Jech, Filip January 2021 (has links)
The aim of diploma theses is the design of an adaptive robotic workplace. The theoretical part focus on the division of robotic systems and the technical description of individual devices that were used in the implementation of the solution. The practical part contains an analysis of solutions and optimization of the entire production process in terms of minimizing the trajectory, smoothness of movements, time interval, which were analyzed in RoboSim software and in Roboshop software source code was created. Part of the theses is the design for an adaptive production process. The result of the work is an algorithm for controlling robot movements between individual processes. The theses contain a variant solution and possible innovative solutions for possible expansion of the workplace.

Automatizace procesu plateb pomocí RPA / Payment Process Automation by Using RPA

Mišková, Lucie January 2021 (has links)
Master thesis focuses on payment process automatization of selected company XY, which will eliminate repetitive manual work and routine and will lead to shortening of the whole process. To reach this solution RPA – Robotic Process Automation was used. RPA was designed based on data analysis, which showed areas of process best suited for automatization. Part of the thesis is also evaluation of impacts of implemented RPA solution.

Optimalizace průběhu zakázky ve výrobním podniku / Optimization of Order Processing in the Production Company

Sayfutdinova, Tatiana January 2021 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to optimization the order processing flow in an anonymous production company that manufactures production machinery for forging, forming and many other product processing tools. The thesis is divided into three main parts - theoretical, analytical, and propositional. The theoretical part focuses on defining terms and topics to better help in the understanding of the thesis, and is supported by references. The analytical part deals with the order processing analysis itself and attempts to identify potential issues that could negatively impact the company's business. The propositional part suggests process optimizations that could improve order processing.

Optimalizace výrobního procesu přesného obráběného dílu / Optimization of the production process of a precision machined part

Kolomý, Štěpán January 2021 (has links)
This master‘s thesis deals with optimization of cutting conditions when machining of precise parts in mass production. In experimental part of this thesis is a comparison of the roughing tool with indexable cutting inserts with the new implemented milling cutter. Tool wear of both roughing tools has been analysed. The surface roughness analysis after machining with the face milling cutter was performed. The output of this work is to obtain optimal cutting conditions to gain a minimum surface roughness.

Optimalizace procesu vstřikování součásti dávkovacího modulu dieselového motoru / Optimization of the injection process of a diesel engine dosing module component

Ohnút, Lukáš January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with optimalization of the injection process of the part and its implementation into serial production. In the first step, the injection mold was tested and injection parameters were initially defined. In the next step, simulations were created in the CADMOULD program. These simulations calculated theoretical injection parameters and these were compared with the parameters set on the injection molding machines. Then, the shape measurement protocols were prepared, according to which the shapes in the cavities of the injection mold were optimized. Finally stress tests were performed, which detected problems in the injection process.

Simulace skladu a optimalizace rozmístění produktů za účelem zvýšení propustnosti skladu / Warehouse Simulation and Product Distribution Optimization for Increased Throughput

Kočica, Filip January 2021 (has links)
This thesis focuses on the storage location assignment problem using modern meta-heuristic techniques combined with realistic simulation. A graphical tool implemented as part of this work is capable of warehouse model creation, generation of synthetic customer orders, optimization of product allocation using state of the art techniques, extensive warehouse simulation, and a pathfinder capable of finding the shortest path for orders going through the system. The work presents the comparison between different approaches based on many parameters to reach the most efficient allocation of products to warehouse slots. The author conducted tests on an experimental warehouse featuring almost twice the throughput -- 57%. The benefit of this work is a possibility to create model of an already built warehouse and its simulation and optimization, driving impact on the throughput of the warehouse, saving the user's resources, or helping him in planning and bottle-neck identification. Furthermore, this thesis introduces a new approach to warehouse optimization and new optimization criteria.

Optimalizační modely rizik v produkci ryb / Optimization Risk Models in Fish Production

Franěk, Martin January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the risk associated with fish production. Selected risks are further taken into account. The risks are further described and addressed using the FMEA matrix. The thesis contains a mathematical model that solves the optimal population of the pond in order to maximize profits. The model includes fixed input parameters, which includes the price of hatchery material and the market price of fish. Furthermore, the model contains random input parameters that are limited by the intervals and includes the growth coefficient and the size of the population in the pond. The optimization model is based on simulated data, which are based on real data and statistically determined estimates. The used data are processed into tables in MS Excel for better visualization. GAMS software is used for software implementation of the model.

Využití kapilární elektroforézy pro stanovení tenzidů ve vodách / Application of capillary electrophoresis for determination of surfactants

Langová, Lenka January 2009 (has links)
Tensides rank among the surfactants with ability to reduce surface tension. This ability is used to remove impurities. Surfactants can be divided into four basic groups: anionic, cationic, nonionic and zwitterionic. Anionic surfactants belong to the most widespread surfactants in the Czech Republic today. They get into sewage waters from various cleansing and washing agents which are used both in households and industry. So this diploma thesis deals with their assessment by application of capillary electrophoresis.

Optimalizace metody PCR-RFLP pro taxonomické zařazení kvasinek / Optimalization of PCR-RFLP method for taxonomy of yeasts

Olivová, Radana January 2009 (has links)
This thesis deal with optimalization method PCR – RFLP for taxonomy enlistment of yeasts. Conventional identification methods for yeasts are time-consuming. Molecular biological method based on PCR are instrumental towards fast and precise identification as compared to conventional phenotypic methods. In this thesis molecular biological method PCR – RFLP was used for identification and enlistment of yeasts. This metod follow repeating spacers of ribozomal DNA of yeast, characteristic for each species and strain. By the help of PCR were amplified specific partitions of DNA. These fragments of DNA were split by restriction endonucleases and identified by horizontal electroforesis. In background of this thesis there are information about yeasts, their taxonomy and molecular biological methods.
