Změna v přístupech v SEO po updatech Penguin a Panda / Changes in the approach to SEO after Panda and Penguin Updates

Search engine algorithms are constantly improved in order to provide the highest quality and most relevant results for the user. Google algorithm updates called Panda and Penguin have recently been one of the most significant and many websites that use black hat SEO techniques were hit by them. Nowadays, using this search optimization's techniques raises the risk of Google penalty, which in most of the cases cause decrease in traffic from organic search. The aim of this thesis is to describe techniques of search engine optimization (SEO) and their possible impact on website's ranking. The thesis also aims to verify whether Penguin and Panda updates have the impact on websites for which the methods of black hat SEO have been used and specify the result of this impact. In the theoretical part of this thesis it is described function of search engines Seznam.cz and Google, their algorithm change in history and possible factors on which the ranking score is based. Briefly are also described tools, which can be used to identify and analyze possible causes of penalization. After reading this thesis, the reader will have a basic orientation in search engine optimization methods and their appropriate use. Also, he will be able to recognize possible causes of Google penalty and propose an appropriate strategy for its removal.

Zdanění sportovců v České republice / Taxation of athletes in Czech Republic

The thesis is structured as a guide, which has to serve all to better understanding of tax obligations relating to professional athletes. The specifics are discussed from the outset and of them is established the core of this work. I focused mainly on income tax, which is certainly central component of tax obligations of athletes. I applied different rules for revenue situation in accordance with § 6 income from employment and § 7 income from self-employment, of the Act on Income Tax, where I also pointed out significant opportunities for tax optimization and process for its achievement. Following the chapter on the incomes my attention went to an additional tax that will apply to the taxpayer primarily due to the selection of an optimization founding in the text. It is the value added tax, which binds to the athletes as well as all other taxpayers with income from self-employment. Text continues in the final chapter on the issue of income from foreign countries which is more than up to date and should be more than a basic knowledge of the correct application of the legal procedure.

The subjekt of this diploma thesis is optimalization of inventories in workshop. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part presents the theory of corporate logistic, storage, warehouse and inventories. Furthermore, the methods aplicable for optimalization inventories are mentioned. The practical part is focused on the improvement of storage in workshop. It begins with finding out the cause of high inventories using the Ishikawa diagram and then raw material is separand into groups according Pareto method. After that the sales of each product range is forecasted and on this basis the EOQ (economic order quantity) of raw material are calculated. Finally, the practical part is aimed on processing layout. At the end of diploma thesis there is conclusion and recommendations for future.

The present diploma thesis deals with new optimization suggestions and their introduction to the logistics distribution chain of the online shop administered by the Lilien Czech Jewelry s.r.o. company. The thesis is comprised of two interconnected parts. The first, theoretical part, is dedicated to the description of key terms which are necessary for the general understanding of the importance of logistics chains in the efficiency of a company, as well as for the understaning of the practical part which follows. The second, practical part, deals with the company in question itself. The aim of the thesis is to provide an evaluation of the logistics chain of the given company as well as its resources. This includes an overview of the state of things before and after innovations proposed and carried out based on a previous bachelor's thesis. Further, the thesis treats the topic of new optimization suggestions regarding the processes involved in the flow of goods to the customer. This concerns specifically suggestions affecting the international distribution of delivery and storage within the company. Other phases of the chain are, however, not omitted.

This Diplomas thesis is focused on the area of public transport in the centre of Pilsen and its optimization in a long term. In the methodology part are defined basic terms of public transport and theoretical outcomes for urban and suburban public transport systems. Next there is a description of means of transport and methods of preference used in public transport. Shortly is introduced the legal framework of public transport in Czech Republic. The processes of transport management especially the process of planning are described in detail. The last subchapter of the methodology part describes integrated transport systems. The analytical part of the thesis begins with the description of the Pilsen as a regional centre and the analysis of its urban and suburban transport system. The deficits of the system are grouped into problem areas; for each problem area is suggested an optimization: the new bus terminal in Šumavská street near the Pilsen main train station, the interconnection of Borská street with the intersection Karlovarská/Lidická and usage of the north-west bypass by public transport.

The objective of this thesis is to present the basics of production scheduling problems for workstations and to create an application of dynamic model. This application should help the UNIKOV company to produce similar schedules for their own operations. The theoretical part provides a brief description of terms and characteristics of the scheduling problems. Detailed characteristics are provided on the open shop problem - the task applied on the real world example. The paper then follows with a practical part, covering an explanation of the heuristics model written in VBA for MS Excel, allowing dynamic expansion and management of the production.
