Kvantifikace vícerozměrných rizik / Quantification of multivariate risk

Hilbert, Hynek January 2013 (has links)
In the present work we study multivariate extreme value theory. Our main focus is on exceedances over linear thresholds. Smaller part is devoted to exce- edances over elliptical thresholds. We consider extreme values as those which belong to remote regions and investigate convergence of their distribution to the limit distribution. The regions are either halfspaces or ellipsoids. Working with halfspaces we distinguish between two setups: we either assume that the distribution of extreme values is directionally homogeneous and we let the halfspaces diverge in any direction, or we assume that there are some irre- gularities in the sample cloud which show us the fixed direction we should let the halfspaces drift out. In the first case there are three limit laws. The domains of attraction contain unimodal and rotund-exponential distributions. In the second case there exist a lot of limit laws without general form. The domains of attraction also fail to have common structure. The similar situation occurs for the exceedances over elliptical thresholds. The task here is to investigate convergence of the random vectors living in the complements of ellipsoids. For all, the limit distributions are determined by affine transformations and distribution of spectral measure. 1

Prostorový vývoj zástavby půd V zázemí Prahy od pol. 19. stol do současnosti. / Spatial development of soil sealing in Prague suburban fringe from 19th century till present.

Stachura, Jan January 2012 (has links)
Built up areas are dynymically evolving component of suburban landscape. Prague periphery is the area, where this evolution is fastest. This can be a problem because the very fertile soils are located in Prague fringe. Their loss is therefore connected with the law protection of agricultural soils. A set of 22 cadasters around the Prague made the area of interest of this master thesis. They were defined to cover the variability of geological substrate, climate, relief and soils and also some socioeconomic parametres (distance form highway and from Prague centre). I used a several data about built up areas to explain the trends in set: Stable cadaster, Third military mapping, aerial photos from 1950s and present orthophoto. The development of built up areas in the final set was assesed by a several parametres which contain the total area, structure, fertility of sealed land and diversity of soils. Problem of determining soil diversity was one of the goals of master thesis. Taxonomical dendrogram of soils with including taxonomical differences is the output of this part. Main trend of development were assesed by using multidimensional statistic method: classical scaling and hierarchical clustering. Results confirmed that more fertile soil are built up nowadays than in the past and also diversity of...

Kostel sv. Vojtěcha v Jílovém u Prahy / St. Adalbert's church in Jílové by Prague

Halanová, Eliška January 2012 (has links)
St. Adalbert's Church in Jílové by Prague is one of the oldest monuments in the city and its story is essentially connected with the history of the city and its role as a significant gold deposit. Therefore, in research of his past we should distinguish between two lines of studies - the fate of the church as a parish benefice and the history of this remarkable building and as a historical monument. In the introduction of the thesis we meet the history of the royal city of goldmining, watch the beginnings of his fame, the great boom in the 14th century, the change of conditions after the Hussite wars and the gradual withdrawal of its significance, despite the apparent efforts to restore his position. In following chapter, we see the development of the parish, staffing the benefices, pastors' personalities and their little stories. An interesting point in this chapter is the construction of a Franciscan monastery in Jílové, which temporarily took over the management of the entire parish. In the second section of the thesis we see the establishment of the church-building and its initial form, as well as its reconstruction and modifications to the current appearance. The last part is especially devoted to the main altar and another interesting inventory. Keywords church, history, Jílové by Prague,...

Transformace rekreačního zázemí Prahy / Transformation of Recreational Facilities in Prague

Tesař, Jakub January 2012 (has links)
The present thesis studies the transformation of recreational facilities of Prague. It is focused on a model area of villages, Ohrobec and Dolní Břežany, which have been long - term observed by the departement of social geography and regional development of Charles University in Prague. Although this area is a significant recreational zone, since 1990's it passes through a considerable number of changes. In this area the transformation of second home and suburbal activity occurs and changes the present landscape character. In an observed locality it has occured the tranformation of the structure of area users. The aim of the thesis is to find out how these people use this area, how do they identify themselves with the place where they live or relax and, what kind of mutual relationships they have. Due to the character of my topic, I have chosen several methods from qualitative research, the main source of information is questionnaire survey between the inhabitants and vacationers.

Roztoky u Prahy - Revitalizace veřejného prostoru. Návrh venkovního multifunčního sportoviště na vybrané ploše. / Roztoky u Prahy - revitalisation of the public space. Lanscape design of the sport place .

Nováková, Petra January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with landscape design of public space situated in Czech town Roztoky. First part focuses on greenery in urban spaces, designing children's playgrounds and outdoor sport places. Opinions of individual authors, specialists are taken into consideration, talking about topics such as greenery in small cities, problems and suggestions of designing children's playground, positive influence of outdoor sporting on people's health, types of outdoor sport places, etc. All this information is put together to help to design the right public space. The second part of this thesis contains assessment of underlying data, which characterises the whole area including natural conditions, wider relation of the selected area, transportation etc. It also includes mapping of public greenery, children's playgrounds and outdoor sport places in Roztoky. Before the actual design was made, there were area analyses conducted, and current status of the area was taken into account. Citizens of Roztoky were given a questionnaire, which contained seven questions. This questionnaire was made to find out what people think about the selected area and what would they like to change. All this information was taken into account, while making the design. The objective of the final design was to attract people into the selected area and enable them to play, sport, relax in public space and feel comfortable at the same time.

Metódy triedy ELECTRE: teória a aplikácie / ELECTRE methods: theory and applications

Pieter, Michal January 2016 (has links)
Multiple-criteria decision-making (MCDM) is a field of decision theory concerned with analyzing discrete sets of variables evaluated by multiple criteria. Facilitating decisions in such situations are several methods, among them a family known as ELECTRE. Using threshold values and the concept of outranking, they allow for improved modeling of the uncertain nature of real systems. This thesis sets out to describe all of the basic ELECTRE methods, as well as several of their modifications and further extensions and aims to do so with a sufficient level of detail and using precise mathematical language. It also presents key applications of said methods and reviews their implementation in software. Lastly, it introduces a brand new software, ELIA, developed as a part of the thesis. It allows users to solve practical problems using four of the basic ELECTRE methods.
