The latest European Union intellectual property settlement directives are concerned with progress of digital technology, particularly with development of internet, and with development of information society. Directive 2001/29/EC on the harmonization of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society consolidates obligations according WIPO copyright treaty and WIPO performances and phonograms treaty. Exclusive rights, i.e. reproduction right, right of communication to the public of works and right of making available to the public other subject-matter and distribution right, of authors, performers, phonogram producers, producers of the first fixations of films and for broadcasting organizations are harmonized, exceptions and limitations of these rights are determined in this document. Directive predicts obligations due to protection of technological measures and right management information and seeks to decide balance matter of right holders rights, technological measures and users’ rights. Directive 2004/48/EB on the enforcement of intellectual property rights extends intellectual property rights security measures, procedures and remedies, applicable to any infringement of intellectual property rights, consolidated in TRIPS treaty. Šiam tikslui pasiekti nagrinėjama mokslinė literatūra, atliktas Lietuvos gamintojų pieno pakuočių patrauklumo tyrimas bei, remiantis surinktais duomenimis, pateikiami pasiūlymai patrauklumo didinimui. Darbą sudaro trys pagrindinės dalys. Pirmojoje, teorinėje, analizuojami mokslinės literatūros šaltiniai pakuotės sąvokos ir svarbos, jos funkcijų, ją sudarančių elementų tema, taip pat pateikiami pakuotės patrauklumo tyrimams naudojami metodai. Antrojoje dalyje pristatomas pieno pakuotės patrauklumo tyrimas. Projektinėje darbo dalyje, remiantis analizuota teorija bei atliktu tyrimu, pateikiami pasiūlymai pieno pakuotės patrauklumo didinimui. Pasiūlymai teikiami penkiose kategorijose, kiekvienoje jų analizuojant šešis sudėtinius pakuotės elementus. The aim of this research is to present some specific propositions to increase the attractiveness of milk product package. To achieve this goal various research papers on this subject were analyzed, a practical research had been made and finally propositions to increase the attractiveness of milk product package were made. The paper consists of three main parts. In first one various research papers on package, its meaning, and functions, its elements, on specific research types are analyzed. In the second one the practical research is presented. In final part of the paper some specific propositions to increase the attractiveness of milk product package are presented. The propositions are made for five different categories, analyzing six different elements of milk package in each one of them. In total 27 propositions how to increase the attractiveness of milk product package are presented (some of them are extended).

Darbe aptarta Po Kioto klimato kaitos globalinė problema bei elementai, skirti jos apsaugai. Nagrinėjami pasaulio pasiūlymai dėl Po Kioto klimato kaitos. Analizuojami klimato kaitos švelninimo rėžimų apribojimai Lietuvai. Atlikta atskirų ekonomikos sektorių klimato kaitos politikos SSGG analizė. Nagrinėjama šiltnamio dujų dinamika skirtinguose ekonomikos sektoriuose. Remiantis struktūriniu darbo modeliu, ištirta, kad klimato kaitos švelninimo įsipareigojimai iki 2020m. sumažinti ŠD emisijas 20% ir 30% lyginant su 1990m Lietuvoje dvigubai didins elektros kainas, BVP augimas sulėtės 2-3%. Tai patvirtina bendrą darbo hipotezę. Naudingiausios bei reikalingiausias priemonės klimato kaitai švelninti turi būti įgyvendinamos energetikos sektoriuje: Energijos taupymas, Atsinaujinančių išteklių naudojimas energijos gamyboje; technologijų inovacija bei modernizavimas. Atsinaujinančių išteklių naudojimas energijos gamyboje bendrai teigiamai įtakotų Lietuvos ekonominę būklę, nors didintų elektros kainas. / There is a discussion of global Post Kyoto climate change problem and elements of its protection. There is an analysis of world suggestions for Post Kyoto climate change. There is analysis of Post Kyoto climate change mitigation regimes for Lithuania. There is performed SWOT analysis of climate change politics in different economics sectors. Dinamics of greenhouse gases in different sectors is provided. According to structural model of the work it was investigated that climate change investigation methods till 2020 will minimize the emissions of GHGs 20% or 30% comparing with 1990 will double the prices of electricity and the growth of GDP will be less 2%- 3%. These things affirm the hypothesis of the work. The best means for climate change mitigation should be applied in the sector of energy: the saving of Energy, the use of recommense reserves in technology; the inovation and modernisation of technologies. The use of recommense reserves for the producing of energy would have positive influence for the economy of Lithuania despite the fact of growing prices of eletricity.
