Přístup afrických zemí k Mezinárodnímu trestnímu soudu / Approach of African states towards International Criminal Court

Egnerová, Klára January 2015 (has links)
Approach of African states towards International Criminal Court This diploma thesis aims to depict in the most exhaustive manner the approach of the African states towards the institution of the International Criminal Court (hereinafter as "the Court"). To offer a better understanding of this complicated bond, in the first chapter, I intend to describe the basic characteristics of the Court - the process of its creation along with all the necessary historical background of such efforts, its purpose or mission, financing, the composition and administration of the Court as well as detailed analysis of the proceedings before the Court and its decision making. The second chapter deals with brief introduction to other international criminal tribunals with jurisdiction in Africa and remarks on African Union, the most recognized international integration on the African continent. Third chapter starts to explain the nature and development of the approach of the African states towards the Court which is marked mainly by the initial support to the idea of its creation and followed by a slow aggravation of the stance and loss of most of the support and co-operation primarily due to alleged narrow focus of the prosecution almost exclusively towards African nationals. There were certain attempts to reestablish...

Individuální kontakty rodiny a školy / Individual contacts of the family and the school

Urbánková, Veronika January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the parents' point of view on the individual contacts of the family and the school. The theoretical part presents the history of the relationship development between the family and the school, the functions of socializations and competences of these institutions and the forms of contact between the family and the school with the emphasis on a specific form, so called tutorial system, based on building a confidential, open parent-child relationship and which is intended to enable educational co-operation in the upbringing of a child. The focus of this thesis is on its empirical part, realized within the qualitative methodological approach. With the help of semi-structured interviews with parents, the parents' point of view on the role and competences of the school in the educational process of the child were studied, as well as the way parents perceive a tutorial system of communication with the school. The research results suggest that parents perceive the involvement of the school in the area of childcare ambivalently, and that despite the noted positives, tutoring meetings are problematic for parents, mainly because of the unclear determination of boundaries and the definition of roles in them. Key words: school, family, competences, childcare,...

Systémový model řízení organizace / System model of organizations management

Černý, Michal January 2011 (has links)
Necessary for the existence of every successful organization is achieving its objectives. In order to achieve these objectives, the organization must be properly managed. In today's rapidly changing times, one of the key areas of managerial work is also use various tools to support management and decisive actions. One of these tools include model development and subsequent implementation of the model simulations. Models provide the ability to experiment with various decisions, and thereby provide a basis for establishing appropriate policies and strategies. And these models properties can be used in the management of organizations. For creation of models exist many different approaches. One of these approaches is systems approach, which is including system dynamics. The task of this text was to establish a framework for the formation of systemic management model any organization that would help managers to improve management of the organization. To achieve this goals is necessary to develope general model of organization elements, describe their possible links and determine methodology of creating a system model of the organization.

Po stopách evoluční historie a diverzity koloniálních zlativek / Elucidating the evolution and diversity of colonial chrysophytes

Pusztai, Martin January 2021 (has links)
Our current knowledge of chrysophyte diversity is still generally based on traditional morphospecies descriptions. Accordingly, sequence data exist for the minority of all described species. Consequently, several common morphotypes (e.g. Ochromonas-like flagellate) are scattered across the phylogenetic tree of Chrysophytes. It is evident that the postulated taxonomic diversity certainly does not reflect the real species richness in Chrysophytes. Moreover, recent studies on silica scaled chrysophytes (Mallomonas, Paraphysomonas, Synura) clearly demasked common problematics of (pseudo)cryptic species even within this group possessing relatively good species concept based on the ultrastructure of silica scales and bristles. Contrary, most of chrysophytes are naked flagellates forming stomatocysts as the only solid structure in their life cycles. While single-celled Ochromonas and Spumella were recently revisited using molecular genetic techniques, Uroglena-like colonials remained untreated. Therefore, the main objective of this thesis was to provide a modern taxonomic revision of the widespread colonial chrysophytes causing conspicuous seasonal massive population booms, Synura s.l. and Uroglena s.l., by a polyphasic approach encompassing molecular phylogeny, morphology/ultrastructure and ecology....

Přístup zaměřený na člověka ve výzkumu osobnosti a predikce chování v online prostředí / Person-centered approach in personality research and prediction of online environment behavior

Fousková, Petra January 2021 (has links)
The presented diploma thesis focuses on the person-centered approach in personality research and on the possibilities of predicting behavior in the online environment. The theoretical part defines different approaches to personality descriptions, with a special focus on the person-centered approach, variable-centered approach, and person-specific approach. The outputs of thematically relevant research studies are also summarized here. The empirical part describes the exploratory research, which aimed to examine the possibility of predicting the personality type of LinkedIn users in the context of the person-centered approach, based on an analysis of their profile and behavior associated with this professional social network. The standardized HEXACO-PI-R and 4Elements Personality Inventory® questionnaires were used in the research. Cluster analysis was performed on data from 118 participants who filled out the 4Elements Personality Inventory®. Based on that, 4 clusters that describes 52,2 % of the variance were formed. Furthermore, using multinomial logistic regression, two models predicting the probability of a person belonging to a certain cluster based on information about predictors were created. Another cluster analysis was performed on the data from HEXACO-PI-R, which created 6 clusters that...
