The subject matter of this paper is an analysis of the current system of political parties funding in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to critically assess the current legal regulation and to point out potential shortcomings and possibilities for improvement. At a time when public confidence in political parties is characterized by a systematic and long-term downward trend, it is a recent and widely discussed topic. We may well ask whether the legal regulation of this issue does not provide room for improvement and innovation. The extensive topic is structured into two areas - the question of financial resources and the question of control and transparency. The paper is composed of five chapters. Chapter one deals with the political parties in general and with the law of political parties, especially with constitutional aspects. The second chapter examines the financing of political parties, its basic principles, models and division. In brief, it covers also the development of funding. The subject of the third chapter is a detailed description of the funding of political parties in the Czech Republic. Práce zkoumá příčiny násilí v Kolumbii především ve 20. století. Zabývá se socioekonomickými podmínkami země a postavením politických stran a jejich vlivem na společnost, důraz je kladen i na možnost aktivní participace obyvatel na politickém životě. Definuje jednotlivá období násilí a hledá u nich možné kořeny konfliktů. Větší pozornost zaměřuje na válku dosud probíhající, určuje její charakter a aktéry, zmiňuje její historii i současný vývoj.

Na základě analýzy makroekonomických veličin je potvrzeno fungování politického cyklu v České republice.

Tato práce se zabývá vývojem československého hospodářství v padesátých a šedesátých letech 20. století z pohledu jejich vlivu na reformní hnutí v šedesátých letech. Z tohoto důvodu zkoumá etapy centralizace a militarizace národního hospodářství, ani krátká období reforem a konsolidace. Ze současného pohledu jsou nejvýznamnější právě etapy reforem, které se snažily v rámci rigidní, Sovětským svazem ovlivněné, hospodářské politiky zmírnit hospodářské problémy vyvolané militarizací ekonomiky. Proto je nedílnou součástí této práce také shrnutí teoretických východisek Šikovy reformy, která byla z hlediska změny hospodářské politiky nejhlubší. Práce se snaží navzájem konfrontovat pohled Oty Šika, jako jednoho z autorů reformy, s názory historiků a ekonomů, snaží se také o zhodnocení některých jejích kroků.

The goal is a comprehensive analysis of the status and prospects of Armenian-Russian relations. To realize this specialities have been defined the following tasks: to find the specifics of the Armenian-Russian economic and political relations in post-Soviet period, identify the parameters of cooperation between Moscow and Yerevan in the current geopolitical situation in the South Caucasus and Nagorno-Karabakh, and also to deal with the role of diasporas in consolidating the strategic partnership between Russia and Armenia.

Immigration to the Czech Republic as an election topic is the main theme of this thesis. The introduction defines human migration and briefly describes its categories. Illegal migration and also the division of migrants in accordance with the administrative-legal status quo is paid attention to in this part as well. The following chapter briefly describes the development of foreigner immigration to the Czech Republic from the 90?s till today. Importance is given also to the number of foreigners living in Czech, international protection given to foreigners and illegal immigration to the country. Next two chapters deal with public opinion research of the Czech citizens. The aim was to find out whether election programs and the election topics included within have an impact on election preferences of the party and of those who vote. Furthermore, which election topics are key topics for the Czech public society. The second research area presents opinions of Czech citizens on immigration in global, foreigners living in Czech and finally on their employment. The prevailing part of the thesis is constructed by the analysis of the programmatic documents of the relevant parties, mostly their election programs. This part tries to explain which place this issue represents in their election programs or whether they pay attention to the emigration of the Czech citizens. The last chapter of the diploma thesis discusses immigration as an election topic in Germany, in one of the countries with the highest number of immigrants in Europe. This part of the thesis includes a short summary of inclusion of the topic of immigration and proposals for its solution from the election programs of the major German parties in the election held in 2013. Political Trials in the 50's - Karel Vaš The main intention behind this master thesis was to provide a general overview over the historical phenomenon of political trails that took place in the era of early years of communist regime in Czechoslovakia and to put together a life story of the communist prosecutor and the judge Karel Vaš within this grim mosaic. The thesis encompasses the broader historical background and regional frame, the development of related legislation and the apparatus of the state and the communist party involved in political trials. There is also great concern in types and directions of judicial and other persecution, the theme of the rehabilitation of victims and the prosecution of persons involved in making these trials. The thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter gives a brief description of the situation in Czechoslovakia after the Second World War. It covers the most important events that led to communists taking over the absolute power in the state and carrying out political trials in the 50's as means for the stabilization of the society. The diploma thesis studies specific features of the local politics in the Czech Republic. The focal point of this case study is the village Dolni Lhota and local elections in 2014, during which a change of the local political elites has occurred. The main aim of this thesis is to understand the factors having led to the victory of a new local representatives and to ascertain whether the citizens are satisfied with chosen political elites so far. The content is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter there is paid close attention to local democracy, local administration and to the introduction of Dolní Lhota. In the second chapter there are interpreted the results of the questionnaire survey, moreover it provides the reader with the analysis of interviews with the executive representatives elected in 2014. Finally, in the third chapter the research questions are evaluated.
