This document deals with the topic of mobile cellular networks, operating as a critical infrastructure, based on systemic approach, general risk analysis methods and specialized methods for diagnostics and analysis founded on technical praxis from running mobile cellular networks.

This thesis deals with the methodology of system approach to access control and the application of this methodology into information security of companies. The main focus is a methodological guide for access control that is consistent with implementation of ISMS in the selected company.

The purpose of this study is to compare two possible methods of computational modeling of straightening long profiles. The study presents fundamentals of the straightening process, basic principles of the finite element method and the principle of fast algorithm based on Eulerian description of motion of continuum. The study investigates how the two methods are computationally demanding and precise. Finally, the acquired results are summarised and the effectiveness of both algorithms is assessed.

This diploma thesis deals with the risk management issue of a projection of regional aqua-park Jeseník, with the aim to identify risks connected with realization of this project. This particular process of risk management adjustment is isolated proceeding with its characteristics, and expertise, with replenishing purpose of project management awareness for possible risks, and their impacts on the project and its surroundings. Using a system approach and risk management weaknesses, which are the most threatening for the project as well as financial formulation of particular risks, are identified. Attending matters of risks, strategies, which will be used for the utmost elimination of doubts from the realization, emerged. Proposals and disposals refer to advantages, and urgency of applying risk management processes along with system thinking for management, which corresponds with the particular project.

Embedded systems are dedicated to perform specific tasks, so design engineers can optimize them to reduce the size and cost of the product and increase the reliability and performance. However, result of these optimizations is that some architectures may lack commonly used technologies such as direct memory access (DMA). We may encounter with this situation in family of microcontrollers HCS08. The main theme of this work is to describe a design of DMA controller that can be added into the family of microcontrollers HCS08.

Current status of the environmental damage amount determination is mainly focused on the long-term consequences of negative factors, such as transport and industry emissions. Significant damages however, could be caused as a result of short-term effects, such as events with leakage of the hazardous chemicals. These situations are caused by accidents during the hazardous substances transportation, when the material is leaked as a result of faults on the vehicle or during a traffic accident. Damages that are subsequently being dealt with, in most cases reflect only the costs associated with the liquidation and remediation of the affected area. However it is important to note that since the inception of the damage until the return of the environment to its original state, if at all possible, there are many changes increasing other related costs associated with their solving. An example is the inability to use the functions that the damaged area provided. The aim of the thesis was therefore thoroughly analyze the current state of determining the amount of damage to the environment, to analyze appropriate methods for the unification process in the framework of expert activities and propose a systematic approach to improve the determination. The proposed procedure was subsequently implemented in a software tool that should be available for the needs of experts.

This thesis deals with the analysis of actual situation in the sphere of online betting and implements the web system for the support of activities which are connected to it. The first part of the thesis describes the procedures of obtaining all the needed information and requirements for the target group of users. Subsequently after using this acquired knowledge the new system is designed with the help of the object-orientated programming. At the end the result is the new designed system which is implemented by modern web tools in the leading position with the popular frameworks.

Airborne laser scanning has already become an essential part of forest inventories in the Nordic countries and in Canada. However, its wider practical forestry application in the Central European countries is awaiting. In the first part of this thesis, a procedure for modelling of the basic stand variables, especially forest stand volume, was designed using an area-based approach. Not only linear regression was used for modelling but also machine learning (k-nearest neighbor algorithm, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine and neural networks). In the second part, the thesis deals with biomass estimation using the area-based approach and with comparison of the empirical and semi-empirical approaches to modelling. The third part deals with leaf area index (LAI) estimation using penetration indices and LiDAR metrics. The eLAI estimated by optical method is commonly used for model fitting in overwhelming majority of scientific papers. The benefit of this study is usage of LAI derived by destruction method (directly). The thesis as a whole has shown that the airborne laser scanning is also usable in a variety of forestry applications in Central European countries.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a restaurant facility for a particular plat near the Lipno water reservoir. In the introductory part there are described already realized wood-based restaurants. Based on the findings there is drawn architectural design, layout and technical solutions including the design principles and requirements for the building. The proposed design and materials are described and evaluated in detail, a thermal engineering assessment is performed for an outer shell of the building. For case of realization there is developed a design and production documentation. In order to determine the construction costs, a budget is drawn up.
