In my thesis I focused on defining the financial flow of the state budget towards the budget of municipalities, classified the variety of state subsidies, and characterized the reasons for providing of such subsidies. Further I focused on defining the conditions for receiving the state subsidies by the municipalities and the conditions of their utilization. For my work I came out from theoretically gained knowledge. My thesis brings economic analyze on the impact of the provision of state subsidy within the Czech Republic. Further I compare the system development and the development of the amount of subsidies and their portion.

The aim of this work was to assess the current situation analysis in strategic management and development of township Křemže. In this thesis were analyzed as the PESTLE analysis, interest groups, SWOT analysis, budget analysis Křemže township and municipal cooperation. It was also carried out a survey and interviews with the township mayor Ing. Josef Troupe. In the discussion section after each analysis were evaluated and weaknesses were highlighted, including a proposal to address particular situations.

This thesis deals with management of a particular small village in the six-year period. The theoretical part describes municipal authorities in the Czech Republic, budgetary system, including the municipal budget and budget structure. The practical part analyses economics of the village Jabloňany in the years 2007 - 2012 with a subsequent evaluation of operating and capital management. The practical part is concluded by calculation of the national share revenue from shared taxes for the municipality Jabloňany in 2013. Calculated tax return is included in the municipality draft budget and medium-term financial plan. The conclusion summarizes the overall management of the municipality Jabloňany and outlines the possible use of increased tax revenues.

Diplomová práce se zabývá problémy současného územního členění České republiky. Základním východiskem práce je charakteristika historického, právního a společenského kontextu územního členění státu. Na tomto podkladě je následně proveden rozbor hlavních oblémů územního členění České republiky a navrženy eventuální možnosti řešení. První teoretická část je věnována fenoménu územního členění z pohledu obecné státovědy a sociální Uherské monarchie až po reformu veřejné správy provedenou po vzniku samostatné České republiky. Pozornost je zaměřena především na popis a hodnocení dobových koncepcí územního uspořádání a na proměny jednotlivých typů územních celků v čase. Třet zaměřena na úpravu územního členění v rovině ústavního pořádku České republiky. Jde zejména o rozbor relevantních obecných článků Ústavy včetně preambule. Samostatný pododdíl je potom věnován české koncepci územní samosprávy v podobě obcí a vyšších územně samosprávných celků. Drobná úvaha je rovněž věnována nejednoznačnému postavení statutárních měst. Čtvrtý oddíl se zaměřuje na právní úpravu administrativního členění České republiky. Práce poskytuje přehled správních obvodů ve formě obcí, vojenských újezdů, okresů, krajů a zvláštního postavení hlavního města Prahy. The theoretic part deals position of municipality, its finance and budget. It briefs of trend in public administration. The theoretic knowledge are shown by means of practical example. The budget of municipality Podolí is subjected to analysis and reviewed throug ratio self-financing and self-support.

The thesis deals problem of municipality's budget management with a view to filling budget of concrete town of the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part defines position, competency and authorities of municipality and it describes budget of municipality, budget process and structure of budget more closely. The problem is demonstrated further on practical example of the town Most. In the practical part there is realized detailed analysis of filling budget earnings and expenses and there is reviewed overall budget management of the town Most during the years 2004-2007.

The master thesis discusses application of value added tax in municipality, after the amendment of act in 2009. The theoretical part is focus of attention municipality and law of value added tax, concepts definition of public services and economic activities and calculation of turnover. Theoretical conclusions are applying to financial reports of the city Sezimovo Ústí. Its revenues are classified into taxable and non-taxable payments and the turnover is predicted. The goal of this paper work is the universal algorithm of taxes formulation including optimization techniques of most frequent activities of municipalities.

E-government is a term that in the Czech and world dictionary naturalized. Many international institutions and national entities engaged in e-government, prepares the strategy and monitors its development. Despite the advantages that e-government provides to states and cities, there is no comprehensive and standardized approach that would facilitate the preparation of strategies for both international and local levels of government. The local level is increasingly getting into the spotlight. It is close to citizens and therefore knows their needs. Citizens also come into contact with local levels of government more often. This is the main reason why consider local e-government. Its implementation needs many resources, projects are often implemented in the long term, and therefore the e-government should be approached systematically. This systematic way to make municipal e-government is represented by a local strategy, which is described in this thesis. The goal is to design the structure and content of local e-government strategy for basic local government units, including the process of its creation, and verification of the theoretical findings on example of the village Sudoměřice The main benefits of the work can be seen in the general definition of local e-government strategy, its structure, process and inputs required for its formation. A secondary benefit is the creation of local e-government strategy for the village Sudoměřice, which should verify that the process and structure can be applied to small and medium-sized municipalities.

The diploma thesis is focused on real estate tax, the main emphasis is on the use of local coefficient at its maximum size. The aim is to identify the main reasons that motivate municipalities to set the highest possible rate. We are also trying to confirm the hypothesis that the local municipality with local coefficient 5 spend more money on roads and road transport than municipalities that did not set up local coefficient. The research was based on information from the years 2012 to 2010 and proved that the relationship between these variables does not exist.
