This Master’s thesis deals with the proposal manufacturing technology of a shaft with gears on a CNC machine tool. The first part of the thesis is focused on the concise description selected shaft and its use. In the next part of the thesis are state selected materials, which are suitable used for shafts and gears. After that is create drawing component, suggest technological procedure, tool list and machine list which are suitable used for manufacturing selected shaft. In the final part of the thesis is create a CNC program for manufacturing the shaft on the turning and milling machine. Program is created in software SinuTrain 4.7 for control system Sinumerik 840D. The CNC program is verified by graphics simulation to determine a correct function

The objective of this diploma thesis was the design of a special machine tool that increases the efficiency of the production of a T-slot detail on the part of the clamp body. The thesis deals with the current production of this component as well as the description of the material, the machines that are used and the technological process. The next part focuses on the description of the new special machine tool, its production, heat treatment and the presentation of used indexable inserts. Another part analyses the production innovation that was comprised of the comparison with the former machine tool to the new one. The thesis concludes with a technical and economical evaluation of the former and innovated production.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the hole-making technology for hydraulic components that are specific for its high requirements on size and shape accuracy. The aim of diploma thesis is to compare the productivity, efficiency and accuracy of reaming with two different reamers – the solid carbide reamer and the newly designed reamer that combines two cermets on cutting part of the tool. In the practical part, the data analyses and calculations were made. It was discovered that the newly designed tool brings economic benefits while the qualities of final hole are improving or remaining at the same level.

The results of the work discusses what influence the quality of the cut surface, depending at a different input parameters machining foil waterproof plywood abrasive water jet. In conclusion, I try to highlight the issue of evaluating the quality of machining and justification method waterjet abrasive jet will be in the woodworking industry very little representation.

The thesis deals with electron beam micromachining of nonmetallic materials like glass, ceramics and plastics. A brief description of the device on which the experiments were carried out is included; the author has participated on its development. Main topic is experimental study of influence of main electron beam parameters on results of machining. Examined parameters include accelerating voltage, beam current, focusing and speed of machining. Influence of beam deflection is analyzed. Method of sequential machining by repeated passes of the electron beam is presented. Main examined materials are quartz glass, alumina and selected plastics. The usefulness of the technology is shown by several practical applications.

This thesis deals with design for manufacturing technology single part on machine FS, which is the connecting part. Work deals with the material of this component, therefore, cast iron with lamellar graphite, the properties of this material, primarily focusing on the machinability. Due to the shape and dimensions of the workpiece is also described problems cutting of box parts, the most common operations used in their manufacture, including cutting tools and materials. These findings are then applied in terms of the company TOS Kuřim - OS a.s. An analysis of current manufacturing technology and design is made for its amendment. In conclusion with the technical-economic evaluation.

Practical part of the thesis solves manufacturing of gearing on pinion manufactured by wire cutter EXCETEK V650 and statistically evaluates precision parameters on surfaces of the carriers taken by specific technological conditions with the same machine.

The work includes descriptions of particular training of hand metalworking supplemented by author's photographic material. There are fourteen videos as a multimedia material in the appendix. The created videos contain demonstrations of technique of hand metalworking which are mentioned in the thesis. This created multimedia material could be used not only by pupils in the lesson of Technical Education but also by uncertificated teachers, who taught this subject.
