(English) The thesis deals with the knowledge interests and identity of environmental non governmental organization Hnuti Duha (Rainbow Movement). The aim is to identify the ideological concepts, values and interests represented by Rainbow Movement, by using cognitive approach to social movements. In addition, my goal is to thematize cognitive approach to social movements in the Czech Republic. I believe that it offers a valuable perspective for studying social movements, organizations and the civic sector. In the first part, I compiled the theoretical basis. I first concerned with the issues of civil society and NGOs, and then I introduced the cognitive approach and aspects of the environmental movement. In the practical section, I applied the cognitive approach to the analysis of the identity of the NGO Rainbow Movement. I used a qualitative research strategy - an analysis of interviews with employees of the Rainbow Movement. I described the motivation and basic dimensions of knowledge interests (cosmological, technological, organisational) of the Rainbow Movement. I tried to involve the current focus of the organization to influence political processes and to spread a positive vision that is perceived as a positive reform within a democratic society in order to move towards greater discretion...

Začlenění handicapovaných: požadavek či nabídka? Přijetí druhými z biografické perspektivy / Inclusion of disabled: demand or supply ? Acceptance from others (biographic approach)Votrubcová, Eva January 2012 (has links)
Disblement is a part of our society. To the core of social life pertains also a social contact which allows us to check up our understanding of social reality and gives us the feedbach of our acting and behavior. According to this feedbach we act. View on handicap as a social construct is stigmatizing. Inequality in society is more often uderstood as the result of interaction. Disabled people have stigmatized identity which further influences the interaction and inclusion to the society. The integration is very important, stands before the interaction and depends on understanding disability by the people without any handicap and also by people with disabilities. Stigmatized persons are considered deviant and can have feelings of loneliness. From the medical point of view the handicap is considered as a restricting factor, which does not allow people with disabilities to perform basic roles in society. The social model regards disability as a construct, which is created by interaction.

Nástroje pro budování vlastní edukační strategie / Ways for self development of teaching strategyPešinová, Karolína January 2015 (has links)
Ways for self development of teaching strategy Abstract: The aim of this thesis is to analyse the diagnostic tools designed by M. Hejny and his team. These tools focus on teaching styles in education, observing the personal development of a mathematics intern teacher. The study materials i have obtained during my practice are used to describe and analyse the teacher's educational style, with the use of twenty defining parameters. My thesis is based on Gabriela Hlavata's master thesis, a teacher who describes her own shift from transmissible to constructive teaching in mathematics classes. Hlavata depicts this shift clearly, hence the reason I have decided to describe it with a set of parameters measuring the intern teacher's educational style. The subsequent aim is to trace my own evolution in teaching mathematics. Practice and materials gained in my graduation, together with the twenty educational parameters as outlined in my thesis, will serve to analyse and describe my own educational style. In choosing this topic, I am trying to answer the following question; whether the observation of a teacher's educational style will impact on the delivery and quality of mathematics lessons? Furthermore, is improvement possible, or have I reached the capacity of my own teaching ability? Additionally this thesis...

Odhady vícefaktorové produktivity / Total Factor Productivity EstimatesVltavská, Kristýna January 2011 (has links)
The aims of the dissertation thesis are to provide the comprehensive economic-statistical viewpoint on the issue of estimating labour productivity and total factor productivity; to evaluate the quality of the available data sources and to test the usage of new inputs to the production function in the Czech Republic. The first chapter provides a theoretical basis for subsequent estimates of labour productivity and total factor productivity. The second and third chapters concentrate on a detailed definition of data sources and definitions of input and output indicators in the production function. Moreover, the second chapter introduces new approaches to the estimation of the input indicators to the production function (labour services, capital services). The fourth chapter deals with estimates of labour productivity. Specifically, the relationship of labour productivity and educational structures are examined as well as estimates for regions of the Czech Republic and estimates for non-market industry that do not allow the use of the traditional approach. The fifth chapter focuses on possible particularization and improvement of the estimation of total factor productivity using new input variables. The same chapter further compares the index number approach and econometric approach including the test of constant returns to scale. The estimation of total factor productivity in individual Czech regions is also part of the chapter.

Správa a řízení sportovních svazů v ČR / Administration and Management of Sports Federations in the Czech RepublicKrál, Pavel January 2014 (has links)
This dissertation explores governance of national sports organizations (NSOs) in the Czech Republic and thus reflects contemporary course of events in the Czech sport. The aim of the dissertation is to explore governance of Czech NSOs with special focus on governance structure and transparency. Particularly, the dissertation examines compliance of Czech NSOs with codes of good governance and determines relations between governance structure, transparency and effectiveness of Czech NSOs. Mixed method approach was used in equal status sequential design (QUANT -> QUAL) Firstly, content analysis of websites of 67 Czech NSOs was conducted. The analysis allowed to determine the level of transparency and also provided variables for quantitative part of the study. Purposive sampling was used to choose nine NSOs where subsequent interviews with a CEO or a head of the board were done. And finally, quantitative data survey was conducted in 67 NSOs using phone interviews and e-mail survey. The quantitative data were processed using MS Excel and SPSS and, hypotheses were tested using standard statistical tests. The results are presented in three chapters. First, applicability of five elementary approaches to effectiveness is presented and combination of goal attainment and system resource approach is implemented. Second, governance structure of NSOs is analysed revealing substantially higher variability of governance models in comparison with theoretical presumptions. Moreover, a new framework of governance structure classification was developed. Third, transparency was identified as the most notable principal. Results reveal very low level of the transparency within Czech NSOs and explore the sources and impact of low transparency. For instance, more transparent NSOs are more effective using system resource approach. Overall, the dissertation provides a new deep insight into Czech NSOs governance and brings numerous recommendations for Czech NSOs.

Návrh úpravy metodiky ICE pro řízení malých projektů / The Proposal to Modification of ICE Methodology for Small ProjectsŠinágl, Roman January 2013 (has links)
The main aim of this piece of work is to propose an adjustment to the ICE methodology with an increased applicability for small projects. The emphasis is especially given to the most important areas of the methodology that can be easily adjusted or simplified. The theoretical part of this paper consists of four main chapters. The first chapter is called "Project and Project Management". This chapter holistically explains the meaning of project and project management terms. It describes a project from a general point of view and looks at its individual components. The second chapter so called "Methodology" explores particular project management methodologies. It focuses on two basic project lifecycle models along with an analysis of traditional and agile methodologies. The third "Small Project Methodologies" chapter examines the modified methodologies suitable for management of small projects. The final chapter of the theoretical part is the "ICE Methodology Analysis". The analysis represents the key pillar for this work without which the practical part could not be concluded. The practical part of this piece of work focuses on specifics of the ICE methodology modification in accordance with the analysis carried out in the theoretical part. The basis for this modification is represented by the general methodology framework for small projects. The general framework is fully based on the analysis undertaken in the theoretical part of this paper and plays a significant role in the ICE methodology modification process. The main areas of the ICE methodology modification are defined in "The ICE Methodology for Small Projects - Simplification Proposal". The practical part's conclusion presents the unmodified and modified ICE methodology comparison.
