UAB Lietuvos parodų ir kongresų centro „Litexpo“ teikiamų paslaugų specifika ir siekis patenkinti besikeičiančius klientų poreikius bei viršyti jų lūkesčius, reikalauja konsoliduoti atskirų padalinių bei kiekvieno organizacijos nario jėgas. Todėl įmonės darbuotojai tampa atsakingi už bendrai atliekamas veiklas bei bendrus organizacijos tikslus. Įmonės veiklos efektyvumas didele dalimi priklauso nuo sėkmingo darbuotojų tarpusavio bendradarbiavimo. Nors įmonėje yra įgyvendinamos įvairios bendradarbiavimą skatinančios priemonės, tačiau pastebimas darbuotojų nenoras bendradarbiauti, ketinimai piktnaudžiauti pasinaudojant komandiniais pasiekimais, net įsitraukimas į konkurencines veiklas. Todėl iškyla reali grėsmė organizacijos veiklos tęstinumo užtikrinimui. Susidariusi situacija verčia ieškoti priežasčių, kodėl įgyvendinamos bendradarbiavimo skatinimo priemonės neduoda pageidaujamo rezultato. Nagrinėjamo darbo problema - kaip vystyti ir didinti darbuotojų bendradarbiavimą? Darbo tikslas – nustatyti darbuotojų bendradarbiavimą skatinančius ir didinančius veiksnius UAB Lietuvos parodų ir kongresų centre „Litexpo“. Siekiant įgyvendinti darbo tikslą, iškelti šie uždaviniai: - išanalizuoti darbuotojų bendradarbiavimo esmę, - identifikuoti priemones, kurių pagalba organizacijos gali skatinti ir stiprinti darbuotojų bendradarbiavimą, - įvertinti bendradarbiavimą įtakojančius veiksnius UAB Lietuvos parodų ir kongresų centre „Litexpo“. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The specifics of services that are supplied by the Lithuanian exhibition and convention centre “Litexpo” and the need to satisfy changing demand of clients as well as exceed their expectations require consolidating forces of different departments and individual employees. Therefore employees become responsible for common activities and common organizational objectives. Efficiency of the enterprise largely depends on successful cooperation of employees. Even though various means of cooperation stimulation are implemented in the enterprise, it is obvious that employees are not willing to cooperate, they tend to take advantage of common achievements as well as to involve into competitive activities. This in turn raises a threat to the continuance of organizational activities. This situation necessites making an investigation why implemented means of cooperation stimulation do not produce desirable outcomes. The reasearch problem of this Master Thesis is how to develop and increase the cooperation of employees. The aim of the thesis is to determine factors that stimulate and enhance employee cooperation at the Lithuanian and convention centre “Litexpo”. Technologijų edukologijos magistro baigiamojo darbo tema aktuali, nes būtina toliau tęsti ir įgyvendinti mokinių vertinimo / įsivertinimo reformą. Tinkamai organizuotas vertinimas / įsivertinimas gali tapti puikia mokymosi motyvacijos skatinimo priemone. Svarbu siekti, kad ji būtų kuo palankesnė ir įvairesnė ir svarbiausia skatintų mokinių norą mokytis. Įsivertinimo metodų pagalba mokiniai gali patys atsakyti už savo ugdymosi procesą ir jo rezultatą. Tokiu būdu jie geriau suvokia savo padarytą pažangą. / This thesis focuses on students’ assessment and self-assessment. Assessment and self-assessment may motivate students and encourage them to live up to their true potential. Moreover, using different methods of assessment, students may control their learning process and results. Assessment has to be used to promote learning – not just measure it.

Individo nuotaikos ir įsitraukimo į televizinę reklamą sąsajos / Links between inidividual's mood and involvement in TV commercial

Autoriai skirtingai analizuoja individo nuotaikos ir reklamos ryšį, sunku lyginti tyrimų rezultatus. Rezultatai prieštarauja vieni kitiems, pastebimi netikslumai, apibrėžiant nuotaikos sąvoką. Ankstyvesniuose tyrimuose yra nagrinėjama, kaip nuotaikos pobūdis (teigiama, neigiama nuotaika) yra susijęs su įsitraukimu į reklamas. Keletas kitų tyrimų analizuoja šį ryšį išsamiau, apžvelgdami individų nuotaikos įsisąmoninimo lygio ryšį su reklama bei kokią įtaką šiam ryšiui turi tiriamųjų lytis. Tai naujas ir mažai tyrinėtas aspektas. Šio tyrimo tikslas – nustatyti sąsajas tarp individo nuotaikos ir įsitraukimo į televizinę reklamą. Buvo bandoma nustatyti tiriamųjų lyties, nuotaikos pobūdžio, nuotaikos įsąmoninimo lygio, įsitraukimo į televizinę reklamą ir noro pirkti reklamuojamą produktą ryšius. Tyrimas atliktas anketinės apklausos būdu, taikant Denollet (1993) „Bendros nuotaikos skalę“, Swinkels, Giuliano (1995) „Nuotaikos įsisąmoninimo skalę“, Zaichkowsky (1985) „Asmeninio įsitraukimo klausimyną“ bei papildomus klausimus. Tyrime dalyvavo 171 jaunuolis, turintys 18 – 25 metų. Gauti tyrimo rezultatai patvirtino keltas hipotezes. Nustatyta, kad individų teigiama nuotaika yra susijusi su įsitraukimu į televizines reklamas; individų noras pirkti reklamuojamą produktą yra susijęs su jų teigiama nuotaika. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / In prior studies, consumer researchers have treated concept of mood vaguely and arbitrarily. This has resulted in confusion regarding the substance of mood. Also prior studies advertising-related mood research has addressed relation between mood types (positive, negative mood) and involvement in advertisement. And only few authors addressed the dimensions of mood awareness or individual’s gender. This is a new and slightly researched aspect. The main objective of this study was to find links between individual‘s mood and involvement in TV commercial. Specifically mood type, two dimensions off moods awareness, involvement in TV commercial, gender and willing to buy are posited to interact. It was used The Global Mood Scale (GMS) by Denollet (1993), Mood Awareness Scale (MAS) by Swinkels, Giuliano (1995), Personal Involvement Inventory (PII) by Zaichkowsky (1985) and additional questions. In this study participated 171 individuals who were 18 – 25 years old. Data support both hypotheses. There are links between individual’s positive mood and involvement in TV commercial; also there are links between individual’s positive mood and willing to buy advertised product. Also results showed that mood differs by individual’s gender and there are links between involvement in TV commercial and willing to buy advertised product.

Fundação Carlos Chagas Filho de Amparo a Pesquisa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro / O presente trabalho tem como foco o parentesco por aliança, sendo esta uma relação que se estabelece sem o privilégio da escolha, tão cara aos indivíduos na contemporaneidade. Neste sentido, busca avaliar como se dá o processo de integração e inserção da nora na família por aliança e a percepção da sogra diante da chegada, na família, deste novo membro feminino; como os cônjuges, pivôs do parentesco por aliança, imprimem ritmo à relação com a parentela e ainda, que estratégias constroem para superação de tensões e conflitos. Os efeitos dos diferentes pertencimentos sociais sobre estas relações é um ponto que deve ser considerado na medida em que as trocas materiais são, muitas vezes, responsáveis pela aproximação dos indivíduos na família. Vale ressaltar as imagens de família como instrumento rico para análise das relações. / This current research focuses on the alliance relationship, which is a relationship that is established without the privilege of choice, so dear to people nowadays. In this sense, It assessed how it is the process of integration and insertion of the daughter-in-law in the family for alliance and the perception of the parents before the arrival in the family, this new female member, such as spouses, pivots of kinship by alliance, who gives rhythm to the relationship with relatives, and also that builds strategies to overcome tensions and conflicts. The effects of different social backgrounds on these relationships are a point that should be considered in that exchange materials which are often responsible for bringing the individuals in the family. It is noteworthy the family images like a rich instrument for analysis of relationships.
