Welfare of families with children In my thesis I dealt with welfare of families with children, because it is a topic that is relevant to everyday part of human life, and has been since its conception. The aim was to give an overview of the basic institutes of ensuring welfare of these families with respect to the near future. But the focus was not put only at social welfare as such, but I tried to give an overview of the most important institutes as well as other branches of the law, where I find elements of social welfare either in the form of material welfare, or any other form of protection of people with dependent children, as e.g. their advantage over people who do not care of dependent children. The first chapter deals with the security of families who are expecting a child and with the period after his/her birth. Family Safety in this period is mainly based on the legislation sickness, from which was one of my sources when examining this topic. The second chapter describes the circuit of social welfare benefits to which a family, during the period following the birth of a child, is entitled. Subject matter of my diploma paper is {\clqq} Tax burden of road transfer in select entrepreneurial subject``. My aim is optimise tax charge of road transfer in this entrepreneurial subject. I define long-term corporeal property, manners of its acquisition and its depreciation in introductory part. Further, I describe taxes and compulsory charges, which closely bear with road transfer. I focus on tax charge in factual company, which carries bussiness in road transfer in the end. I investigate tax stress at tax and duties, which directly bear with road transfer. It is about road tax, consumer tax of mineral oils, value added tax (VAT), the duties from usages of motorways and high-roads and finally insurance of responsibility for damage caused operation of motor vehicle. I compare tax burden of two particular trucking systems the company has available and I propose options available to a possible reduction of tax charge in these two freighters.

The basic idea of this diploma thesis is to look into one the area of financing czech company, which is member of french holding, with aim to introduce to public the important financial tool in the area of cash management including assessment of the accounting, tax and law aspects associated with it.

The aim of this master’s thesis is to find the best type of mortgage loan for several kinds of borrowers. The first part describes personal housing financing, use of loans, use of mortgages in general. At the end of this theoretical part the value analysis is explained as a tool for mortgage lender (or the type of mortgage loan) selection and the way of reaching this goal is defined. Second part is a practical example of how to make decision and find the best choice. It selects the most important criteria and real cash flow is simulated to asset the price of each possibility. Using the discrimination method and efficiency rate the possibilities are ranked. Results are commented on and recommendations are set to every type of client. In conclusion, general method for selection before getting a mortgage is proposed.
