Zabezpečený přístup k lokální počítačové síti / Secure access to local area network

Kočiš, Jan January 2016 (has links)
This master's thesis deals with the field of secure access to the local area computer network. The main aim of the thesis is to characterize theoretical background of controlled access to computer networks, which includes security principles, recommended practices, authentication methods, network protocols and related processes. This thesis also includes practical usage of acquired knowledge by implementing secure access to local area network in a real environment. The first part characterize the theoretical principles underlying the design and implementation of the entire system. The practical part deals with the implementation of specific secure access to the local area computer network solution in the engineering company. The first part introduces the company, its environment and requirements. The following section describes performed analysis of the original state and based on the obtained information summarizes the proposed solution. Implementation of the comprehensive system of the controlled access to the local area network is described in detail in the next section. Description of the system deployment into production operation process, the definition of acceptance tests and recommendations for solving of potential issues are part of this work as well. Conclusion chapter contains summary of the system's economic aspects and the potential impacts on information systems operation in the company. Final evaluation summarizes the thesis, highlights the benefits of the implemented system and analyses its weak points, with recommendations for further development. Přístup sociálních pracovníků ke klientům romské menšiny / Stance of social workers to clients of the Roma minority

KORECKÁ, Tereza January 2012 (has links)
The thesis deals with social work with gypsy clients. The first chapter of the theoretical part 1.1 Social work aimed at the gypsy minority describes the specifics of social work with gypsy clients, which is based on preconditions that social workers should fulfill when working with this target group and their facilities for such work. It aims at the professional approach of the social workers to the clients who are members of the gipsy ethnicity and describes the value system of a social worker. The research proved that the workers approach the clients professionally based on an ethical code. Factors which influence the perception of the clients from the gipsy minority by the social workers became clear from the research. The approach is most commonly influenced by the more difficult communication with the clients and low motivation of the gipsy clients to change their burdensome situation through their own endeavors. The workers do not distinguish their clients according to their membership in a minority but according to the specific problem they wish to help them solve. The biggest problem of the gipsy ethnicity became education. The majority of the workers believe that if the education of the gipsy clients can be improved it will reduce the impact of other social problems.

Vliv melaninového zbarvení a komenzalismu na chování v behaviorálních testech: srovnávací studie / Effects of melanin-based coloration and commensalism on performance in behavioural tests: a comparative study

Kahounová, Hana January 2017 (has links)
An intraspecific coat colour polymorphism exists in the genus Acomys. Some populations are dark and others are light-colored. Dark populations live in lava deserts, savannas and in the commensal habitat of Egypt. The subject of this thesis is to compare selected populations of Acomys in behavioral test of forced exploration. They are dark commensal, light secondary non-commensal, light non- commensal, and one dark non-commensal populations. The aim of this research is to find out whether the dark commensal populations of Acomys cahirinus differ in behavior from other populations and whether dark populations differ in behavior from light populations. According to the results, the observed behavioral parameters do not show significant differences between populations. The dark commensal populations of A. cahirinus did not differ significantly from other populations in exploratory behavior. But the dark populations preferred a dark background. No apparent differences in behavior between differently colored populations were found. However, the variability in tested behavior between populations was found. Key words: exploratory behavior, melanin, commensalism, comparative approach, open field test, Acomys

Operační riziko a analýza scénářů jako jedna z metod jeho řízení / Operational Risk and Scenario Analysis as One Method of Its Management

Ondřich, Libor January 2008 (has links)

Holá, Miroslava January 2007 (has links)

Aplikace metodiky Lean Six Sigma na snižování chybovosti při vyplňování smluv / Lean Six Sigma in Decreasing the Error Rate of Proposal Form Filling

Albert, Michal January 2008 (has links)
This thesis is focused on the proposal form filling error rate in life insurance. The theoretical part of the thesis describes main aspects of the methodology Lean Six Sigma, which will be used to decrease high error rate. Lean Six Sigma is widely used in today's companies to improve business processes by increasing their sigma. The methodology is an integration of two separate approaches, both invented in the beginning of the 20th century. The aim of the integration is to bring together the best of both of them. The practical part of the thesis shows how the seemingly separed approaches Lean and Six Sigma can work together. Lean was used to improve the process for insurance company's sales force, and Six Sigma was then applied to decrease the error rate of the forms. Both of the improvements were successfully implemented in the company and led to a desired outcome.

Multidisciplinární přístup v komunitní péči o duševně nemocné / Multidisciplinary access in community care of mentally diseased

Kvapil, Michal January 2020 (has links)
The diploma is about the topic of multidisciplinarity in community care of people with mentally illness. I chose this topic because I meet clients who have lived for various periods of time knowing that they suffer of mental illness. Over time, I began deeply perceive how mental illnesses affect all areas of client's lives. In the modern sense of community-based psychiatric services, multidisciplinary cooperation should become a provider of more comprehensive, better quality and more effective services for people with mental illness who require health care, but also social care that facilitates inclusion in the society of people who suffer of mental illness. Multidisciplinary collaboration is an interdisciplinary collaboration in social and health services, illustrates different theories that use various terminologies. The collaboration of experts from different disciplines, in addition to the term multidisciplinary, can be referred also as interdisciplinary or intersectoral. Another reason for choosing the topic of the thesis is the increas of discussions and even practical steps within the Strategy of Psychiatric Reform in the Czech Republic. An integral part of the thesis is an introduction to mental health issues, it's history and current planned transformation, which is a priority within the...
