Analýza a optimalizace procesů testování SW na vybraném IT oddělení mezinárodní finanční instituce / Analysis and optimization of software testing processes at selected IT department of the international financial institution

Mrázek, Štěpán January 2014 (has links)
The topic of this thesis is an analysis of testing software processes for selected IT department in an international financial institution followed by subsequent optimization based on the identified deficiencies. The paper firstly describes the problem of software testing in general. Next part is about explanation of the concept and modeling of business processes. Second part of the thesis is about an examination of the selected development department. and it describes its applications and the present status of testing. Based on the deficiencies found during the analysis, there are described some proposals to increase effectivity of testing processes.

Zabezpečení prosperity firmy Novohradské hory, s.r.o. / Securing prosperity of a Firm Novohradské hory, Ltd

Šmíd, Jan January 2014 (has links)
This thesis is focused on ensuring the prosperity of the agricultural company Novohradské hory Ltd. In the theoretical part are described the methods of internal and external analysis (PESTEL -- MAP, ETOP, Causal analysis, Key success factors), methods based on internal logistics (warehousing capacity, Sanky diagram) and evaluation of investment (ROI, playback period). The practical section addresses main areas - analysis of companies, warehouses and parking area, zootherapy implementation and integration into the portfolio of activities.

Daň z příjmů právnických osob (daňové úniky, daňová optimalizace a jejich souvislost s účetnictvím) / Corporate income tax (tax evasion, tax optimization and their relation with accounting)

Čermáková, Hana January 2014 (has links)
The Diploma thesis deals with the tax optimization and tax evasion relating to corporate income tax from the perspective of business entities who keeps accounts. Specifically, it is based on the legislation in force for the Czech Republic and is focused on the transformation process of accounting profit to the tax base of corporate income tax and the related possibilities of tax optimization or tax fraud. First chapter defines corporate income tax, its position in the tax system and the principle of its calculation. Historical development of corporate income tax and main changes of related regulations in 2013-15 have also been introduced in this chapter. Second chapter deals with tax evasion. Beside its definition, causes and measurement methods it also presents statistical data relating to tax audits and tax offenses. Last chapter of the thesis introduces the most common expenses and revenues whose tax deductibility or non-deductibility influences the calculation of corporate income tax. This chapter also introduces practical examples of tax evasion which were solved by the Supreme Administrative Court.

Využití umělých neuronových sítí pro řešení úloh kombinatorické optimalizace / Using artificial neural networks to solve problems in combinatorial optimization

Dvořák, Marek January 2014 (has links)
This thesis discusses combinatorial optimization problems, its characteristics and solving methods. Different types of such problems are presented here and I hint at solution using classical heuristical algorithms. In the next part, I focus on artificial neural networks, their description and classification. In the last part, I'm comparing two neural network approaches for solving a travelling salesman problem on several examples.

Optimalizace produkce bakteriální celulózy / The optimalization of bacterial cellulose production

Stříž, Radim January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis focuses on the optimization of bacterial cellulose production by Komagateibacter xylinus DSM 46604. The theoretical part of this thesis describes the properties of bacterial cellulose, its production and application possibilities. The experimental part aimed to assess the effect of different cultivation conditions on the production yields of bacterial cellulose. The effects of several cultivation strategies have been studied such as: (1) effect of acetate buffer used as a medium, (2) impact of oil added into the medium, (3) fed-batch cultivation, (4) variation of the volume of cultivation vessel and cultivation media and (5) aeration. In addition to the production of relatively thin samples, up to 100 µm was synthesized unique 3D structured bacterial cellulose in the form of cylinders, with a height up to 2 cm. The growth of bacterial cellulose in the form of cylinders was achieved by dynamically cultivating K. xylinus in combination with fed-batch approach.

Modelování individuálních investičních rizik / Modelling of Individual Investment Risks

Freml, Josef January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with modeling of individual investment risks. The first part is devoted to the approach of the basic concepts in the area of investment risks, assets, portfolio and its components. The basic principles of optimization, stochastic programming including the problems of modern theory of the portfolio are presented. The analysis of the current situation is divided into two parts, where the first part contains analysis of the investor profile. In the second part, the selection and analysis of assets suitable for combination in the portfolio are made. The practical part is focused on the creation of the Markowitz model of optimal portfolio of determined assets. The model works with real data and is programmed through the GAMS mathematical program.

Zlepšení systému managementu kvality / Improvement of quality management system

Číšecký, Jakub January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the optimization of the production process, namely the assembly of the machine tool. It contains a detailed description of the assembly process and its integration throughout the standard business case. The PERT method is used as the main optimization tool, complemented by a Gantt diagram. The aim is to design a process for more efficient production planning.

Optimalizace těhlice formule student pro výrobu SLM technologií / Optimization of axle carier for formula student for SLM fabrication

Vaverka, Ondřej January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with design of axle carrier for Formula Student. The axle carrier is topologically optimized and additively manufactured with Selective Laser Melting technology. Material for its production is aluminium alloy AlSi10Mg, which has worse mechanical properties than commonly used high-strength alloys. Therefore the aim was, by using topology optimization, to design a component, which would have comparable properties with milled component. The stress strain analysis was carried out by the finite element method and maximum deformation and safety coef-ficients were acquired. The prototype was made and its dimensions were controlled by optical digitization, which proved accuracy of manufacturing. The strength calcu-lations were verified by special testing device and photogrammetry measurement. The load during the tests was 20 % higher than in the analysis and no limit state was observed. This verified its safety and functionality.

Návrh optimalizace výrobní linky v sériové výrobě / On the optimization of a production line in a mass production

Lyčka, Aleš January 2017 (has links)
This diploma project deals with the production line in the selected company. The theoretical part is dealing with lean production, followed by the company description and description of the production line itself. The diploma project looks at the production line from a variety of perspectives and looks for the most appropriate points to optimize. The most important aspects are the efficiency of production and ergonomics. After finding critical points, different solutions are proposed and they are further elaborated, evaluated and the most appropriate one is recommended.
