Horizontalaus tipo slėginės talpyklos stiprumo tyrimas taikant baigtinių elementų metodą / FEM strength analysis of horizontal pressure vessel

Slėginiams indams ir įrangai keliami griežti stiprumo ir patikimumo reikalavimai, kurie reglamentuojami tarptautinių ir vietinių standartų. Keičiant slėginio indo eksploatavimo sąlygas ir parametrus, būtina atlikti jo stiprumo įvertinimą. Tiriama talpykla, kurioje numatyta laikyti emulsinį kurą, esant atitinkamo dydžio vidiniam slėgiui. Tyrimas atliekamas naudojant baigtinių elementų metodo programinį paketą SolidWorks Simulation, kuris leidžia modeliuoti talpyklą kevaliniais elementais ir įvertinti skirtingų apkrovimo būdų įtaką bendram konstrukcijos įtempių būviui. Tyrimas parodė, kad pavojingiausiose vietose įtempiai neviršija reglamentuojamų leidžiamų įtempių reikšmių ir talpykla yra tinkama, esant naujoms eksploatavimo sąlygoms. / The requirements of strength and reliability for pressure vessel and equipment are defined by international and local standarts and codes. In case of change of working condition and parameters, it is necessary to define the strength of the structure. The vessel under consideration is projected to contain emulsified fuel under internal pressure. The finite element software package SolidWorks Simulation is used for research. It allows to model the pressure vessel by shell elements. The combined classes of stress due to a combination of loads are deffined. The research shows that the stress intensity in the ares of maximum identified stresses does not exceed the allowable stress and the pressure vessel is proper for operation.

<p>The report handles the transmission of signals from piezoresistive pressuresensors and thermocouple from a rotating object. </p><p>This report also evaluates the possibility to collect data in a datalogger that rotates with the object. Telemetrics was previously used for signaltransmission in Finspång, therefore there has been no tests considering preassure measuring. One transmitting method handled in this report is transmission through a slipring connection. </p><p>One test with a slipring connection was performed for transmitting signals from a piezoresistive preassuresensor. All parts were mounted on a disc which rotated at 4000 rpm. Measurements were made of static and dynamic preassure. The thesis deals with the influence of process temperature and pressure on 3D printing using Selective Laser Melting. The aim of the thesis is the design, manufacture and testing of the experimental chamber for SLM 280HL from company SLM Solutions. The main task of the experimental chamber is to increase the temperature of the preheating of the powder bed from the original 200 °C to at least at 400 °C. The device will be used to investigate the influence of high process temperature on the properties of printed materials. The thesis also deals with the design of the powder applicator for elevated temperatures.

Temos aktualumas: Sportinėje praktikoje taikomi įvairaus intensyvumo statiniai ir dinaminiai fiziniai pratimai. Statinė ir dinaminė ištvermė yra kaip darbingumo rodiklis, priklausantis nuo maksimalių tiriamojo pastangų. Statinė ir dinaminė raumenų ištvermė fiziniuose krūviuose 50 proc. arba 75 proc. MVJ yra savarankiški fiziologiniai funkciniai mėginiai, rodantys judėjimo aparato funkcines galimybes. Svarbu žinoti skirtingo intensyvumo 50 proc. MVJ ir 75 proc. MVJ, ir rėžimo fizinių krūvių poveikį funkcinei raumenų būsenai, širdies ir kraujagyslių sistemos veiklai. Tikslas: Įvertinti ištvermės sporto šakų sportininkų, kai kurių ŠKS parametrų ir arterinės kraujotakos kaitą blauzdos raumenyse atliekant 50 proc. ir 75 proc. MVJ statinius ir dinaminius fizinius krūvius. Uždaviniai: 1. Nustatyti statinių ir dinaminių fizinių krūvių 50 proc. ir 75 proc. MVJ poveikį pėdos lenkiamųjų raumenų darbingumui. 2. It is important to know different intensity 50 per cent and 75 per cent MVC physical activities influence functional muscular and cardiovascular systems. Hypothesis: endurance sports athletes accept more functional test of 75 perc ent MVC both static and dynamic physical activity nor 50 per cent. Research aim. Analyze endurance athletes some of the heart vascular systems parameters and arterial blood flow changes of the intensity in the calf muscle in different intensities 50 per cent and 75 per cent MVC static and dynamic exercises. This master’s thesis deals with the problem of measurement for thermomechanical parameters during metal forming under higher deformation rate. The first part works up general literary studies, comprising a summary of measurement methods for required parameters. There is described a principle of their function and usage. Further assessed the current situation and recommendation of appropriate methods for the dynamic processes of forming, especially their testing. The second part is devoted to the measurement for dynamic features of the material. This is a problem specified by Split Hopkinson preassure bar test. The test is described, including the mathematical evaluation process, in the theoretical part. In the practical part, there is a detailed description of the process and evaluation of the real test with aluminum alloy AlMg4, 5Mn ,07-EN AW 5083 performed within the framework of the junior project.

The aim of this diploma thesis is supercharging of SI engines and design influence on performance. The main objective of this thesis is to propose appropriate modifications on AR67203 engine of Alfa Romeo 155Q4 personal vehicle in order to achieve significantly better performance parameters and a constant torque in the widest possible speed range. That is why I analyze design and modifications that affect the overall engine performance and their appropriate application to the selected engine. An important point of this thesis is the right choice of turbocharger, in order to have an effective cooperation with a modified engine. The calculation study and the simulation in Lotus Engine Simulation software serve this purpose. I also give information about ECU programming. The results, as well as a practical output in the form of measured performance parameters of modified engine, are evaluated at the end.

It focuses on the usage of BIM model in the determination of pressure drop in ventilation pipelines. An application able to calculate the pressure drop in a pipeline branch based on the geometrical parameters of the BIMs of structures was created within the work.
