This thesis deals with the efficiency improvement proposal of production of engineering component for agricultural machine. Firstly, the current production proces is described including description of the component and determination of manufacture times. The next part contains efficiency improvement proposal of production including determination of manufacture times. The last chapter contains a comparison of both variants in terms of production costs. The final provision summarizes results which were achieved and overall benefits of the thesis.

This master´s thesis deals with the description of the current state of the UNIPLUS TOOL FACTORY division belonging to the ALEMA Lanškroun a.s. company, where I focus on the production process optimization. This thesis includes tool factory production process analysis focused on sub-goals to achieve the manufacturing process optimization in relation to the European Union customer.

Contactless measuring of surface temperature integration in the other measurement methods and their assimilation at evaluation of surface temperature of a semi-finished product bored by various tools is the target of the work. An impassable opening is being bored by these tools. The opening is close to a scanned wall. The semi-finished wall temperatures are being scanned by thermocamera and subsequently compared for every single used tool in this experiment.

This thesis is worked like experimental design vertical milling machine and design for future. Design was proceeding from numerically controlled vertical milling machines, and milling machine is intented for small machining of shaped areas. Milling head and body of machines are associaded in to one shape. for this thesis was serving technical documents milling machines from company TOS Kuřim. The Machines are names FGS 63 CNC, FGS 50/63, FGS 63B, FGN (Q) 63 CNC.

The diploma thesis contains detailed processing of a two-piece car form by means of possible accessible 3D strategies of CAM system PowerMILL, selecting of tools, economical evaluation and creation of NC program for CNC machining centre.

The Thesis described within the scope of the Master Program is focused on cermets, which belong among cutting materials. The introductory portion of the Thesis presents the characteristics of cermets from the perspective of production, physical-mechanical characteristics, marking and usage in cutting. The core portion of the Thesis focuses on the role of cermets in the category of leading world producers of tools and instrumental materials, cutting evaluation, and the suggested working conditions of cermets in lathing operations. The working conditions are prepared for steel and cast iron. The conclusion of the Thesis focuses on a technical-economical analysis of cermets.

This work aims to provide an analysis and definitions of problems during the machining of electrical insulation composite materials. The main objective of this work is to put forward innovative alternatives in order to deal with technological conditions. The chosen alternative is then subjected to both testing and economic evaluation.

The Master’s thesis is focused on reaming technology using PVD coated reamers with cermet cutting edge. This work point out a historical evolution of reaming technology as well as recent requirements to the quality of produced surfaces. Reamers characteristic, splitting, mechanical designs, cutting tool geometry as well as the assumption of a reamer potential evolution are presented. Application of cermet tool material and PVD coatings to reaming tools is considered. The work contains a review of present statement at reamer market including cermet reamers and provided single cells (elements) of the Tool Management. The experimental part of the work is focused on product manufacture qualities verification of the changeable PVD coated reamer head made by HAM-FINAL ltd. Economic analysis in case of investment to the reamer purchase is demonstrated on the example of the practical application of the reamer.

This diploma thesis deals with a technology of production milling of sample component “ending of generator shaft” by CNC milling in environment of small company. At first common aspects of CNC machines, technology of CNC milling and technology of construction are introduced. Possible problems with milling of sample component are analyzed and their possible solutions are presented. Next technology of CNC milling with operating program for CNC lathe (HAAS SL20) and CNC milling machine (HAAS VF3), production of component in small company with necessary documentation in technology procedure are projected. Using of operating systems HAAS, Fanuc and HEIDEHAIN are compared. Using of cutting tools and cutting condition for component milling is projected. Finally timing of operations and financial calculations necessary for small production of sample component is proposed.
