Práce se zabývá neziskovým sektorem. Rozčleňuje jej z hlediska účetní právní úpravy na vládní a nevládní neziskový sektor. V případě nevládního sektoru jsou vymezeny četně zastoupení formy organizací z právního a účetního hlediska, nevládní sektor je zastoupen příspěvkovými organizacemi. Třetí část je věnována rozboru hospodaření příspěvkové organizace. Čtvrtá část porovnává nevládní neziskové organizace z oblasti školství se střední školou (příspěvkovou organizací).

První část diplomové práce bude věnována vymezení lidských práv včetně jejich klasifikace. Ve druhé části bude pojednáno o vývoji lidských práv a o současné úpravě těchto práv v rámci Organizace spojených národů, Rady Evropy a Evropské unie. Těžiště diplomové práce bude spočívat ve třetí části, ve které bude srovnávána úprava lidských práv v rámci Rady Evropy s katalogem lidských práv Evropské unie. Východiskem srovnání budou dva dokumenty Rady Evropy, a to Úmluva o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod a Evropská sociální charta. Lidská práva obsažená v těchto dokumentech budou srovnávána zejména s lidskými právy zakotvenými v Chartě základních práv Evropské unie. Pro účely srovnání budou lidská práva rozdělena do tří skupin - na občanská a politická práva, sociální práva a ostatní práva. V poslední, čtvrté části, bude provedeno zhodnocení lidských práv v rámci Rady Evropy a Evrospké unie, a to včetně možné vymahatelnosti těchto práv.

Religious life in Taiwan has experienced a great revival since the political relaxation in 1980's; especially the popular religion and new religious movements have been blooming. Temple festivals are growing again; restored or newly established events organized by temples emerge. There is usually one main deity in the centre of the temple cult, but there are many other deities worshipped in a particular temple as well. The temple is often a centre of a town or a village, especially in the countryside. Temples organize or at least support many activities (not only religious ones, but also sport and educational activities etc.) in villages and towns. The thesis introduces temples and their work in the field of belief. At the same time it looks at the ways a temple help people to create a local community, and what is the relationship between the state and temple cults. There is an attempt to see the potential of traditional temple religions to fulfil function similar to function of modern civil society. The thesis also introduces the development of the status of temple cults in Taiwan on the background of political and social changes during the 20th and at the beginning of the 21st century. The object of this work is the denominationally neutral country. Work it occurs through "proper understanding" secularization, an understanding of the phe-nomenon of secularization as secularism world in its social structure and social relationships. In the first part follows the concept of the state as intended Swiss reformer John Calvin, while largely draws on the work of the American legal historian John Witte and the background of the Lutheran and Calvinist Refor-mation, mainly explores especially Calvin's understanding of the polity. The second part deals with the Czech environment and through the first Czechoslo-vak president and influential thinker and statesman of the 19th and 20th centu-ries, Tomas Garrigue Masaryk tries to map the transition from theocracy to democracy, or from an absolute to a democratic conception of the state. Secula-rization itself and denominationally neutral state this thesis deals in its third part, dedicated to the life and work mainly largest Czech Protestant philosopher Bozena Komárková when over her eye on civil society gets to the separation of church and state. The submitted thesis examins the issues of non-governmental organisations regulated by the new codification of private law, i.e. law No. 89/2012 Coll. Civil Code - and possibilities of their practical application in theatre practice. The thesis maps legal forms that were used for theatre conduct until the end of 2013 as well as non-governmental organisations established by the new Civil Code. The last chapter of the thesis enumerates the new options that have arisen for each type of legal persons conducting theatre activities. The purpose of the thesis is to create an exhausting overview of non-governmental organisations occurring in the legal order of the Czech Republic, with a special focus on the field of theatre.

Lukáš Nevěděl, Ph.D. The subject of this Master thesis is a comprehensive analysis of the administrative districts of municipalities with extended competence Tišnov and Kuřim affected by suburbanization processes and inner periphery. Using quantitative and cluster analysis this work evaluates demographic trends in the surveyed municipalities, their socioeconomic structure, the availability and capacity of public services. It also includes a prediction of the future population development.

The diploma thesis The Civil Registration under the Act 133/2000 Coll., focusing on the place of residence and the issue of official addresses in the exercise of state administration and civil proceedings is dealing with the population register since the origin of the right of domicile till the current legislative framework. In the first part the terms are defined in theoretical level relating to the administrative procedure, records of citizens and legal framework of examined issues. In the practical part there is the analysis of undertaken questionnaire surveys. Respondents were people with an official address and a questionnaire survey examined the experiences of citizens with address of permanent residence at the headquarters of the registration office. Another method of exploring the issue were structured interviews. Interviewees were persons with an official address, clerks of municipal office and clerks of the court mailroom. Through evaluating the data obtained various aspects of the institute of official address have been explained. Their effect has been assessed not only to people who are registered on an official address, but also to other citizens and public administration.

This master´s thesis deals with issues of  a local government. The research will focus on the city Olomouc. The goal will be to characterize main socioeconomic indicators of the city and evaluate their impact on the development and functioning of the local government. The next step will be identify the actors of the political process in the village and analyze their relationships and define the nature of the decision-making process of local governments on the basis of a comparison of the results of municipal elections. Research approach, that tries to take into account differences in the content and decision-making of local authorities in cities with different Population sizes. The work is proposed  as a case study. Two basic engineering approaches such as study of documents and interviews will be used for collecting of data.Other standard methodological procedures, especially comparison will be used in this work too

This thesis deals with global topics teaching analysis at the second grade of primary school. It presents basic features of this issue in Frame education programme as well as in chosen methodology by Human in emergency Bohouš a Dáša: Dáša at the world marketplace. The thesis is divided into eight chapters. It also contents an own survey based on qualitative research (dialogues with teachers) within a particular school case study. There are activities developed on the grounds of the survey results that Civics and related subjects teachers may use. These fulfill some Frame education programme expected performances and particular overview topics.
