This work introduces a method for optimal combination of light paths generated from the camera and from the light sources in the Photon Mapping algorithm used for computing global illumination. Our method is based on Multiple Importance Sampling, a general approach, introduced by Veach, for adaptive path connection in Bidirectional Path-Tracing. Our goal is to examine this method in connection with the biased algorithm of Photon Mapping and to improve the ineffective heuristic used in the original version of this algorithm. This heuristic is usually problematic when applied to the scenes where highly glossy materials prevail.

This thesis titled The analysis of the environmental situation of the downhill ski centres in the chosen protected area is aimed at identification of downhill skiing centres in the Protected landscape area (PLA) Orlické hory and evaluation of environmental impacts of their operation. For this purpose, I firstly defined potential impacts of skiing centres on the environment and society. Afterwards, I characterized the region of Protected landscape area Orlické hory putting emphasis on natural conditions and touristic utilization of the territory. Subsequently, I described particular skiing centres and pointed out the high-risk environmental factors. The evaluation shows, that the strongest environmental impacts in the area are caused by production of artificial snow, sound system installation, or noise in general and lighting during night skiing. Further impacts are caused by additional activities in the centres. With the skiing centres is also connected development of tourism in the PLA Orlické hory, which has impacts on the environment as well.

Subject semestral thesis is diagnosis primary objective luminosity plus elaboration background research primary objective plus modern waies lighting. Work includes indicative allocation light fitting, systems plus possibilities increasing safeness on roads by using modern systems facilitating movement and behind handicap. Are here also circumscribed systems facilitating visibility in night o'clock plus manners realization of all these systems.

For the purpose of an future machine vision system development in Tyco Electronics Czech s.r.o. I have developed Cognex Designer template. Template will serve as a flexible basis for further development of camera applications on the Cognex VC5 industrial computer. The functionality of the program template has been successfully verified by modifying it to a particular application of the laboratory manual station used to measure the parameters of the manufactured connectors. A camera with lens and lightning was chosen and installed on the station. DIO communication was put into operation between VC5 and PLC system. The application has been calibrated and verified as a measurement system using MSA Type I and Capability study standard methods.

This work deals with the design and implementation of Wi-Fi LED lighting. It consists of various modules - switches, buttons, single or multicolored light sources - and a central unit that provides mutual communication and automation. The result of the work is the design of a prototype and several modules, which are built on the basis of the microcontroller ESP32. Their utility is implemented in C++. The user interacts through the website. The main result of this thesis is a demonstration of the possibility of using Wi-Fi to control light sources and creating complex lighting using a combination of simple modules and rules.

Chief topic of a Master’s Thesis is comparing of conventional sources of light with LED diodes, their characteristics. This work deals with utilizing LED diodes in automotive lighting, in railway applications and universal information about principle of lighting. Else this work describes feasibility study of headlight of railway locomotive. Emphasis is laying for clearness of this work.

This work describes development of control hardware and software for automatic production of tuning fork with tip for atomic force microscopy (AFM). A specialized device implementing the problem is developed and tested. The advantage of the proposed solution is the ability to produce the tuning forks with constant parameters, which is an important condition for successful work with the microscope.

This thesis project describes the design and construction of an automated system for maintaining live conditions in aquarium. The main purpose of the system is to automate certain procedures and to ensure control of important environmental parameters of artificial breeding of aquarium animals and plants. The device regulates lighting, temperature, CO2 concentration and other parameters. The LCD with touch screen is used to system control and to display measured values.

This thesis is divided into two parts, where the first part is focused on an overview and work with 3D software at Czech universities, it includes a comparison of the different programs and description of history of Blender programme which was the one chosen as support for teaching the Modern computer graphics course. The second part of the thesis is more focused on practical matters and describes the basic workings of the programme from the first start up, orientation in the different sections and the settings of the work space for the work itself. The thesis details basic transformation commands of change of location, rotation and change of scale of objects and editing commands like copying, deleting, hiding and duplication of individual objects including their theoretical descriptions. Work with lightings continues after the transformation commands including practical examples of different types of lighting. Work with materials and textures is described in the last two chapters. The goal of this thesis is to describe how to work with the Blender programme and basic work with objects and assigning individual materials and textures for objects and the lighting in a scene for people unfamiliar with the programme.

Submitted thesis occupies by heat gains and heat balance of buildings. It includes the most common heats of people, lighting and electrical appliances. A second part deal with design air-conditioning part of Hospital Blansko include ventilation system, heating and cooling.
