RESUME V ANGLICKÉM JAZYCE The topic of this thesis is commercial sexual exploitation of children, which is defined in international documents as sexual abuse by an adult and remuneration in money or non- monetary benefits to the child or to a third party. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first chapter is dedicated to theoretical introduction to the phenomenon of commercial sexual exploitation of children. For each form of commercial sexual exploitation of children are given the historical aspects of the origin, causes and forms of their existence and examples from practice. The second chapter focuses on international cooperation in the field of protection of children against commercial sexual exploitation. It mentions three most important international congresses that took place since 1996 - World Congress in Stockholm, Yokohama and in Rio de Janeiro. There were accepted soft law documents. In the third chapter is incorporated international legislation of the fight against sexual violence against children. There are presented and analyzed major international documents. Agriculture in the Law of World Trade Organization Regulation on international agricultural trade is one of the most sensitive fields of international trade regulation by the agreements of the WTO. The current law is contained in the Agreement on Agriculture and it is the first regulation of the foreign trade in agricultural products in the WTO scheme. The purpose of this thesis is to clarify the important aspects of the current law. The thesis also addresses the context in which the Agreement on Agriculture takes effect, especially from the viewpoint of its influence on developing countries. Various chapters also briefly deal with the possible content of the future Agreement on Agriculture according to the most recent results of the Doha development round negotiations. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The introductory chapter is dedicated to the beginnings of international agricultural trade regulation and to the negotiations of the Uruguay round that resulted in the establishment of the World Trade Organization and in the conclusion of the Agreement on Agriculture. City of Cheb, lying on crossroad of old trade roads, gains by favor of czcech kings and roman emperors many privileges supports trade activity. Sixteenth century was period of trade prosperity of this region: silver was discovered in Joachimsthal and some new deposits of tin. Prosperous mining areas are source of prosperity even for near and farther neighbourhoods, and on main route from western Europe lies Cheb. Assumed prosperity of trade shoud make impact on prosperity of city inhabitants, even city as a whole. Goal of this work is to analyze city income books (Umgeldbücher) and qualify and quantify income from trade and proportion of this income in whole city income.

The paper describes a layout and a development of the software product used for fully automatic data exchange and synchronization between a business information system (ERP system) and a web system (an e-shop). The reason for designing such a system is an effort to minimize human work performed when handling the data in both systems. The data integrity in both systems is established due to this mechanism and a significant time saving is likewise a key factor. If the data are changed in one system, the changes are detected and synchronized with the data from the other system which constantly ensures up to date data.

This thesis deals with the position of the selected countries of East Africa in the world economy and prospects of their future development. The first chapter provides basic information about Rwanda, Burundi and Uganda. The second chapter belongs to the most important ones and deals with the historical context. The third part adds some information about the UN approach to the events in this territory. The fourth chapter is devoted to foreign policy orientation. The next two chapters are the most significant ones: the fifth part deals with development of economy and current economic situation, the sixth part discusses foreign trade. The last chapter provides an outlook for the future of these African countries.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the business relations between the Czech Republic and Israel, and to suggest other possible perspectives of mutual cooperation. This thesis is devoted to both basic characteristics of Israel in terms of geographic, demographic and political, and to the current state of the Israeli economy. It provides information on history of mutual relations, their legal framework and development of the Czech-Israeli trade. The great emphasis is placed on tourism. One part of this thesis is processed as a questionnaire survey among Czech companies generally and the performance of the Czech company Ammann Czech Republic, a.s., which is one of the successful exporters to the Israeli market. The final part describes Czech institutions that support development of the Czech-Israeli relations, and the bilateral programme GESHER/MOST. The activities of these institutions are evaluated and then further opportunities of deeper cooperation are suggested.

If the developing countries want to participate on the international trade and draw the advantages it brings, it is necessary for them to have sufficiently developed infrastructure and stable financial system, that enables financial flows. Both embody considerable deficiencies in developing countries, which inhibit the producers and traders from these economies to fully integrate into the world trade and represents fundamental obstruction by their aspiration to import and export. To solve this problem the World Trade Organisation in support of important financial institutions has created the program Aid for Trade, which principal aim is the development of infrastructure and business skills. Main goal of this graduation theses is to map the functioning and contributions of this program in the area of financing the trade in Asia and Pacific region and consequently evaluate, whether Aid for Trade actually improves the infrastructure of developing countries and helps them to participate on the international trade more effectively, because that's the direction that could possibly lead to increment of wealth and repression of poverty.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe Czech Republic's foreign trade relations with two Asian countries - China and India. Thesis is divided in three parts. First part is dedicated to the introduction of Indian economy and its growth. This part deals also with the analysis of the foreign trade relations between Czech Republic and India. Second part describes Chinese economy and the foreign trade between China and the Czech Republic. The purpose of the third part is to describe the foreign direct investment flows between the Czech Republik and India/China. All the parts contain also the main points of Czech, Indian and Chinese legilatives focused on international trade and foreign direct investment.

The graduation thesis discuses the development of the foreign trade of Slovak republic in years 1993 - 2009. It takes a closer look on foreign trade in time of the crisis 2007-2009 and describes the impacts of the recesion. It also proposes some measures that can protect foreign trade of small opened economy of Slovakia agains next recesions. Thesis is devided into four chapters, which deal beside mentioned above also with the importance of foreign trade for Slovakia and with the process of the crisis.
