Com essa perspectiva surgiu o Conectando Saberes - CS, um Programa de Educação Empreendedora que permitiu o despertar do empreendedorismo em muitas pessoas, possibilitou o surgimento de diversas ações e a consolidação de uma metodologia que foi posta em prática em muitas instituições e obteve resultados reais. Este relatório de Projeto de Gestão da Informação e da Inovação objetiva apresentar o processo de ideação do CS, seu desenvolvimento e a construção de sua metodologia para criação de propostas de valor. O funil do Mestrado Profissional em Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação – MPI, permitiu o amadurecimento dos fundadores do CS e o refinamento de sua metodologia tornando-a capaz de alcançar mais instituições e impactar mais pessoas. A essência do trabalho está na formação do denominado ninjas da inovação, sujeitos com habilidades que lhe permitem atuar ativamente na identificação de oportunidades de inovação nos ambientes que compõem a tríplice hélice (Governo, Indústria e Universidades), e capazes de apresentar propostas de soluções e/ou gerir equipes para que soluções sejam desenvolvidas. Por fim, apresenta os reconhecimentos conquistados e um case de aplicação da metodologia, além da trajetória de formação de um CInO - Chief Innovation Officer. / The emergence of educational initiatives that seek to foster entrepreneurship and promote a culture of innovation in academia are indispensable for the development of people and, consequently, for the development of the country. With this in mind, Conectando Saberes - CS was born, a Entrepreneurial Education Program that allowed the awakening of entrepreneurship in many people, enabled the emergence of several actions and the consolidation of a methodology that was put into practice in many institutions and obtained results real. This project report on Information and Innovation Management aims to present the CS's process of ideation, its development and the construction of its methodology for the creation of value propositions. The funnel of the Professional Master in Science, Technology and Innovation (MPI) allowed the founders of CS to mature and refine their methodology making it capable of reaching more institutions and impacting more people. The essence of the work lies in the formation of the so-called ninjas of innovation, subjects with skills that allow it to act actively in identifying opportunities for innovation in the environments that make up the triple helix (government, industry and universities) and capable of presenting proposals for solutions and / or manage teams for solutions to be developed. Finally, it presents the acknowledgments gained and a case of application of the methodology, in addition to the training path of a CInO - Chief Innovation Officer.
