1 Employment of the elderly This paper focuses on employment of older people. The issue is tackled in the light of the international documents of the United Nations, the Council of Europe and the European Union. In the following sections the paper analyses French and Czech policies and compares their approach. There are major differences between these two countries in terms of social systems as well as lifestyle of the population. However, France deals with ageing of its population longer than the Czech Republic, therefore its approach may offer an inspiration. The employee representatives traditionally play an important role in France. They also influence the state policy on employment of older people on the basis of the tripartite agreements from 2005 and 2013 respectively. Several action plans on ageing were issued in the Czech Republic. However, there seems to be a lack of political will to introduce proper legislation. The programmes reflect the international documents and recommendations but they are just declarations. On the other hand, the ideas of French agreements are really put in practise. Nevertheless, the French approach cannot be considered a coherent policy of employment of older people. Cílem diplomové práce je určení příčin vysoké nezaměstnanosti osob se zdravotním postižení, zjištění zkušeností úřadu práce a zaměstnavatelů se zdravotně postiženými a zjištění motivace zdravotně postižených pracovat. Teoretická část je věnována fungování trhu práce a rizikům, které vytváří, vývoji nezaměstnanosti zdravotně postižených, politice EU zaměřené na zdravotně postižené dostupnosti společenských zdrojů pro zdravotně postižené a konkrétním nástrojům politiky zaměstnanosti ČR směřované na zdravotně postižené. Analytická část se zabývá zpracováním dotazníkového šetření, které bylo uskutečněno v šumperském regionu v červenci a srpnu 2006. Tohoto šetření se zúčastnily celkem 4 skupiny respondentů ? úřad práce, zaměstnavatelé, nezaměstnané a zaměstnané osoby se zdravotním postižením.

Insolvency of a dependant person and its group consequences Abstract The thesis deals with the consequences that the Czech Act on Business Corporations and the Insolvency Act provides for the case of bankruptcy of a dependant entity in relation to the remaining entities in the group. First, the general conceptual bases are discussed and the value of the principles of limited liability and individual legal personality in the context of the business group is explained. One chapter is devoted to international issues that arise in the context of bankruptcy within business groups, that is, both private international law and harmonization issues. The importance of harmonization is explained with reference to universalism, the leading way of thinking in solving cross-border bankruptcy, and in other parts of the thesis, Czech law is compared with the international standards of insolvency law of UNCITRAL and the World Bank. Furthermore, the ways in which the liability of a group member for the debts of an insolvent corporation can be inferred are analyzed. These include, in particular, the English law inspired wrongful trading regime contained in s. 68 of the Act on Business Corporations and the liability of the dominant entity for the debts of the dependant entity if the dominant entity causes the dependant entity...

The diploma thesis deals the topic of recreational utilization Brno dam considering disabled people with object to submit specific proposal for its improvement. In solving problem was performed complex analysis of conditions, characteristics and properties of solved area including natural conditions. As a part of this analysis was realized detailed terraneous exploration, which was focused to finding the actual status of possibilities disabled people to utilize solved area for recreational purposes. Detected insufficiencies after that led to submission of proposal, that should in the case of its realization enable the improvement of recreational utilization Brno dam by disabled people. The component of proposal is also its calculations and the possible source of funding.

The goal of this thesis is to complexly analyze the legal environment of enterpreneurship in Spain for foreigners. It is not only an informational thesis, but it also serves as a guide for anyone interested in this subject, thanks to the practical approach and advice given in it.

This master thesis aims to explore the posibilities of recreation for motion disabled people. In the literature research part it states all the parameters, necessary to follow in order to enable recreation for these people. Further it describes the examples of existing projects, which aimed to allow for convenient recreation and nature stay of the target group. The proposal part of the thesis lays in the design of an educational path, localised on the forest road Ke Školkám (ŠLP ML Křtiny) with consideration of the acquired knowledge, effected analyses and field inspections. The proposed design is carried out in two variats – the first variant presents the basic features of the path, in the second variant further equipment and space adjustments are introduced.
