Detta examensarbete utreder frågeställningen om den såkallade "olyckskorpen" – alltså yrkesarbetaren som är inblandad i flertalet arbetsplatsolyckor – verkligen existerar. Frågan är lite av kontroversiell typ och har diskuterats sedan 1940-talet, utan något avsevärt utslag eller dokumenterat alster. Samarbetspartner blev NCC Construction och två av deras stora arbetsplatser i Stockholmsområdet valdes som mätfält; Söderby samt Frösunda. Undersökningen baserades på datainhämtning genom enkätformular till yrkesarbetare och ledning på de utvalda arbetsplatserna, genom erfarenhetsinhämtning från platschefer och lagbasar inom NCCs organisation samt från YTH-studenter på byggprogrammet. Författarnas egen erfarenhet från branschen har också vägts in i bearbetningen. Resultatet gav ingen olyckskorp att sätta fingret på, men en indikation från samtliga håll att egenskaper som kan knytas till olyckskorpen förekommer i branschen. Detta gav upphov till en teoretisk modell att användas för att ringa in olyckskorpar på individuell nivå i en vidare undersökning. / This diploma work investigates the issue about the so called " wearer of mishap" – if the construction worker that is involved in a large number of workplace accidents - actually exists. The question is of controversial type and has been discussed in Sweden since the 1940s, without any considerable rash or documented products. Collaborative partner became NCC Construction and two of their big workplaces in the Stockholm area were chosen; Söderby and Frösunda. The survey was based on questionnaire forms to construction workers and management on the selected workplaces, interviews with construction site managers and foremen within NCCs organisation and from YTH-students on the construction programme. The authors' own experience from the sector has also been weighed into the processing. The result gave no actual "wearer of mishap", but indications from all directions that attributes that can be linked to the "wearer of mishap" occurs in the sector. This gives us a chance to a theoretical mock-up to be used in order to locate a "wearer of mishap" on individual level in a further survey.
