Etická dilemata sociální práce s klientem se sociální patologií / Ethical dilemma of social work with client suffering from social pathology.

POKORNÁ, Eva January 2009 (has links)
My diploma work deals with the ethical approach of workers who come into contact with the clients committed criminal offences. The work focus on ethical issues of the social workers who are in contact with the clients with social pathology, perpetrators, involuntary clients and with persons suffering from asocial behaviour. The ethical approaches are connected with various ethical paradoxes, problems and they are a part of ethical dilemma. These facts arise in ethical attitudes in connection with client and simultaneously in situation of burn-out syndrome. The target of this work is to focus on ethical issues and on the problems which are connected with the duties of the social workers. The main target of my diploma work was to find out ethical errors of workers in social services in access to the client and find out the range of burn-out syndrome by social workers. The aim of my research has been achieved. The method of quantitative analytic research was applied. The questionnaire survey and its assessment was used. It is the quantitative research. As respondents were chosen members of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic and workers of the Educational institution for Children and Youth and the Educational Centre for Children and Youth in Šindlovy Dvory. The second file of respondents was comprised by members of the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic.

Využití metody konečných prvků pro modelování patologických změn v tkáni lidských hlasivek a jejich projev ve videokymogramu / Finite element modelling of pathological changes in human vocal folds tissue and their influence on videokymograph

Martínek, Tomáš January 2013 (has links)
Master´s thesis deals with creating planar computational model of human folds, involving fluid-structure interaction. With this model, the influence of changes in vocal folds tissue layers (stiffness, thickness) and their effects on the videokymograph image are studied. Analysis of the results also deals with the evaluation of pressure at selected points below, between and above the vocal folds. The results indicate a possible similarity with the behavior of human vocal folds with pathology. Background research of vocal folds function, an overview of vocal folds pathology and summary of computational models are included.

Prevence kriminality mládeže na základních školách v praxi / Prevention of juvenile crime at middle schools

Nekvindová, Aneta January 2018 (has links)
This thesis deals with the problem of the implementation of the crime prevention at the primary schools in the Czech Republic. The main objective was to evaluate the application of the crime prevention programs as viewed by the pedagogues from the selected primary school and to find the main insufficiencies and the room for improvements, especially in the implementation of the crime prevention programs area. This Thesis is divided into the two main parts. The theoretical and factual basis are presented in the first part. The theoretical basis collects the opinions of the experts from the given area and helps to define basic terms, concepts and theoretical scopes, with which this thesis further deals. The main theoretical basis of this thesis is the implementation of the state crime prevention through the street-level bureaucrats (employees of the school as the most direct executioners of the state crime prevention). The factual basis comes out from the research of the public legislative and structural basis for the crime prevention at schools in the Czech Republic and thus, it puts the problem into the reality of the current state and demands of the Czech state prevention system. The second part is practical and presents the results of the case study, which was completed by the author at the...

Poruchy příjmu potravy z genderové perspektivy: nemoc, či součást života? / Eating Disorders from a gender perspective: disease, or part of life?

Kaválková, Kristýna January 2011 (has links)
Eating Disorders from a gender perspective: disease, or part of life? Bc. Kristýna Kaválková ABSTRACT This dissertation deals with a problem of "eating disorders", which are defined in medical literature, media and magazines as psychological disease, which relates to pathological way of dealing with food, body and himself/herself. It shows that that this area is not neutral from the gender point of view; eating disorders are usually women's matter. Based on semi-structured interviews within the framework of qualitative research, this work analyses opinions of women, who have experience with this, especially their experience of their physicality and daily life. It is also focused on how women perceive the presentation of eating disorders, which concerns them, in media, medical publications and society and how they interpret their status as those who are recovering from this illness. Women's testimonies point at the fact that their surroundings look at them as persons defined through their illness, as persons, who are exclusively connected with pathology and stigma. This view of surroundings, media and specialists, however, omit the diversity of human identities. It shows that women alone can interpret their experiences in different way. They perceive their eating disorder in the context of dominant discourse...

HNF-1B a jeho význam u různých typů karcinomů a nenádorových lézí ženského genitálu na úrovni exprese proteinu, epigenetických a genetických změn / Significance of HNF-1B in different types of carcinomas and non-neoplastic lesions of the female genital system at the level of protein expression, epigenetic and genetic changes

Němejcová, Kristýna January 2016 (has links)
Introduction HNF-1β is a transcription factor that plays a crucial role in the ontogenesis, regulates expression of multiple genes involved in cell cycle modulation and seems to be involved in cancerogenesis of various tumors. HNF-1β protein is coded by the HNF1B gene. Genetic and epigenetic changes of HNF1B play role in tumorigenesis and these changes can be accompanied by loss of expression or increased protein expression as detected by immunohistochemistry. In gynecopathology, expression of HNF-1β was considered as specific marker of clear cell carcinomas of the ovary and endometrium. However, more recent studies described HNF-1β expression also in tumors of other histogenesis. Aims: Our study focused on the immunohistochemical and molecular analysis of HNF1B in the normal tissue, various types of tumors and non-neoplastic lesions of the female genital tract. The goals of our study were: 1. Analysis of HNF-1β expression in cervical carcinomas. 2 Analysis of HNF-1β expression in endometrial carcinomas and non-neoplastic tissues of the female genital tract. 3. Analysis of epigenetic and genetic changes of HNF1B in endometrioid carcinomas and ovarian clear cell carcinomas. 4. Comprehensive analysis of atypical polypoid adenomyomas. Material and methods: A total of 574 samples including 399...

Sekundární prevence sociálně patologických jevů / Secondary Prevention of Socially Pathological Phenomena

VANĚČKOVÁ, Iveta January 2009 (has links)
In exordium of thesis I am engaged in the explanation of the conception of socially pathological phenomena and in the diagnosis of this conception into the social pathology and then I describe some of these significant negative and dangerous phenomena, which threaten the youth, too. Mainly I target violent phenomena and dependencies. Subsequently I am resolving the problem of primary, secondary and tertiary prevention, too. I am writing especially about different recommendations and measures, how not to need occur the prevention, especially the tertiary prevention. Next I target the secondary prevention especially the prevention of violent phenomena and dependencies. In conclusion I am focusing on Salesian youth centre - centre of children and youth in České Budějovice and shortly I describe activities of these centre with an eye on the pursuance or the realization of the secondary prevention not to occur the origin or the expansion of socially pathological phenomena.

Výpočtové modelování mechanických zkoušek živočišné buňky / Computational modelling of mechanical tests of animal cell

Orlová, Lucie January 2021 (has links)
