The thesis deals with the professional competencies of teachers of nursery schools. The theoretical part focuses on contemporary education of nursery school teachers and its history in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on professional competencies. Besides defining the concept of professional competence and their various concepts. Czech education preschool teachers is contrasted with the situation in Europe. The main aim of the research part of the thesis is to describe the differences between differently educated teachers of kindergartens within the conceptualization of professional competencies. The investigation is specifically compared how teachers assess the importance of professional competence and adequacy of their development in the initial training. The survey includes pilot study and private research. Pilot study includes data collection questionnaires and structured interviews for the four case studies with differently educated preschool teachers. The beginnings of piano playing of children play an important role in laying quality pianistic groundings, which are crucial for their further pianistic development as well as for building their relationship with the instrument and music itself. This thesis is devoted to the study of elementary piano teaching of children aged 5-7 years. The aim of the thesis is to map the current state of piano pedagogy in Czech Republic and to propose optimal methodological procedures and solutions in the initial piano lessons based on modern pedagogical approaches and the needs of contemporary piano pedagogy. In five chapters of the work, this goal will be achieved by examining the historical background of piano schools in Bohemia over the centuries to this day, by setting up theoretical and practical bases for the researched issue and finally by research itself. Within the framework of practical bases, which served as a basis for subsequent research, an optimal methodological approach to teaching in the early stage of piano playing was proposed for children aged 5-7 years, which corresponds to the most modern requirements of the field. Hanková This thesis focuses on the experiential pedagogy about the implementation of personal and social education. The research aims to investigate and describe the determinants of the experiential pedagogy, particularly about the didactical thinking of group teachers who plan and implement teaching personal and social education in a Czech basic school. The theoretical grounds of this current study are based on the extensive comparison of heterogenous terminology of experiential pedagogy, general didactics, and didactics of personal and social education. This study adopts the qualitative research paradigm with multiple-case- studies research design. The data have been gathered from thematic writing and focus group interviews which were analysed by the content analysis method with the support of axial analysis. The analysis of didactical thinking is concerned with the objective and the experience as a means of learning and reflection and revealed that teachers determine their didactical thinking and practice by the knowledge of the group and individuals concerning psychological safety. This master's thesis deals with the possibilities of employment of direct care workers in day care centers. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part provides a primary insight into the system of social services with the specification of day care centers as social care services according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., On social services. It also discusses the range of professions that can be employed in day care centers based on the Czech Republic's legal system. The practical part presents quantitative research which had an aim to find out the possibilities of employment of direct care workers in day care centers in a selected region, the capital city of the Prague region. The research monitors the professional proportionality of multidisciplinary teams concerning the level and field of education and employee participation in activities carried out in day care centers. Based on the research results, the last part of the work proposes recommendations for practices. My diploma thesis named " Olga Havel contribution to assisting and caring for people with disabilities" analyzes information from various testimonies, media sources or literary sources and aims to provide the reader with the most realistic picture that could portray Mrs. Olga Havel. My research follows the legacy of Olga Havel that she left in the field of care for people with disabilities. The main intention is to observe her ingress to disadvantaged people. On top of that, I wanted to highlight how her personality and her social role as the first lady in the Czech Republic shaped approaches to the people in the Czechoslovak Republic before year 1989 and also in the time period after the Velvet revolution. The practical part was based on the processing of the results of qualitative research carried out in the form of interviews as well as information taken from related literature. The Czechoslovak Hussite Church can be proud of professor Otto Rutrle's personality, because by his pedagogical and educational approach he helped to realize and revive religious education and catechetical teaching in the Church. In his publications The Road to the Child I. and The Road to the Child II. pays great attention to this activity and he touches on individual topics that are necessary for teaching and education in the Czechoslovak Hussite Church. The goal of theoretical part of work is to establish basic theoretical basis of senior population, and generally introduce possible specifics of senior education. The Thesis briefly explores the current state of senior education in the field of art education and art creativity. The goal of empirical part is to follow a topic of seniors with art education and to present a research probe, that directly examines the artistic creations of seniors, who's personalities are more closely introduced thanks to own artistic creativity. The Thesis outlines theoretical bases about senior population and their education in general, seniors are introduced more closely through own original creation. The purpose of the thesis is to search out, analyse and evaluate an open access and commercial electronic information resources in educational theories available on WWW. First and sekond part determinates topic of education, describes his development, problems, nomenclature, experimental method and information support. The objective of the thesis is to analyse and evaluate selected bibliographic and full-text databases, digital libraries, portals, subject gateways and catalogs. This diploma thesis mainly deals with the attitudes of professionals from helping professions towards people with disabilities. Nowadays is a great emphasis on the theme of inclusion of handicapped people and is important to go especially those people who interact with them most frequently with their attitudes and behaviour as example for society. The aim of the study is to compare responses of four selected professional areas - education, psychology, social work and health, and to determine differences in attitudes and opinions towards people with disabilities. The first part contains theoretical ground concepts related to attitudes, handicapped persons and survey conducted research on this topic. The second part is dedicated to the research conducted using a structured questionnaire. This research showed that some selected attitudes across helping professions are really different.

The dissertation is focused on changes in an attitude and initiative students at secondary special school with gastronomy orientation to study special subjects after realization a creative project: "Welcome Day - Day of Open Door - Halloween." The target group are students of Secondary School and College for Tourist Industry in České Budějovice. The dissertation is divided into fifth chapters. I the first two chapters different opinions of experts in teaching methods, classical and alternative methods of education and teaching, teachers competence and authority participation, experimental education are compared. The thirds chapter contains proposals for topics of project learning in schools with gastronomy orientation. There is an enumeration of folk traditions and their connection with the culture and gastronomy. The fourth chapter describes the project realization in Secondary School and College for Tourist Industry in České Budějovice. The fifth chapter contains the research targets, the research methods and interpretation of research results. The target of the dissertation is questionnaire comparison of students' attitudes after realization the project learning. The research assumptions are that students appreciate extension special subjects of folk traditions and do not reject to participation in the pro?ject realization.
