Gerenciamento de variabilidade de linha de produtos de software com utilização de objetos adaptáveis e reflexão. / Variability management of software product line using adaptive object model and reflection.

Luciana Akemi Burgareli 04 August 2009 (has links)
The Software Product Line approach offers benefits such as savings, large-scale productivity and increased product quality to the software development because it is based on software architecture reuse which is more planned and aimed to a specific domain. The management of variability is a key and challenging issue, since this activity helps identifying, designing and implementing new products derived from software products line. This work defines a process for the variability management of software product line, called GVLPS. After modeling the variability, extracting the variants from use case diagrams and features, the next step is to specify the variability that was identified. Finally, the proposed process uses a variability mechanism based on adaptive object model and reflection as support in the creation of variants. The proposed process uses as case study the software system of a hypothetic space vehicle, the Brazilian Satellites Launcher (LSB).

A Test Oriented Service And Object Model For Software Product Lines

Parlakol, Nazif Bulent 01 May 2010 (has links) (PDF)
In this thesis, a new modeling technique is proposed for minimizing regression testing effort in software product lines. The &ldquo / Product Flow Model&rdquo / is used for the common representation of products in application engineering and the &ldquo / Domain Service and Object Model&rdquo / represents the variant based relations between products and core assets. This new approach provides a solution for avoiding unnecessary work load of regression testing using the principles of sub-service decomposition and variant based product/sub-service traceability matrices. The proposed model is adapted to a sample product line targeting the banking domain, called Loyalty and Campaign Management System, where loyalty campaigns for credit cards are the products derived from core assets. Reduced regression test scope after the realization of new requirements is demonstrated through a case study. Finally, efficiency improvement in terms of time and effort in the test process with the adaptation of the proposed model is discussed.

A Metamodel For The High Level Architecture Object Model

Cetinkaya, Deniz 01 August 2005 (has links) (PDF)
The High Level Architecture (HLA), IEEE Std. 1516-2000, provides a general framework for distributed modeling and simulation applications, called federations. HLA focuses on interconnection of interacting simulations, called federates, with special emphasis on reusability and interoperability. An HLA object model, be it a simulation object model (SOM), a federation object model (FOM) or the management object model (MOM), describes the data exchanged during federation execution. This thesis introduces a metamodel for the HLA Object Model, fully accounting for IEEE Std. 1516.2. The metamodel is constructed with GME (Generic Modeling Environment), a meta-programmable tool for domain-specific modeling, developed at Vanderbilt University. GME generates a design environment for HLA object models having the HLA OM metamodel as input. This work can be regarded as a step for bringing model-integrated computing to bear on HLA-based distributed simulation.

Heterogeneous Object Modelling : Representation, Construction and Process Planning

Sharma, Gaurav Kumar January 2015 (has links) (PDF)
Heterogeneous Objects are engineered with multiple materials to achieve multiple functionalities like high hardness, high toughness and low structural weight. Heterogeneous objects are increasingly used to achieve multiple and often conflicting behaviour within a single object. Developing heterogeneous objects needs computational model for design, analysis and manufacturing. The computational model should map the geometry of the object with the material composition. The most general model is the volume based model that decomposes the geometry exhaustively into simple elements and defines the material distribution over these elements. This approach can model a wide range of objects. However, defining material distribution needs manual intervention to select these elements for material continuity, and to segment or subdivide them for better material approximation. Volume based representation is quite large in size and is cumbersome to edit, query or reuse. Feature based approaches have been proposed to address some of these issues. However, current art can model only limited class of Heterogeneous Objects that includes simple material distribution over complex geometry or complex material distribution over simple geometry. The thesis presents a new method to overcome these limitations. The method, a hybrid of volume based and feature based approaches, allows the user to define the complex material distribution over complex geometries intuitively and represent the same. The complex material distribution is modelled using material reference entities that may be mixed-dimensional, inclusive of non-manifold entities. It uses Medial Axis Transform for automated segmentation of these entities into independent regions, where the material distribution can be intuitively prescribed starting from the entity and terminating at the medial axis. The spatial variation of the material is captured by a parameterized distance field from the material reference entities. It develops new constructive operators to build a complex heterogeneous object model that allows the reuse of the existing heterogeneous object models, automates handling of material continuity, and controls the gradation of the material in the interface of the constituent heterogeneous objects. Constructions using these operators can be geometry driven or material driven i.e. the geometric form controls the material distribution or the material distribution is independent of the geometric form. The proposed representation can be adaptively meshed for generation of mesh in the direction of gradation of the material for finite element analysis and process planning for additive manufacturing. An iso-material contour representation has been proposed for process planning of Heterogeneous Object Models. This avoids the stair case effect by depositing material in the direction of material gradation, and avoids over-deposition or under-deposition due to frequent start and stop of the nozzles. The proposed method has been implemented to show that it can model wide range of heterogeneous objects and can be integrated with additive manufacturing.

Prostředky pro implementaci rozložení webových stránek v JavaScriptu / Web Page Layout Facilities in JavaScript

T.Kovács, Gregor Unknown Date (has links)
The aim of this work is to design and implement applications for the creation of web page layout facilities using JavaScript. The work includes the descriptions of the available methods of object positioning using the CSS given possibilities, the CSS 2.1 standard, and the difficulties of object positioning using CSS. Further, it includes the analysis of how the object placement is solved in the Java programming language using grid based layout managers GridLayout and GridBagLayout. Based on the obtained knowledge, designs are created for the solving of object placement in the creation of web pages using the grid principle. The object placement is solved by defining new HTML attributes for position determination, and also by creating a graphical editor for object placement. All the solutions are implemented using JavaScript.
