This thesis deals with the project of modernization of Slavkov u Brna railway station. The main aim is to draft adjustments of the platforms to fulfil the requirements for the movement of people with reduced mobility. To decide which kind of platform is possible to build. Also to plan the adjustments to track bed and platforms taking into consideration what the customer of railway operation had ordered. To draft reconstruction taking into consideration how old and worn-out permanent way and substructure is, with the posibility to increasing track speed.

In my thesis I~ deal with the design, implementation and testing of the advanced parallel Estimation of Distribution Algorithm (EDA) utilizing copula theory to create a~ probabilistic model. A~new population is created by the process of sampling the joint distribution function, which models the current distribution of the subpopulation of promising individuals . The usage of copulas increases the efficiency of the learning process and sampling the probabilistic model. It can be separated into mutually independent marginal distributions and the copula , which represents the correlations between the variables of the solved problem. This concept initiated the usage of the parallel island architecture , in which the migration of probabilistic models belonging to individual islands ' subpopulations was used instead of the migration of individuals . The statistical tests used in the comparison of the proposed algorithm ( mCEDA = migrating Copula - based Estimation of Distribution Algorithm ) and the algorithms of other authors confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed concept .

Modern winery complex hotel Hrůdek is situated on the north part of village Velké Pavlovice, in the heart of south Moravia the Czech Republic. Its significant placement on the south hillside offers beautiful views to the vineyards and apricot plantations. The architectural form of the building is inspired by the regularity and rhythm of vineyard lines, significant horizontal landscape around and rounded contour lines. Embedding of the building into the slope reacts to the topography of the terrain and refers to the traditional principle of local two-storey wine press houses. From the upper part is the entrance to the accommodation part and from the lover part of the slope is entrance to the wine cellar – the gallery of wine. Hotel offers 4-stars class accommodation, two congress halls, restaurant, wellness and gallery of the wine. Project integrates energetic eco-friendly concepts and its proposed as the self-sufficient building.

This thesis deals with energy self-sufficiency focusing on the independence of the electric grid. Basic line emanating project form a concrete proposal for autonomous energy supply system. Emphasis is placed primarily on photovoltaic systems, electric energy accumulation and selection of individual components of such a system. Another important part of the thesis is also an economic evaluation of design variations. The thesis also deals with a market research, and thereof derived benefit assessment of each technology. The accompanying chapters are then devoted to the history of autonomous life style or classification of buildings according to their energy performance.

This masters thesis addresses the racionalization of the concept of photovoltaic power station connection. A way of compensation valuable components involvement standar- tizovaným inverter controlled by a microcontroller. Also includes the measurement of voltage and current using a microcontroller. The output voltage of the DC/DC con- verter is controlled by the variable duty cycle of the PWM signal generated by the microcontroller ATmega32.

This diploma thesis deals with photovoltaic rechargable regulators used in isolated, or off-grid photovoltaic systems. First, basic types of off-grid installations, including their functions and applications in practice are described. Then, possibilities of electric energy accumulation in photovoltaic systems are mentioned, considering actual, accesible technologies. Matters of electric energy accumulation in leaden accumulators are examined in detail. Main part of the diploma thesis is about electronic designs of photovoltaic, also called solar, rechargable regulators. These are the main connecting part between photovoltaic panels, accumulator, but also often connected charge, which is appliance. Individual electronic regulators concepts are described narrowly, then compared and evaluated in thesis´ conclusion.

Basic of this Diploma thesis is Civil construction in Kostelec nad Orlici, which is in a part of city, where is planning off-grid community housing. Part of off-grid community housing is considered a partially sistainable civil construction, serving both for cultural use through the club, for commercial purposes such as various salons (hairdresser, massage or shop), as well as for sports activities with the possibility of small refreshments, such as bouldering, climbing wall and exercise hall. Four sustainable (off-grid) familly houses, which aren´t the subject of this thesis, are considered. Object SO01 – Civil construction is designed as a partially basement, two floors. The shape of the object is designed as several blocks with different height levels. From a material point of view it is a wooden building from the system of large-format laminated wood panels (CLT). The basement is designed with a waterproof reinforced concrete so-called white tub and prefabricated ceiling panels SPIROLL. A facade is made of wooden cladding, cement-fiber boards or thin-layer silicone plaster. A roof of the object is partially flat (vegetation and walkable) and a shed roof with a slope of 5°. A dance hall and the rest of the club + exit is located in the basement. A sanitary facilities, a technical room and a main entry with reception is also located in the basement. Right in the middle of the building is a climbing wall that runs across all floors. To the right of the climbing wall is a shop, exercise hall and staircase. To the left side are a sanitary facilities, a boulder (low climbing wall) and separate staircase for a office space on the 2nd floor. Behind the climbing wall is a bistro with entry for a terrace and entry for the club. There are some establishments like a hairdresser, a cosmetic salon, a tattoo salon and a massage salon on the 2nd floor. The use of thermal storage energy, using phase change materials appears to be an effective way to store thermal energy storage with the benefits of the high amount of energy while maintaining isothermal nature of the process. PCM methods are used in latent thermal storage systems for heat pumps, as well as in solar engineering or for temperature control in spacecraft. The past decade has extended these principles for cooling and heating in the building. There are a number of PCM systems, which operate over a wide temperature range, are used in various applications. This document includes a brief overview of the development and analysis of available thermal storage working mainly on the principle of PCM.
