This dissertation deals with motivation and the factors affecting work performance of employees in the selected company. The aim of dissertation is find out which factors affecting work performance are used in the company Forte Beroun, spol. s. r. o. Further identify problem´s areas and suggest improvements. The theoretical part is based on literature reviews focusing on work performance, motivation and factors affecting work performance. The first part of practical work is made up of basic and organizational characteristics of the company and describing existing motivational and hygienic factors. The second part of practical work includes evaluation of an anonymous questionnaire survey on selected factors affecting work performance of employees. The survey results are suplement by controlled and non - standardized interviews. Based on the survey results are set critical areas and suggestions for their improvements.

These days human being can find itself swamped with tons of information. It is neccessary to think over provided information given by a health care system and its efficiency. The thesis named Types of patient´s information needs is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. Materials about nursing, medicine, psychology, sociology and a law issued in the Czech Republic and abroad were used to get necessary information about current condition of problematics. Two goals were set based on acquired knowledge. The first goal was to get to know about what type of information were requested and needed by patients and which they missed from nurses and doctors in ambulances and hospitals. The second goal was to double check if a personal perceiving of a given information corresponds with the real diagnosis. With respect to thesis goals, 9 research questions were formulated. Information regarding examined topic were acquired through research and investigation. As the means of collecting the data an interview was chosen. 23 interviews with patiens were done and the analyzed according to the Strausse theory. It was found, that patiens involved in this interview, take care about their health condition and that the information, which they perceive as important, are given to them by the medical staff. The information they have makes them more comfortable and they view it as a very important. It was as certained, that patients are very sensitive about the way the medical staff communicates with them and that their personality plays part in this process. The purpose of this thesis is to give an impulse to reinforce informing the patiens in a written form, but mainly to reinforce their personal contact with a doctor. Is is obvious, that the information and the way they get it is very important for patients.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the possibility of heating the particular house and depending on the results to recommend appropriate option resp. type of fuel needed for heating. For this reason, the paper is primarily focused on general knowledge related to the issue of heating houses, which belong types of heating systems and heating options or heat loss or heat demand for heating. After all the general knowledge is applied to a particular house, which will serve as input for the analysis. Analysis of heating the house is subsequently determined not only from a cost point of view but also from a technical point of view and the output of recommending specific options for heating the house.

The main goal of this final thesis "Internal information system solution design in Holmes Place company" (Information requirenment solution in the company, Holmes Place) is the analysis of processes in Holmes Place and a proposal for a solution to the identified information requirements via implementation of an intranet. The analysis of the current situation in the company has been performed by identification of the Weaknesses and Strengths of the company using the methodology of SWOT analysis; the effective solutions to identified weaknesses are described in the later chapters of this thesis. The result of the analysis indicates that the most critical issue in all departments (Sales, Marketing, IT, Studio management etc.) of the company is a deficient communication structure particularly between internal and external processes. Implementation of an enterprise intranet which would allow the sharing of documents and information has been chosen as the optimal solution for this problem. Drawing from the work experience and current employment of the author, the intranet selected is Microsoft SharePoint 2013. The implementation and structure of MS SharePoint 2013 has been based on theoretical resources focused on Information requirenment, transformation points and data objects. In the practical part of this thesis, the author has focused on the functionality of the application and the specific benefits for the company. As a result, this analysis represents materials which can be used by the management of the company as a final specification of functionalities. Another important condition of implementation is security of information and risk minimisation. The conclusion and recommendations reached will provide Holmes Place with the benefits of efficiency improvement and management optimisation. Thanks to the improved internal communication between employees, the Information requirenment inside all company departments within the Czech Republic and abroad will be fulfilled.

This thesis discusses about the calculation of heat losses residential house by 4 floors with 15 residential units, which are compared in the software PROTECH TV and PHPP. Thanks designed quality building cover, the heat losses by transmission of the object are really low. The need of energy use for heating very influencing parameters like forced ventilation with heat recuperation and solar and internal profits of the apartment. With these profits for the climatic conditions program PHPP calculates automatically, but in TV software against these profits must be inserted manually.

1 ABSTRACT The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the educational needs of adults in professional education, specifically focuses on the analysis of the educational needs of grammar school teachers, which the student choses for the implementation of research. Today, the further education of pedagogical staff is a much-discussed topic, as one of the goals of the Strategie 2030+ document is to transform schools into learning organizations. But before a educational program can be determined, educational needs must be analyzed and identified. The subject of my thesis was an analysis that deals with the level of nutrition of holstein cattle, witch evaluates feeding, drinking, silage quality techniques and optimalization of the feed ration in 2017 and 2018. In 2017 the feed ration used for dairy cows contained more PDIE. In 2018 the feed ration contained lower amount of energy (6MJ NEL/ 1kg of dry matter) and NL (138,6 g NL/kg of dry matter). After comparing of these two diets for dairy cows with nutrient need, there was recommended an increase of dry matter content in feeding ration. In the milk productivity assessement, the fat and protein content, SC, total aerobic microbial count, was reviewed. The statistic shows the impact of the season of the year on the fat and protein content, SC, total aerobic microbial count in milk. From ecomomy point of view, costs per litre of selled milk was 7,69 Kč in 2017, which was lowered to 7,28 CZK per litre of selled milk. Both years was profitable, and in comparing the economy from 2017 with Czech republic average, tracked stable was more profitable 3 662 CZK per dairy cow.

The healthy and right food plays a very important role in everybody's life. It works as a prevention of many diseases of civilization. Good nutrition can contribute to improve life quality. It gives a longer life and we stay more healthy. The most important thing in forming healthy eating habits is our own family. The next important factor is a school where children spend a lot of time. They create their own views and habits there. There are usually canteens at schools which offer some food to pupils. This dissertation is focussed on basic nutrients, education for a healthy lifestyle and the eating habits of pupils from 6 to 16 years at basic schools. I will also look into which food is preferred by pupils - healthy or unhealthy -their eating habits and the ways of their feeding. The aim of my dissertation is to find and evaluate eating habits of children of younger and older school age and detect if these children are interested in what they eat and if we can influence them by edification. This thesis deals with the theory of information within the framework of the socio-economic systems. The first part includes consultation of theories that relate to information and other information needs, including drawing implications for the chosen target segment of microfirms. The practical part is devoted to the design and creation of advanced software module for the information management and documents of the selected small company. The resulting application is put into practice, the benefits are measured and recommendations for further development are identified.

The dissertation focuses on the topic of fulfilment of selected quality standards for social services in care homes for the elderly. The theoretical part of the piece of work deals with defining the terms pertaining to the quality standards of social services in care homes for the elderly. These are the terms ?old age?, ?need?, ?care home for the elderly?, ?social services?, ?quality standards?, and ?client?. The aim of the dissertation was to map the fulfilment and realisation of selected quality standards in care homes for the elderly. Partial aims were to determine the extent of fulfilment of quality standards from the point of view of the client and to compare the individual levels of application of the quality standards for social services. Two care homes were chosen for the study, the Care Home for the Elderly Tep in Veselí nad Lužnicí and the Care Home for the Elderly in Horní Stropnice. Two hypotheses were established. Quantitative research was chosen to facilitate reaching the aims and verifying the hypotheses, utilising questioning methods, interviewing techniques and questionnaire enquiry. Furthermore, analysing the data was accomplished using secondary document analysis. The research file contained the clients and staff of both selected care homes for the elderly. Following the evaluation of the results I believe that the aims of the dissertation were fulfilled. Selected quality standards are realised well in both care homes for the elderly and the essential criteria of individual quality standards are fulfilled as well. In addition, the research study proved both hypotheses to be correct. Selected quality standards are fulfilled from the point of view of the clients and at the same time applied in accordance with their needs. The dissertation can provide the selected care homes for the elderly with feedback regarding the fulfilment and realisation of selected quality standards of social services. It can also equally serve as guidance for potential clients in choosing their social services provider.
