Diploma thesis named Analysis of the lateral displacement time of motorcycles captures formation and development of motorcycles, description of construction and proper techniques for riding a motorcycle. The main aim of this work is to organise and perform the measurement of the lateral displacement and deceleration of the motorcycles. These values will serve for forensic experts. Before the measurement was proposed methodology for the measurement of the lateral displacement by used two cameras and long chalk line. Follow measurement and evalution measurement of the lateral displacement and deceleration. Outputs from this thesis are values of the lateral acceleration necessary for calculation of the shortest lateral displacement time of the motorcycle and 96 videos with course and result of measurements.

In this thesis entitled ,,Analysis of motion of the bicycle when riding in a straight line”, I deal with the history of the bicycle, classifications and descriptions of the various parts of the bicycle and the analysis of accidents. The main objective is to analyze the movement of cyclists (bicycle) in a straight line in the implementation of tasks, typical for him - pedaling, showing a change in direction, or looking back for him. In conclusion evaluation, which can then be used in the processing of judicial opinions by experts.

This thesis named Analysis of the impact of fixed obstacles near roads on the course of traffic accidents deals with the diversification of fixed obstacles near the roads, brief theory of road accidents, possible consequences and shows statistics of road accidents with a fixed obstacle. The aim is to perform analysis of real traffic accidents with a fixed obstacle with serious consequences for health, life and property and with the help of a computer simulation software to analyze the same accident again, but for the condition if the fixed obstacle was removed. Finally, the consequences of accidents are compared, the analysis are evaluated and the proposed measures to eliminate the consequences are assessed.

The theme of the diploma thesis will be analyzing of a specific road sections with high accident rates on public roads in the Zlin region with the emphasis of decreasing the number of traffic accidents. The materials and valuable informations will be obtained in cooperation with the Police of the CR - Department of traffic police or by examination of selected sections. The main criteria for selecting of the hazardous sections, is the amount of the accidents in the selected sections which will be thoroughly analyzed. Based on the analysis of the accidents in the critical sections will be proposed administrative and constructional solutions, leading to the increased safety of the selected sections of the roads. The results of the diploma thesis are primarily designated for Police of the CR and local authorities where it can be put in effective use.

The diploma thesis titled Interpretation of traffic accident analysis results in relation to related legal decision deals with the interpretation of legal decisions accidents with not giving right of way. The main goal of this thesis is to find an established line for assessing culpability for comparable accident situations. Before the analysis of the 230 court rulings measurement is performed to estimate the distance an speed, because it is closely connected with right of way. In the context of theoretical part is characterized by a right of way, an expert in criminal proceedings, the road traffic regulations, penalties and the factors that influence us while driving. The analytical part draws on 230 court rulings and 5 expert opinions provided by the Institute of Forensic Engineering of the Technical University in Brno. Conclusion of the analytical part an established threshold for assessing culpability for comparable accident situations is found.

The thesis describes the problems of a complex system for analysis of road accidents, specifically the methodology for solving the collision between vehicle and motorcycle. There are statistics described motorcycle accidents, motorcycle safety features, the basic types of collision positions between vehicles and motorcycles, design methodology for solving with traffic accidents between vehicles and motorcycles. The work is performed a set of different measurements used to supplement and refine the input data for the analysis of road accidents involving motorcycles. The work contains data obtained from measurements.

The diploma thesis deals with the cost assessment of the rescue of vehicles over 18 tonnes of weight after a traffic accident on a motorway. It analyzes the factors which influence the cost of vehicle rescue and on their basis it sets out the methodology for calculating the unit price for one hour of work of emergency rescue vehicles.

The focus of this diploma thesis is to create a safety study which can be used as a tool to improve the safety of civil aviation. In the theoretical part of this thesis consideration is given to important organizations that are involved in creating legislation for civil aviation. Further, organizations which investigate aviation events were carefully examined and subsequently compared (ÚZPLN and BEA). The second part of this thesis consists of an analysis of events from 2014 using the ECCAIRS database from which were obtained suitable topics for the draft safety study. Finally a draft outline safety study was created and applied to study a specific event associated with aircraft L13 SE/SW Vivat.

Theoretical part discusses human factor and in detail describes human factor analysis HFACS and HRA. Further are discussed pros and cons of rise of digital instruments. Second part of thesis is focused on analysis of aviation events in Czech republic in category general aviation of maximum takeoff weight 2250kg in years 2004-2014 and analysis of accidents comparing aeroplanes with analog and digital instruments. Thesis also includes short analysis of video record using both types of instruments with focus on distribution of attention.
