This diploma paper deals with the managed care in the world and in The Czech Republic. It focuses on forms of the managed care, weaker forms of this kind of financing health care - PPOs, POS, on accomplishments and negatives and it's compared with the other kind of financing. The situation is described in all insurence companies in Czech Republic especially in Česká průmyslová pojišťovna.

The main topic of this diploma thesis is support of informal caregivers taking care for dying loved ones or loved ones with life-threatening illness in the home environment. The theoretical partis focused on informal carers, the quality of life of informal carers, the quality of life of dying people and quality of life of people with life-threatening diseases, death and the stages of coping with death. It also deals with hospice and palliative care, their forms, methods and uses. The practical part is focused on the analysis and evaluation of questionnaires filled out by informal carers. The aim of my diploma thesis is to point out the need to help informally caring for dying loved ones or loved ones with life-threatening illnesses. Within the practical part of this thesis, it was intended to map helpful and, conversely, deficit types and ways of support. These outputs can then be the basis for improving the quality of support and services for informal carers caring for a loved one in the home environment. This dissertation focuses on shared care of elderly in their homes in the municipal district of Prague 7. The goal was an understanding of the context and organization of the care, as well as how the informal care providers perceive their current situation and what is their idea of the optimal form of the care. Data for the analysis were gathered through means of semi-structured surveys with answers from twenty respondents who are informal care providers. Results are indicating that at the moment, the state of home shared care for the elderly is not fully satisfactory. Therefore, the conclusion includes recommendations which could contribute to the improvement of the current situation.

Guardianship and other forms of care of minors Abstract The objective of this thesis is to analyse the legal possibilities in problematic situations when parents are not capable of caring for their children due to objective or subjective barriers on their sides. These possibilities are enshrined in the second part, Title III., § 928 - § 975 of the Civil Code of the Czech Republic. In order to derive recommendations for the Czech legal system, particularly with regard to the work overload of judges for minors in the Czech Republic, these regulations will subsequently be compared to the legal situation in France which is mainly determined by the Code civil and the Code de l'action sociale et des familles. The comparison namely includes critical juxtapositions of tutorship, curatorship, entrusting a child to the care of another person, foster care and placing a child in the children's home. Hereby, the content, purpose and requirements of the legal bases for these areas in both countries are presented and contrasted. Thus, the differences are highlighted, evaluated and analysed with regard to the effectiveness and the level of protection of rights which is assured in the countries. The diploma thesis deals with the issues quality of health care in the hospitals of Vysočina Region. The quality of health care is being studied in hospitals in Jihlava, Havlíčkův Brod, Třebíč, Pelhřimov and Nové Město na Moravě. The aim of the diploma thesis, on the basis of the results, is to propose recommendations for hospitals in the Vysočina Region and on which areas of health care quality management should focus the hospitals. The benefit of the thesis is evaluation of the process for obtaining accreditations, monitoring of adverse events and proposals for quality management of health care.All hospitals have a health care quality management system. The basis for making recommendations is qualitative research, especially a deep interview. Conclusion of diploma thesis is fact, that the quality of health care is important for hospitals in the region.

The theme of diploma thesis is the River in urban space. It is divided into the lite-rary and practical part (results). The literary part of the thesis deals with the systems of systems of ecological stability, urban greenery and green infrastructure in relation to the rivers. The importance of rivers is evidenced by surveys aimed at describing and evaluating ecosystem services that we provide in an urbanized environment. The next themes is about possibilities of financing the riverbank projects. In the practical part of the thesis, the design of the waterfront Sázava river in Žďár nad Sázavou is elaborated in the project documentation for the execution of the construction. For the follow-up maintenance, a greenery plan of vegetation elements is compiled.

This thesis deals with the stress of horses on transport. I used values of heart pulse of tested horses - different between us and type of vehicles (or trailer) for transport. I was tested 60 horses on 13 types of vehicles and trailers - for statics things. I was separated horses transport to 3 different groups and I used measurements results for make the suggestion of new solution based on technical option of vehicles and legal standards.

The aim of the thesis was monitor and evaluate the condition of the musculoskeletal sys-ten of cattle on a selected farm. A literature review has been prepared for this issue.
