The goal of this thesis is the evaluation of tradicional established orchestras at music high schools and universities in the Czech Republic. This thesis includes of course the comparison of the czech academic orchestras and the music-university orchestras in Austria, Germany and Slovakia.Suggested conception of the HAMU university orchestra contains the opportunities of the alternative funding and the inside survey of opinions on the HAMU-orchestra functioning.

The thesis deals with the topic of penalties alternative to the imprisonment. Given the fact the theme of alternative punishments is very large, the dissertation specialises mostly in a penalty of community services. In the thesis the alternative punishment is presented from the point of view of the occupation whose main task is to contribute to the penal justice and to solving penal conflicts. The domain that the Probation and mediation service of the Czech Republic has represented since 2001 stands on the frontier of the social work and the law and brings out the need to define the context of its own use, role, theoretical grounds and last but not least operational procedures, mechanisms and principles of a professional work. The penalty of community services started to be used in our penal justice in 1996 and it has gone through great changes ever since. The thesis describes in details the historical evolution of this punishement. First forms of an alternative treatment of offenders, especially the probation was developing late 19th century and in the beginning of the 20th century chiefly in countries of Western and Northen Europe. This diploma thesis is focused on the work of violin teachers at primary music schools from the perspective of a psychological influence on students. Possibilities available to teacher for psychological support of education and student´s development are examined. Musical abilities and musical talent are studied with focus on possibilities of musical development of students.Then, teacher´s attitude to students and it´sdiffernt variants are described. It is emphasized the importance of concentration and attention, knowledge of motivation in each period of student´s studies, and good preparation for concert performances. Teacher should know about all possibilities of psychological field which can help him to teach students as well as to communicate with their parents. Chapters on psychological process of teaching, its different types and possibilities of usinh it for violin teaching are listed at the end of this thesis.

The subject of this thesis is the analysis of the fields related to culture transformation, that implies the changes in its financing, ownership or legal environment, as a follow up to the change of the cultural paradigm itself and to the comparison of the selected countries, which differ both in their historical development and the present day. The reasons for choosing the topic are described in this thesis, different attitudes to the domain of culture are mentioned, the contemporary process of changing the cultural paradigm is explained, and the cultural politics and systems in the Czech Republic are compared to the situation in France, Great Britain and the USA. Possible alternatives concerning the trend in culture conception in the Czech Republic are outlined, and the methodology leading to obtaining background material for possible liable decision making about the future culture system in the Czech Republic is defined.

This diploma thesis focuses on innovation in teaching of the subject Dance Gymnastics, namely on postural exercises, which the thesis offers and recommends. They are preceded by explanations of technical terms and chapters on correct posture, breathing and diaphragm. These are followed by the explanation of the principle of the exercises and descriptions of the postural exercises themselves, including photographs. At the end of the thesis the author describes her experience with these principles and exercises in practice. The aim of the thesis is to efficiently use the allotted time for Dancing Gymnastics so that it will continue to be beneficial with regard to the ever increasing demands on the education of young dancers. This means using it to develop correct posture and its stabilization, to which end I offer the system of postural exercises.

The present paper is based on the Bachelor Thesis El Sistema ? A Unique Music Education System in Venezuela by the same author, 2010, and it brings the provided information up to date and expands it by adding sections on El Sistema-inspired projects and on Possibilities of implementation of a similar project in the Czech Republic. The second section provides a comprehensive view of how the project spread worldwide and describes the main trends in three practical examples from Great Britain, Argentina and Germany. The third section deals with the baseline situation in the Czech Republic, the position of the non-profit sector, competitive environment and the possibilities of financing a similar project in the Czech Republic. The Diploma Thesis, parting from accesible sources and own experience, is aspiring to be a theoretical ground for comparative studies and thinking, as well as for the possible implementation of a similar project in the Czech Republic.

I have chosen the above mentioned theme of my Master's Thesis not only with respect to my professional management activities but also due to my personal interest in issues of modern technologies affecting all of the areas of personal and work life. The purpose of diploma thesis is not only to elaborate the summary of tools already applied in the Internet environment for use of marketing and Public Relations classical music but also the summary of new and emerging tools that could be applied for such use but have not yet been applied in classical music. Generally, this thesis deals with the chosen theme at user level and describes current applicable means available at the Internet with regard to possible use for institutions functioning in clasical music. It summarizes obtained data on current and emerging technologies and provides a comprehensive and user-friendly survey of given issues.

The title of the thesis is "The Community Service Punishment and the Execution Thereof". It analyses the alternative community service punishment not only as governed by Czech legal system, but also as covered by legal regulation of this type of punishment in other states. The thesis further describes the relation of the community service punishment to other forms of alternative punishment which are applicable under the Czech legal system and its significance therein. It also covers the topic of the community service punishment according to the doctrine of restorative justice. The thesis includes a brief history of the community service punishment regulation since the middle ages up to nowadays. The goal of the thesis consists in thorough study of the substantive and procedural regulation of the community service punishment not only as set forth by the new Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code, but also as set forth by implementing laws, like e.g. the Probation and Mediation Service Law.
