The topic of the thesis is the development of phonematic hearing in children with impaired verbal communication skills, utilizing the method of Danil Boršovič Eľkonin. It deals with the training of language skills for selected kindergarten children with special needs. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. It summarizes theoretical definitions of basic terms such as language, speech, and communication. It describes disturbed communication abilities and its classification, it deals more with the characteristic of developmental dysphasia. It also deals with the concepts of phonetics and phonology, describes phonematic hearing and phonematic awareness. Last but not least, it outlines D.B. Elkonin's personality and his methodology. The practical part is of a qualitative character, which will give us access to the analysis of methodological procedures that we chose for this analysis. The main goal of this thesis is to present price regulations and show theire utilization in construction practise. Thesis is focusing on methods which are used in the property valuation in accordance with price legislation and other budgeting methods also with description of different types of building work price documentation according to project documentation phase. These findings are demonstrated on a practical example.

Tato práce se zabývá vyhledáváním výrazů v řeči pomocí mluvených příkladů (QbE STD). Výrazy jsou zadávány v mluvené podobě a jsou vyhledány v množině řečových nahrávek, výstupem vyhledávání je seznam detekcí s jejich skóre a časováním. V práci popisujeme, analyzujeme a srovnáváme tři různé přístupy ke QbE STD v jazykově závislých a jazykově nezávislých podmínkách, s jedním a pěti příklady na dotaz. Pro naše experimenty jsme použili česká, maďarská, anglická a arabská (levantská) data, a pro každý z těchto jazyků jsme natrénovali 3-stavový fonémový rozpoznávač. To nám dalo 16 možných kombinací jazyka pro vyhodnocení a jazyka na kterém byl natrénovaný rozpoznávač. Čtyři kombinace byly tedy závislé na jazyce (language-dependent) a 12 bylo jazykově nezávislých (language-independent). Všechny QbE systémy byly vyhodnoceny na stejných datech a stejných fonémových posteriorních příznacích, pomocí metrik: nesdružené Figure-of-Merit (non pooled FOM) a námi navrhnuté nesdružené Figure-of-Merit se simulací normalizace přes promluvy (utterrance-normalized non-pooled Figure-of-Merit). Ty nám poskytly relevantní údaje pro porovnání těchto QbE přístupů a pro získání lepšího vhledu do jejich chování. QbE přístupy použité v této práci jsou: sekvenční statistické modelování (GMM/HMM), srovnávání vzorů v příznacích (DTW) a srovnávání grafů hypotéz (WFST). Abychom porovnali výsledky QbE přístupů s běžnými STD systémy vyhledávajícími textové výrazy, vyhodnotili jsme jazykově závislé konfigurace také s akustickým detektorem klíčových slov (AKWS) a systémem pro vyhledávání fonémových řetězců v grafech hypotéz (WFSTlat). Jádrem této práce je vývoj, analýza a zlepšení systému WFST QbE STD, který po zlepšení dosahuje podobných výsledků jako DTW systém v jazykově závislých podmínkách.

Subject of the dissertation is a probability analysis on creation of embankment subsoil filtration deformations. Out of the broad topic of filtration deformations, the dissertation is focused at initiation of the process. At this phase, the overlying layers downstream of levee get uplifted, and eventually get breached. The process of downstream subsoil failure probability estimation is formulated using mathematical and statistical modelling. Within the scope of parametrical study the suggested method is applied onto a test environment. Results of the probability estimation are compared with results obtained using Limit state design method. The results of stochastic modelling can be used for improvement of Limit state design method precision.

The diploma thesis is dedicated to the adaptation processes of a preschool child with an autistic spectrum disorder on the preschool environment. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and an empirical part. The main aim of the paper is to analyse the adaptation process on the preschool attendance established by § 16 paragraph 9 of the Education Act of the children affected by ASD with focus on the factors that support the adaptation on the organized form of the preschool education. Part of the aim is to suggest the key elements that should be included in the adaptation plan so it meets the needs of children affected by ASD in the preschool facility. The research was conducted on six children whose legal representatives gave their agreement through an informed consent about processing of their personal data and the use of gathered information for the creation of the diploma thesis. In order to gather the required information, the method of direct observation by the researcher was used. This thesis deals with syntactic relation of subject-predicate agreement in Czech, concentrating on special cases. The theoretical part describes the term "agreement" in terms of the traditional dependency approach, presents the definition of the term and specifies its width. It describes the subject-predicate agreement from from other theoretical perspectives, too (for example generative grammar analysis etc.). The main part of this theoretical chapter contains particular cases of subject-predicate agreement, as described in Czech grammars and textbooks. However, this description does not take into account all options and variants of agreement used in everyday conversation. Therefore, we investigate the problem of agreement through an empirical survey, which serves us to identify more complex cases (multiple subject with disjunctive, adversative and compared relation between its constituents; based on the cases found in the Czech National Corpus). Another source of data comes from a questionnaire, which maps how complex agreement structures are acquired by users of the language (students of the Faculty of Arts, Charles University). The aim of the thesis is to compare the educational systems of two European states with different state institutions, history and current political-historical situation. The work will be of comparative character and will be based mainly on the work with the studied literature. The work will use both Czech and Spanish literature. The main benchmarking tool will be the International Standard Classification of Education at ISCED 2011. In the practical part, this classification will be applied to both education systems, and at the end of each level of education there will be comparisons. The result will be a simultaneous evaluation and comparison of the education system of the Kingdom of Spain and the Czech Republic. My thesis ,,Possibilities of solving of unemployment in the Czech Republic and in France" has the objective of insight to the issue of solving of unemployment from the perspective of the state and its employment policy, especially to instruments of active employment policy in our republic and in France. My thesis is divided into nine chapters. The research part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledge from areas as labour market, employment, unemployment and employment policies on the level of European Union and on the level of given surveyed states. At its end I made a short preview to the issue of macroeconomical indicators and national economy that I later used in the practical part for brief characteristics of economical situation of the states and their chosen parts. As I have mentioned above, the practical part of my thesis deals with economical characteristics of both surveyed states and analysis of unemployment in them. Its main part is formed by my focusing on the comparison of possibilities of solving of unemployment in selected higher territorial self-governing units of the Czech Republic and France. Here I perform analysis of the labour market according to different criteria in the Czech region Highlands and in the French region Limousin. Then I define and create a comparison of the particular ways of solving of unemployment in these areas. In my thesis I further express my own assessment of effectiveness of the Active employment policy operating both in the Czech Republic specifically in the Highland region and in France in mentioned Limousin region. The very end contains mainly summary of knowledge gained at the practical part and statement how the set target was achieved.

My thesis mainly deals with Activity Based Costing (ABC), but focuses also on the matters related to traditional costing. Based on the current-state analysis of a selected manufacturing enterprise, in particular in the area of costing, a primary ABC model that is applicable in the conditions of the enterprise has been designed. The last part of the thesis presents a comparison between the results achieved while using a traditional product costing method and ABC methodology.

The aim of the thesis is the analysis of the performance management of teachers in a school established in accordance with § 16 para. 9 of the Education Act. The theoretical part of the thesis specifies the concept of human resource management and defines the individual personnel activities as a tool for human resource management. It highlights from personal activities the function of performance management and describes it using the literature. It specifies in detail the phases of the cycle of the performance management process. The theoretical part contains the description of the process of performance management of teaching staff, defines the identification of the specific conditions in a school established by § 16 para. 9 of the Education Act, which may have an impact on the monitored personal activities.
