Socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos teikimo bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje subjektyvūs vertinimai / The subjective assessments of the assitance of a social pedagogue at a comprehensive school

Analizuojant socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos teikimo bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje subjektyvius pasirengimo teikti pagalbą, pagalbos teikimo krypčių, patiriamų sunkumų bei sėkmę lemiančių veiksnių vertinimus, pasirinktas kokybinis tyrimas, taikant turinio (content) analizės metodą. Tyrime apklausti 9 socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos teikėjai iš Šiaulių miesto bei rajono bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų. Interviu metodu siekta atskleisti socialinės pedagoginės pagalbos teikėjams reikalingas kompetencijas pagalbai teikti, taip pat aiškintasi, kokiomis veiklos kryptimis tenka dirbti dažniausiai, kokių patiria sunkumų teikdami socialinę pedagoginę pagalbą bei kokie veiksniai lemia pagalbos teikimo sėkmę. Analizuojant tyrimo duomenis, siekta atskleisti bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje dirbančių pagalbos teikėjų asmenines patirtis. / While analyzing subjective evaluation of social pedagogical support offered in comprehensive schools based on preparation to provide support, directions for support offering, obstructions and success factors, contents analysis method was used. There were 9 social pedagogical support staff questioned from Šiauliai city and district comprehensive schools. Using an interview method it was aimed to reveal the relevant competences that are necessary for social pedagogical support providers to offer this help. It was also analyzed, what were the most common directions for providing help, what were the main difficulties while providing social pedagogical help and what factors determined success in providing this help. Examining the research results it was aimed to reveal personal experiences of staff providing social pedagogical help in comprehensive schools.

Sociálně pedagogická pomoc lidem bez domova při jejich integraci do společnosti / Socio-educational assistance to the homeless in their integration to society

The diploma thesis is focused on socio-pedagogical means of assistance to the homeless which is provided by social facilities in the Czech Republic in the process of their reintegration. The goal of the thesis is to ascertain, describe and analyse the possibilities of socio-pedagogical assistance to the homeless. The thesis has theoretical-empirical character. In the theoretical part, I concentrate on the topic of homelessness, public housing, system of assistance for the homeless where I mention two approaches of supported living: Housing Ready and Housing First. Other topics include social difficulties and social reintegration of the homeless, social pedagogy and socio-pedagogical means of assistance to the homeless where social rehabilitation, community work and social entrepreneurship belong. The empirical part is devoted to a research. With the usage of semi-structured interviews, this research examines which means of socio-pedagogical assistance to the homeless are used in the process of their social reintegration and how both parties reflect on its usefulness. The interviews were carried out by the clients of the facilities offering socio- pedagogical assistance and the workers who offer this assistance to them. This thesis called 'Socio-Pedagogical Assistance to Partially-Autonomous Patients and to Their Families" (as conducted at GARC Kladno, s.r.o.). aims to map the health and social situation of partially-autonomous patients (hereafter PAP) as a result of a chronic condition, a disability or geriatric conditions in the context of their actual living environment. The theoretical part deals with health and social challenges confronted by PAP focusing on social and individual rehabilitation in conducting daily life. It is divided into five parts. Part One describes health issues faced by PAP with emphasis on particular issues which affect this group. Part Two defines the basic terminology of disability and autonomy.Through work experience it was possible to provide first-hand observation of particular issues which affect this group, e.g. physical disability as a factor limiting autonomy. Both subjective and objective observations of this group can weigh heavily on the value of the outcome. Part Three places PAP in his environment and at the same time evaluates the role of the family members and various services available to PAP under the Social Services Act No. 108/2008 Coll.
