant de la biomasse a tout d’abord été développée. Les glycopyranosides protégés ont été préparés par catalyse tandem au FeCl3∙6H2O en réalisant dans le même pot des réactions d’acétalation, d’éthérification réductrice, d’acétylation et/ou d’ouverture réductrice régiosélective d’acétals. Dans un second temps, une stratégie de synthèse flexible, rapide et performante pour accéder à des sulfoglycolipides diacylés et tétraacylés comportant un cœur tréhalose a été mise au point. Ces molécules sont produites par Mycobacterium tuberculosis, l’agent pathogène responsable de la tuberculose, et les sulfoglycolipides diacylés pourraient permettre l’élaboration d’un nouveau vaccin contre cette maladie. Des sulfoglycolipides diacylés et tétraacylés comportant des chaînes monométhylées chirales ont été obtenus. Les précurseurs des acides gras chiraux utilisés au cours de la synthèse ont été analysés par spectroscopie RMN du deutérium en abondance naturelle dans des cristaux liquides chiraux. / The synthesis of oligosaccharides often requires long sequences of protection-deprotection steps. For a rapid access to suitably protected glycopyranosides, we have developed a one-pot regioselective protection strategy based on FeCl3∙6H2O-tandem catalyzed reactions (acetalation, acetylation, reductive etherification, regioselective ring opening of acetal). This procedure was applied to persilylated disaccharides derived from biomass. This methodology allowed the development of a fast, efficient and flexible access to diacylated and tetraacylated sulfoglycolipids based on a trehalose core. These molecules are found in the cell wall of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and the diacylated sulfoglycolipids appear to be promising candidates for the development of a new tuberculosis vaccine. Synthetics diacylated and tetraacylated sulfoglycolipids bearing chiral monomethylated fatty chains were produced. The chiral fatty-acid precursors, used in the procedure, were synthetized and analyzed by NMR spectroscopy of natural abundance deuterium in chiral liquid crystals.

Za cíl diplomové práce jsem si stanovila především zanalyzovat technické rezervy a finanční umístění České pojišťovny a. s. a stručněji celého pojistného trhu. Provedla jsem analýzu těchto časových řad a odhady budoucích hodnot na několik let dopředu. Udělala jsem také rozbor situace na českém pojistném trhu, především z hlediska předepsaného pojistného, a popis začlenění ČR do Evropské unie. Popsala jsem funkce a činnosti Úřadu státního dozoru v pojišťovnictví a penzijním připojištění. Významnou úlohu v dohledu nad pojistným trhem má také solventnost, a proto jsem se na ni zaměřila v další části této diplomové práce. Na závěr jsem se pokusila nastínit současnou problematiku sjednocení dohledu nad finančním trhem. Celé dílo sleduje údaje za český pojistný trh a konkrétně za Českou pojišťovnu a. s., která zaujímá nejsilnější postavení na pojistném trhu v České republice.
