Krzáková, Linda January 2011 (has links)
The paper determines the general definition of cultural monuments, its legislative, and institutional framework and sources of financing. General knowledge is applied in actually applying for financing for renewal of cultural sight - the castle in Mladá Vožice. Financial sources for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of cultural heritage outside the owner's own funds can be drawn from public funds of the state budget, budgets of territorial-administrative units, or from foreign sources. Other options are the collections and yields from the economic use of the building. For withdrawal of funds is necessary to determine the purpose which the monument is used for. Právo lékaře neposkytnout zdravotní péči / Doctors' Right to Withhold Medical Care

Černíková, Nikola January 2019 (has links)
Doctors' Right to Withhold Medical Care Abstract Very little attention is being paid to the rights doctors have to refuse to provide medical care, notwithstanding how important this area of interest is. It is not the aim of this thesis to provide a superficial description of fundamental grounds for withholding treatment. Its primary purpose is to present an analysis of the issues that are of most concern. To this end, the key concepts closely examined are conscientious objection and religious beliefs, as these constitute the subject of frequent interpretative, judicial and ethical disputes. A chapter in this thesis is also dedicated to refusal to provide healthcare based on a risk to the life or body of the health professional. All of the other reasons for not providing medical care or for ending it are briefly discussed within the context of the so-called contractual obligation of healthcare providers. Conscientious objection and religious beliefs are most often viewed from the perspective of public law. Nevertheless, in this thesis the two concepts are presented mainly in the light of private and civil law. A short philosophical and ethical analysis of the two concepts is followed by an extensive legal analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis concentrates on related statutory regulation and the...

In recent years the early intervention program and its forms with new theories and trends attract the attention of the public, the workers from other fields and also the parents themselves of children with disabilities, who appreciate the focus of the program on the family system. In my thesis I was interested in the early intervention in general. The aim is to determine the satisfaction of our clients from the facilities providing comprehensive early intervention program in the Czech Republic for the clients with particular types of disability and compare the present satisfaction of the clients with the satisfaction in 2005. The satisfaction of the clients from facilities providing early intervention is at least five of the eight areas assessed positively and clients satisfaction is higher in 2011 than in 2005 - this is my working hypothesis I want to confirm. For this task I have chosen a quantitative research strategy. As a...

Ústavní limity zákonné úpravy poskytování zdravotní péče / Constitutional limits of the statutory regulation of the provision of health care

Soukup, Ondřej January 2014 (has links)
and key words ! Thesis: Constitutional limits of statutory regulation of the provision of health care ! Abstract ! The main goal of this thesis is to characterize and analyse the legal regulation concerning the provision and payment of health care under Czech law. This analysis is based mainly on the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Basic Freedoms as the foundation for the constitutional perspective. The thesis therefore begins with the constitutional limits of the provision and payment of health care. The right to health care is provided by Article 31 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Basic Freedoms, which is the basis for its constitutional provision. As the Charter is a complex document, Article 31 must therefore not be seen as isolated, which is why other Articles are taken under consideration. This provides a complex view of the right to health care in the Czech constitution. The thesis then focuses on the characterization of statutes and executive regulations, which provide the basic right to health care. This part of the thesis is focused mainly on the Public Health Insurance Act, as the most important statue in this area and also on executive regulations based on the Act, which imminently regulate the right to health care. Both of these parts of the thesis serve as a precise...

Furthermore, the thesis presents the situation of the informal caregivers who have to face various obstacles arising from the nature of long-term care, such as their complicated relation with the formal institutions, lack of financial support, worsening of their lives' qualities and also lack of social recognition of their status. In order to retrieve the relevant information within the scope of the research question, the method using half-structured interviews was used. The research sample consisted of 7 female respondents from České Budějovice and its surroundings who were taking care of persons between the age of 5 and 71 years. The pesons suffered either physical or mental disorders. Some of them suffered both physical and mental disorder. At the beginning of the research the caregivers received two main questions. The first question was focusing on their perception of the current system of rules for informal caregivers, whether they support it or not. The second question aimed on describing the biggest positives and also the setbacks related to the care of person with some kind of disorder. The outcome of the interviews was that if a person decides to care of a close person with disorder there is a wide network of social services provided for him, even though it could be definitely improved. The issues which could be improved are primarily financial income of caregivers, accessibility and afffordability of relief services, providing more information and education for the informal caregivers, and last but not least the opportunity for caregivers' self-realization and their position at the labour market.
