Volunteering is a really actual issue in abroad and in the Czech republic, too. It is a necessary part of good working civic society. Activities connected with volunteering is desirable to support and pay attention to them. This thesis handles the topic of young people in the age between 20 and 24 and volunteering. It tries to explore the role of family and peers in young peoples' volunteering. Its aim is to describe the perception of volunteering and the importance/sens for young volunteers. Is there a difference between the welfare and mutual field of voluteering? Also it handles the experiences and reasons for choices of type of concrete volunteering activity. There has been a qualitative research conducted within this thesis. The method of focus group and document analysis were used for it.

The aim of the thesis will focus on ethics for professional accountants, who are not only accountants, but also tax consultants and auditors. Confidence in the profession greatly weakened by major accounting scandals in the U.S. and in Europe at the turn of the millennium. I will focus on ethics from the perspective of philosophy and from the perspective of management in the introduction of the theoretical part. The theory of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility relates also with business ethics. In response to accounting scandals in the U.S. the new law was agredd and this documnet established new requirements for companies trading on the American Stock Exchange and drew an attention to code of ethics for professional accountants. I will describe the different types of accounting fraud in the practical part, said publicated examples.

A dog owner does not only have rights, but also (and mainly) a lot of obligations. One of the aims of this work was to look at different areas concerning the ownership (holding) of a dog in relation to the actual public law regulations. Particular chapters reflect possible life situations, which have (especially from a point of view of public law) an effect on coexistence with a dog and (often negative) the impact (penalties) for a dog holder. Thematic areas are addressed, for example, purchasing a dog, his vaccination and other health and life conditions, the possibility of shortening a tail or ears, the admissible conditions and methods that permit the killing of a dog or the conditions and ways to bury a dog. Further mention is made of the possibilities of travelling with a dog (and also abroad), also described are the law regulations of dog fees and the generally binding ordinances of municipalities. Deeper consideration was essential in respect of the areas concerning misdemeanours and criminal offences, which can be commited both on a dog and by a dog (incl. veterinarian demands or animal cruelty). There are follow-up chapters concerning liability for damage and compensation for damage. The thesis is aimed to analyze parameters of antennas, and work out the computer, which can be used to the modeling of the radiation of antennas of the VUT 100 aircraft. First, used antennas are divided according to the operation frequencies, and the polarization. Second, a MATLAB program is developed and described. The program computes radiation patterns at different frequencies for the different location of antennas on the VUT aircraft. Finally, the MATLAB optimization program is develop and described. The program changes the position of antennas so that the requirements of aircraft producer can be met.
